一种浮动充电电路。该电路将隔离型充电电源通过一个NPN型三极管、两个二极管和一个PNP型三极管连接到充电电池上,通过控制两个三极管的导通和关断来控制充电回路的导通和关断,而电池负极可以浮动。

一种浮动充电电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种浮动充电电路。该电路将隔离型充电电源通过一个NPN型三极管、两个二极管和一个PNP型三极管连接到充电电池上,通过控制两个三极管的导通和关断来控制充电回路的导通和关断,而电池负极可以浮动。
背景技术
充电电池,如锂电池、铅酸电池等,在串联成组使用时,需要对其中的某节单体电池做充电维护。一般采用人工方法对单体电池进行充电维护。但是这种方法存在费时、费力、成本较高,且容易出错的缺点。
发明内容
为了克服现有充电维护电池组各单体电池存在的费时、费力、成本较高的缺点,本发明提供一种浮动充电电路,配合控制器用水自动充电维护电池组中各单体电池。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:隔离型充电电源P的正极连接PNP型三极管T1的发射极,T1的集电极连接二极管D1的阳极,D1的阴极连接电池B的正极,B的负极连接NPN型三极管T2的集电极,T2的发射极连接三极管D2的阳极,D2的阴极连接P的负极,T1和T2的基极为控制端。T1可用PNP型达林顿管或PMOS管代替,T2可用NPN型达林顿管或NMOS管代替。
本发明的有益效果是电路结构简单、造价低廉。

图1中P是隔离型充电电源,T1是PNP型三极管,T2是NPN型三极管,D1和D2是二极管,B是充电电池,①T1的基极,②T2的基极。
具体实施方式
图1中,隔离型充电源P的正极连接PNP型三极管T1的发射极,T1的集电极连接二极管D1的阳极,D1的阴极连接电池B的正极,B的负极连接NPN型三极管T2的集电极,T2的发射极连接二极管D2的阳极,D2的阴极连接P的负极,T1和T2的基极为控制端。
给电池B充电时,①的电压比T1的发射极电压足够的低,而②的电压比T2的发射极电压足够的高,因此,T1和T2导通,P通过T1、D1、T2、和D2对B进行充电。
当控制①或②的电压使T1或T2关断,或者①或②呈高阻态使T1或T2关断时,充电回路关断,P不再对B充电。D1和D2防止电流反向流动。

Claims (2)

1.一种浮动充电电路,其特征是:隔离型充电电源P的正极连接PNP型三极管T1的发射极,T1的集电极连接二极管D1的阳极,D1的阴极连接电池B的正极,B的负极连接NPN型三极管T2的集电极,T2的发射极连接二极管D2的阳极,D2的阴极连接P的负极,T1和T2的基极为控制端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮动充电电路,其特征是:T1可用PNP型达林顿管或PMOS管代替,T2可用NPN型达林顿管或NMOS管代替。
