Abstract
本发明公开了一种无纺布天窗顶棚的生产方法及其生产专用工装，属于汽车内饰顶棚的模压成型领域。该生产专用工装包括手持架、托盘，所述手持架为矩形框架；述托盘的形状与天窗顶棚中天窗区域形状一致，托盘固定于手持架上，且位于其中间部位；手持架两侧还设有定位柱。该生产方法为利用专用工装的托盘上粘一层工业用PE或PP胶膜，使其压制在天窗顶棚天窗区域的面料和基材之间，使得天窗区域的剥离力降低，在割刀时容易脱离，从而解决无纺布天窗顶棚的包边困难的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰顶棚的模压成型领域，尤其涉及一种无纺布天窗顶棚的生产方法及其生产专用工装。
背景技术
天窗顶棚为面料+PU基材结构，两者通过PE或PP进行粘结，其剥离力在5N/5cm以上。面料分为针织面料及无纺布面料两种。针织面料其面料为PET+PU软泡+水刺无纺布结构，撕裂性能良好，包边时容易撕边。无纺布面料为单层PET结构，撕裂性能相对较差，当PET和PU基材用PE或PP粘结后，如果层间剥离力过高，撕边时，极易将面料撕破。目前无纺布天窗顶棚的包边尚没有成熟技术进行应用。
发明内容
1、要解决的问题
针对现有无纺布天窗顶棚的包边技术尚不成熟，包边时撕裂性能较差，极易将面料撕破的问题，本发明提供了一种无纺布天窗顶棚的生产方法及其生产专用工装，利用该专用工装来生产天窗顶棚，可以有效降低天窗顶棚局部剥离力，从而解决无纺布天窗顶棚的包边困难的问题。
2、技术方案
为解决上述问题，本发明采用如下的技术方案。
无纺布天窗顶棚的生产专用工装，包括手持架、托盘，所述手持架为矩形框架；所述托盘的形状与天窗顶棚中天窗区域形状一致，即托盘为天窗顶棚天窗区域翻制的倒模；所述托盘固定于手持架上，且位于其中间部位；所述手持架两侧还设有定位柱。
优选地，所述托盘、定位柱均焊接在手持架上。
无纺布天窗顶棚的生产方法，其步骤为：
A、将无纺布天窗顶棚的生产专用工装的托盘淋水后放置一层工业用PE或PP胶膜，且胶膜向上一面的四角均黏贴双面胶带，其中无纺布天窗顶棚的生产专用工装，包括手持架、托盘，所述手持架为矩形框架；所述托盘的形状与天窗顶棚中天窗区域形状一致；所述托盘固定于手持架上，且位于其中间部位；所述手持架两侧还设有定位柱；
B、将上模具挂好面料，此时基材在加热炉内加热30~120s，加热温度为200~400℃；
C、将步骤A中贴有工业PE或PP膜的工装放入模腔内，并将两侧的定位柱放入上模具的两个定位套管中，向上提工装，使得工业膜利用双面胶粘结在面料背面，然后将工装取出，该步骤在30~100s内完成；
D、工装取出后，加热好的基材经由履带式传输夹具传至模腔内，与面料和中间的工业PE或PP膜共同压制，完成天窗顶棚的制作。
优选地，所述工业用PE或PP胶膜的厚度为30-100μm。
本发明的机理：在天窗顶棚的天窗区域的面料与基材中间多加一层工业PE或PP膜结构，由于三者共同压制的作用时间短，基材表面温度不足以使工业PE或PP膜融化，使得天窗区域的剥离力降低，在割刀时容易脱离，包边时容易撕边，从而解决无纺布天窗顶棚的包边困难的问题。
3、有益效果
相比于现有技术，本发明的有益效果为：
（1）本发明生产天窗顶棚时，利用专用工装，该专用工装中托盘为天窗顶棚天窗区域翻制的倒模，在天窗区域的面料与基材中间多加一层工业PE或PP膜结构，使得天窗区域的剥离力降低，在割刀时容易脱离，从而解决无纺布天窗顶棚的包边困难的问题。
（2）本发明主要是用于解决无纺布面料在天窗顶棚上的应用问题，无纺布面料较针织面料相比更加轻量化、其VOC含量更低，对整车的轻量化、清洁化都能够产生较针织面料更为优良的作用。通过本发明的专用工装及加工方法，可以推广无纺布面料在天窗顶棚上的使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式，进一步阐明本发明，应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是，下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向。
实施例1
如图1所示，无纺布天窗顶棚的生产专用工装，包括手持架1、托盘2，所述手持架1为矩形框架；所述托盘2的形状与天窗顶棚中天窗区域形状一致，即托盘2为天窗顶棚天窗区域翻制的倒模；其中托盘2固定于手持架1上，且位于其中间部位；手持架1两侧还设有定位柱3。
作为一种优选方式，托盘2、定位柱3均焊接在手持架1上。
无纺布天窗顶棚的生产方法具体操作步骤为：
A、将无纺布天窗顶棚的生产专用工装的托盘2淋水后放置一层厚度为30μm的工业用PE胶膜，确保工业用PE胶膜黏在托盘2上，然后在PE胶膜向上一面的四角均黏贴双面胶带；
B、在上模具上挂好面料，此时基材在加热炉内加热80s，加热温度为300℃；
C、将步骤A中贴有工业PE胶膜的工装放入模腔内，并将两侧的定位柱3放入上模具的两个定位套管中，向上提工装，使得工业膜利用双面胶粘结在面料背面，然后将工装取出，该步骤在60s内完成；
D、工装取出后，加热好的基材经由履带式传输夹具传至模腔内，与面料和中间的工业PE膜共同压制，完成天窗顶棚的制作。
由于三者共同压制的作用时间短，基材表面温度不足以使工业PE或PP膜融化，使得天窗区域的剥离力降低，在割刀时容易脱离，包边时容易撕边，从而解决无纺布天窗顶棚的包边困难的问题。
实施例2
同实施例1，所不同的是基材在加热炉内加热30s，加热温度为200℃，步骤C的完成时间在30以内，采用的是厚度为60μm的PP胶膜。
实施例3
同实施例1，所不同的是基材在加热炉内加热120s，加热温度为400℃，步骤C的完成时间在100s以内，工业用PE胶膜的厚度为100μm。
Claims (2)
1.无纺布天窗顶棚的生产方法，其特征在于，
无纺布天窗顶棚的生产专用工装，包括手持架(1)、托盘(2)，所述手持架(1)为矩形框架；所述托盘(2)的形状与天窗顶棚中天窗区域形状一致；所述托盘(2)固定于手持架(1)上，且位于其中间部位；所述手持架(1)两侧还设有定位柱(3)；其步骤为：
A、将所述无纺布天窗顶棚的生产专用工装的托盘(2)淋水后放置一层工业用PE或PP胶膜，且胶膜向上一面的四角均黏贴双面胶带；
B、将上模具挂好面料，此时基材在加热炉内加热30～120s，加热温度为200～400℃；
C、将步骤A中贴有工业PE或PP膜的工装放入模腔内，并将两侧的定位柱(3)放入上模具的两个定位套管中，向上提工装，使得工业膜利用双面胶粘结在面料背面，然后将工装取出，该步骤在30～100s内完成；
D、工装取出后，加热好的基材经由履带式传输夹具传至模腔内，与面料和中间的工业PE或PP膜共同压制，完成天窗顶棚的制作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布天窗顶棚的生产方法，其特征在于，所述工业用PE或PP胶膜的厚度为30-100μm。
