Abstract

本发明公开一种用于曲面液晶显示装置的背光模组，其包括：导光板（210），包括一上曲面（211）、一下曲面（212）、第一侧面（213）及第二侧面（214），其中，所述上曲面（211）和所述下曲面（212）分别在其两侧端与所述第一侧面（213）和所述第二侧面（214）相连接；第一光源单元（231），邻近于所述第一侧面（213）固定设置；背框（220），具有包括若干阶梯（2232）的背板（223），其中，所述若干阶梯（2232）的梯边（2232a）均接触支撑所述下曲面（212）。与现有技术相比，本发明在简化了背框的结构的同时，降低了产品的生产成本。本发明还公开一种具有该背光模组的曲面液晶显示装置。

Description

用于曲面液晶显示装置的背光模组以及曲面液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域，更具体地讲，涉及一种用于曲面液晶显示装置的背光模组以及曲面液晶显示装置。
背景技术
随着平板电视的尺寸越来越大，人们在观看时，电视屏幕边缘与中央的图像与人眼之间的距离差异也越来越大，这会造成电视屏幕边缘图像变形及色彩失真。通过将电视屏幕“掰弯”，其中一个很大的原因就是曲面电视可以提供比传统平板电视更好的观看效果。例如，在IMAX影院中，无论是任何位置，都能获得类似于中间座位的观看体验，归根结底就是IMAX那块弧形屏幕的功劳。曲面电视把屏幕折弯，其原理就是和IMAX屏幕一样：通过整个电视屏幕采用朝观看者方向包围的弧形设计，经过精密设计的弯曲角度可保证在合理观测距离上电视屏幕的每一点到达观看者眼睛的距离都是相等的，从而减少了离轴观看的失真度，并能提供更宽广的可视角度与宽阔的全景影像效果，让用户在客厅中也能享受到类似于IMAX的观影感受。
图1是示出现有技术的曲面液晶显示装置的结构示意图。如图1所示，现有技术的曲面液晶显示装置包括弯曲的背光模组110以及与该弯曲的背光模组110相对设置的弯曲的液晶盒（Open Cell）120，其中，通过外框130与胶框111的固定结合来将弯曲的背光模组110与弯曲的液晶盒（Open Cell）120固定。由于大片的弯曲的钣金件难以制作，为了形成弯曲的背光模组110，通常都是通过制作弯曲的钢支架113，再将钢支架113通过锁附件114锁附到自身为平整的背框112上，将背框112强制弯曲，进而形成弯曲的背光模组110。但是这样会使背框的结构变的较为复杂，且增加产品的制造成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种用于曲面液晶显示装置的背光模组，其中，所述背光模组包括：导光板，具有一上曲面、一下曲面、第一侧面及第二侧面，其中，所述上曲面和所述下曲面分别在其两侧端与所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面相连接；第一光源单元，邻近于所述第一侧面固定设置；背框，具有包括若干阶梯的背板，其中，所述若干阶梯的梯边均接触支撑所述下曲面。
进一步地，所述背光模组还包括：第二光源单元，邻近于所述第二侧面固定设置。
进一步地，连接所述若干阶梯的梯边的曲面与所述下曲面具有相同的曲率。
进一步地，所述若干阶梯的梯边彼此之间相互平行。
进一步地，所述背板还包括平板，其中，所述若干阶梯对称设置在所述平板的两侧端。
进一步地，所述背框还包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁，其中，所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁分别设置在所述背板的两侧端，且所述第一侧壁平行于所述第一侧面，所述第二侧壁平行于所述第二侧面。
进一步地，所述第一光源单元固定设置在所述第一侧壁上，以使所述光源单元正对所述第一侧面。更近一步地，所述第二光源单元固定设置在所述第二侧壁上，以使所述光源单元正对所述第二侧面
进一步地，所述第一光源单元和所述第二光源单元均包括至少一发光二极管。
进一步地，所述背光模组还包括：中框，设置在所述上曲面之上，且与所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁固定结合，进而将所述导光板、所述第一光源单元和/或所述第二光源单元固定在所述背框之中。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供一种曲面液晶显示装置，包括背光模组及与该背光模组相对设置的液晶面板，所述背光模组提供显示光源给所述液晶面板，以使所述液晶面板显示影像，其中，所述背光模组为上述的背光模组。
本发明的曲面液晶显示装置，与现有技术相比，省去了将背框强制弯曲的钢支架，通过在背框上设置能够拟合成与该曲面液晶显示装置具有大致相同或相同的弧形曲率的曲面的阶梯来支撑该曲面液晶显示装置的其他部件，在简化了背框的结构的同时，降低了产品的生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下，通过参照附图对示例性实施例进行描述来解释本发明，但本发明并不限制或者局限于示例性实施例。
图2是示出根据本发明的实施例的曲面液晶显示装置的结构示意图。
参照图2，根据本发明的实施例的曲面液晶显示装置10包括背光模组20、液晶面板30和外框40。其中，外框40通过与背光模组20固定结合而将液晶面板30固定在背光模组20之上，背光模组20提供显示光源给液晶面板30，以使液晶面板30显示影像或图像。本实施例中的曲面液晶显示装置10具有弧形外型，图2中所示的弧形曲率仅作为一示例，而非用以限制本发明。
鉴于本发明的实施例的液晶面板30的构造与现有的液晶面板的构造相同，因而在此只作简单概述。液晶面板30具有与曲面液晶显示装置10大致相同的弧形曲率，其主要包括彩色滤光片基板、薄膜晶体管阵列基板以及夹设在该彩色滤光片基板和该薄膜晶体管阵列基板之间的液晶层，其中，该液晶层中包括若干液晶分子。与该薄膜晶体管阵列基板相对设置的该彩色滤光片基板也称CF（Color Filter）基板，其通常包括透明基板（诸如玻璃基板）以及设置在透明基板上的黑色矩阵图案、彩色光阻层（诸如红（R）、绿（G）和蓝（B）滤光片图案）以及配向层等。与该彩色滤光片基板相对设置的薄膜晶体管阵列基板也称TFT（ThinFilm Transistor）基板，其通常包括透明基板（诸如玻璃基板）以及阵列排布在透明基板上的若干薄膜晶体管等。该薄膜晶体管阵列基板主要作用是向该液晶层中的该液晶分子提供驱动电压，以使该液晶分子进行偏转，从而使光线可穿过该液晶层，进而配合该彩色滤光片基板使液晶面板30显示影像或图像。
以下，将对本发明的实施例的背光模组20进行详细地描述。
本发明的实施例的背光模组20具有与曲面液晶显示装置10大致相同或相同的弧形曲率，其主要包括导光板210、背框220、第一光源单元231和第二光源单元232、中框240、反射片250和光学膜片260。
导光板210包括一上曲面211、一下曲面212、第一侧面213及第二侧面214，其中，上曲面211和下曲面212分别在其两侧端与第一侧面213和第二侧面214相连接而构成一具有与曲面液晶显示装置10大致相同或相同的弧形曲率的立体弧形导光板。
背框220包括相对的两侧壁和一背板223，其中，相对的两侧壁分别为第一侧壁221和第二侧壁222。背板223包括一平板2231和四个阶梯2232，其中，每个阶梯2232都具有一梯边2232a，图2中所示的阶梯2232的数量仅作为一示例，而非用以限制本发明。优选的，在本实施例中，该四个阶梯2232对称设置在该平板2231的两侧端，换句话说，两个阶梯2232设置在该平板2231的左侧端，另外两个阶梯2232设置在该平板2231的右侧端；而在本发明中，每个阶梯2232可随机设置在平板2231的任一侧端，但应保证在平板2231的每一侧端至少连接一个阶梯2232。背框220的两侧壁设置在背板223的两侧端，在本实施例中，第一侧壁221设置在背板223的左侧端，第二侧壁222设置在背板223的右侧端；换句话说，第一侧壁221与距离平板2231左侧端最远的阶梯2232连接；第二侧壁221与距离平板2231右侧端最远的阶梯2232连接。
背框220的两侧壁（即第一侧壁221和第二侧壁222）与背板223合围形成一容置空间（未示出）。导光板210设置在该容置空间中，以使每个阶梯2232的梯边2232a均接触支撑导光板210的下曲面212，由此可知，连接每个阶梯2231的梯边2232a的曲面具有与曲面液晶显示装置10大致相同或相同的弧形曲率。在制造过程中，背框220可通过模型一体成型，为了便于设计该模型，优选的，每个阶梯2232的梯边2232a相互平行，但本发明并不局限于此。
另外，背框220的第一侧壁221与其连接的距离平板2231左侧端最远的阶梯2232的阶面2232b之间的夹角要保证背框220的第一侧壁221与导光板210的第一侧面223相互平行，并且背框220的第二侧壁222与其连接的距离平板2231右侧端最远的阶梯2232的阶面2232b之间的夹角要保证背框220的第二侧壁222与导光板210的第二侧面224相互平行。
第一光源单元231和第二光源单元232分别固定设置在背框220的第一侧壁221和第二侧壁222上，以使第一光源单元231和第二光源单元232分别邻近于导光板210的第一侧面223和第二侧面224。诚如上述，由于背框220的第一侧壁221与导光板210的第一侧面223平行，且背框220的第二侧壁222与导光板210的第二侧面224平行，则第一光源单元231和第二光源单元232分别正对于导光板210的第一侧面223和第二侧面224，以使第一光源单元231和第二光源单元232发出的光可分别正出射导光板210的到第一侧面223和第二侧面224。图2中所示的光源单元的数量只是作为一种示例，并未用于限制本发明，例如，在本发明中，可将一个光源单元固定设置在背框220的第一侧壁221或第二侧壁222上，以使该一个光源单元邻近并正对于导光板210的第一侧面223或第二侧面224。此外，在本实施中，所述第一光源单元231和第二光源单元232可均包括供电主板（例如，PCB板（Printed CircuitBoard，印刷电路板））以及电连接在该供电主板上的发光二极管（Light Emitting Diode，LED），但本发明并不局限于此，例如所述第一光源单元231和第二光源单元232也可均采用冷阴极萤光灯管（Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp，CCFL）。
中框240可例如由塑料制成，其设置在导光板210的上曲面211之上并与背框220的第一侧壁221和第二侧壁222固定结合，进而将设置在由背框220的两侧壁（即第一侧壁221和第二侧壁222）与背板223合围形成的该容置空间内的导光板210、第一光源单元231和第二光源单元232固定。
此外，根据本发明的实施例的曲面液晶显示装置10的液晶面板30设置在背光模组20之上，并且紧邻于导光板210的上曲面211，根据本发明的实施例的曲面液晶显示装置10的外框40通过与背光模组20的中框240固定结合来将液晶面板30与背光模组20固定结合。反射片250设置在导光板210的下曲面212与背框220之间，用于将从导光板210的下曲面212射出的光反射回导光板210中，以提升光的利用效率。光学膜片260设置在导光板210的上曲面211与液晶面板20之间，用以改善从导光板210的上曲面211射出的光的亮度、色饱和度、色均匀度等，以提升液晶面板20的显示效果。这部分的光学架构与现有技术并无实质差异，在此不再赘述。
综上所述，根据本发明的实施例的曲面液晶显示装置，与现有技术相比，省去了将背框强制弯曲的钢支架，通过在背框上设置能够拟合成与该曲面液晶显示装置具有大致相同或相同的弧形曲率的曲面的多个阶梯来支撑该曲面液晶显示装置的其他部件，在简化了背框的结构的同时，降低了产品的生产成本。
尽管已参照优选实施例表示和描述了本发明，但本领域技术人员应该理解，在不脱离由权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下，可以对这些实施例进行各种修改和变换。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于曲面液晶显示装置的背光模组，所述背光模组包括：
导光板(210)，包括一上曲面(211)、一下曲面(212)、第一侧面(213)及第二侧面(214)，其中，所述上曲面(211)和所述下曲面(212)分别在其两侧端与所述第一侧面(213)和所述第二侧面(214)相连接；
第一光源单元(231)，邻近于所述第一侧面(213)固定设置；
背框(220)；
其特征在于，所述背框(220)具有包括若干阶梯(2232)的背板(223)，其中，所述若干阶梯(2232)的梯边(2232a)均接触支撑所述下曲面(212)；
所述背板(223)还包括平板(2231)，其中，所述若干阶梯(2232)对称设置在所述平板(2231)的两侧端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组，其特征在于，所述背光模组还包括：第二光源单元(232)，邻近于所述第二侧面(214)固定设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的背光模组，其特征在于，连接所述若干阶梯(2232)的梯边(2232a)的曲面与所述下曲面(212)具有相同的曲率。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的背光模组，其特征在于，所述若干阶梯(2232)的梯边(2232a)彼此之间相互平行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组，其特征在于，所述背框(220)还包括第一侧壁(221)和第二侧壁(222)，其中，所述第一侧壁(221)和所述第二侧壁(222)分别设置在所述背板(223)的两侧端，且所述第一侧壁(221)平行于所述第一侧面(213)，所述第二侧壁(222)平行于所述第二侧面(214)。
