一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药去皮洗净,上蒸锅大火蒸20-30分钟后加入0.2%的柠檬酸水溶液,再打成泥打浆、用40-50℃范围内温水打浆,料水重量比为1:5,然后用150-200目滤布过滤,将上述浆汁放入烘箱中,温度控制在50-60℃,使其均匀干燥,经5-10小时即烘干,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取新鲜甘蔗经清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到甘蔗汁清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到甘蔗汁浓缩液,备用;
(3)取新鲜酸石榴去皮,拨出酸石榴颗粒,清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到酸石榴清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到酸石榴浓缩液,备用;
(4)按重量份,取萝卜硫素、β-环糊精、微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇、硬脂酸镁分别放入粉碎机粉碎后,再分别过100目筛过滤备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中的山药粉、步骤(2)中的甘蔗汁浓缩液、步骤(3)中的酸石榴浓缩液、大豆分离蛋白、乳清蛋白和淀粉置于混合机中,混合搅拌20-30分钟,搅拌完成后再置于超微粉碎机粉碎,压缩空气压力调整为10MPa,得到颗粒度4-5μm的混合物,向超微粉碎后的混合物添加萝卜硫素、β-环糊精,并进行充分混合,得到混合粉;

实施例1
一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片,包括以下重量份成分:山药4份、甘蔗0.62份、酸石榴0.32份、萝卜硫素0.001份、β-环状糊精0.01份、淀粉12份、大豆分离蛋白3份、乳清蛋白3份、微晶纤维素1份、苹果纤维素0.3份、维生素C 0.01份、木糖醇0.01份、山梨醇0.01份、硬脂酸镁0.02份。
一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药去皮洗净,上蒸锅大火蒸20-30分钟后加入0.2%的柠檬酸水溶液,再打成泥打浆、用40-50℃范围内温水打浆,料水重量比为1:5,然后用150-200目滤布过滤,将上述浆汁放入烘箱中,温度控制在50-60℃,使其均匀干燥,经5-10小时即烘干,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取新鲜甘蔗经清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到甘蔗汁清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到甘蔗汁浓缩液,备用;
(3)取新鲜酸石榴去皮,拨出酸石榴颗粒,清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到酸石榴清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到酸石榴浓缩液,备用;
(4)按重量份,取萝卜硫素、β-环糊精、微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇、硬脂酸镁分别放入粉碎机粉碎后,再分别过100目筛过滤备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中的山药粉、步骤(2)中的甘蔗汁浓缩液、步骤(3)中的酸石榴浓缩液、大豆分离蛋白、乳清蛋白和淀粉置于混合机中,混合搅拌20-30分钟,搅拌完成后再置于超微粉碎机粉碎,压缩空气压力调整为10MPa,得到颗粒度4-5μm的混合物,向超微粉碎后的混合物添加萝卜硫素、β-环糊精,并进行充分混合,得到混合粉;
(6)向步骤(5)最终所得的混合粉中加入微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇等辅料粉,制成软材颗粒,然后在35-65℃范围内烘干,再经整粒后制成颗粒,与硬脂酸镁混合,在压片机上压片;
(7)对所得压片进行210nm紫外线照射3-6 min灭菌,即得酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片。
实施例2
一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片,包括以下重量份成分:山药8份、甘蔗1.12份、酸石榴0.72 份、萝卜硫素0.002份、β-环状糊精0.03份、淀粉14份、大豆分离蛋白4份、乳清蛋白4份、微晶纤维素2份、苹果纤维素0.5份、维生素C 0.02份、木糖醇0.02份、山梨醇0.02份、硬脂酸镁0.03份。
一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药去皮洗净,上蒸锅大火蒸20-30分钟后加入0.2%的柠檬酸水溶液,再打成泥打浆、用40-50℃范围内温水打浆,料水重量比为1:5,然后用150-200目滤布过滤,将上述浆汁放入烘箱中,温度控制在50-60℃,使其均匀干燥,经5-10小时即烘干,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取新鲜甘蔗经清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到甘蔗汁清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到甘蔗汁浓缩液,备用;
(3)取新鲜酸石榴去皮,拨出酸石榴颗粒,清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到酸石榴清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到酸石榴浓缩液,备用;
(4)按重量份,取萝卜硫素、β-环糊精、微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇、硬脂酸镁分别放入粉碎机粉碎后,再分别过100目筛过滤备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中的山药粉、步骤(2)中的甘蔗汁浓缩液、步骤(3)中的酸石榴浓缩液、大豆分离蛋白、乳清蛋白和淀粉置于混合机中,混合搅拌20-30分钟,搅拌完成后再置于超微粉碎机粉碎,压缩空气压力调整为10MPa,得到颗粒度4-5μm的混合物,向超微粉碎后的混合物添加萝卜硫素、β-环糊精,并进行充分混合,得到混合粉;
(6)向步骤(5)最终所得的混合粉中加入微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇等辅料粉,制成软材颗粒,然后在35-65℃范围内烘干,再经整粒后制成颗粒,与硬脂酸镁混合,在压片机上压片;
(7)对所得压片进行210nm紫外线照射3-6 min灭菌,即得酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片。
实施例3
一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片,包括以下重量份成分:山药12份、甘蔗1.62份、酸石榴1.12份、萝卜硫素0.003份、β-环状糊精0.05份、淀粉16份、大豆分离蛋白5份、乳清蛋白5份、微晶纤维素3份、苹果纤维素0.7份、维生素C 0.03份、木糖醇0.03份、山梨醇0.03份、硬脂酸镁0.04份。
一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(5)将步骤(1)中的山药粉、步骤(2)中的甘蔗汁浓缩液、步骤(3)中的酸石榴浓缩液、大豆分离蛋白、乳清蛋白和淀粉置于混合机中,混合搅拌20-30分钟,搅拌完成后再置于超微粉碎机粉碎,压缩空气压力调整为10MPa,得到颗粒度4-5μm的混合物,向超微粉碎后的混合物添加萝卜硫素、β-环糊精,并进行充分混合,得到混合粉;
(6)向步骤(5)最终所得的混合粉中加入微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇等辅料粉,制成软材颗粒,然后在35-65℃范围内烘干,再经整粒后制成颗粒,与硬脂酸镁混合,在压片机上压片;
(7)对所得压片进行210nm紫外线照射3-6 min灭菌,即得酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片。

Claims (7)
1.一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:山药4-12份、甘蔗0.62-1.62份、酸石榴0.32-1.12份、萝卜硫素0.001-0.003份、β-环状糊精0.01-0.05份、淀粉12-16份、大豆分离蛋白3-5份、乳清蛋白3-5份、微晶纤维素1-3份、苹果纤维素0.3-0.7份、维生素C 0.01-0.03份、木糖醇0.01-0.03份、山梨醇0.01-0.03份、硬脂酸镁0.02-0.04份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:山药8份、甘蔗1.12份、酸石榴0.72 份、萝卜硫素0.002份、β-环状糊精0.03份、淀粉14份、大豆分离蛋白4份、乳清蛋白4份、微晶纤维素2份、苹果纤维素0.5份、维生素C 0.02份、木糖醇0.02份、山梨醇0.02份、硬脂酸镁0.03份。
3.一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:

(3)取新鲜酸石榴去皮,拨出酸石榴颗粒,清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到酸石榴清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到酸石榴浓缩液,备用;
(4)按重量份,取萝卜硫素、β-环糊精、微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇、硬脂酸镁分别放入粉碎机粉碎后,再分别过100目筛过滤备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中的山药粉、步骤(2)中的甘蔗汁浓缩液、步骤(3)中的酸石榴浓缩液、大豆分离蛋白、乳清蛋白和淀粉置于混合机中,混合搅拌20-30分钟,搅拌完成后再置于超微粉碎机粉碎,压缩空气压力调整为10MPa,得到颗粒度4-5μm的混合物,向超微粉碎后的混合物添加萝卜硫素、β-环糊精,并进行充分混合,得到混合粉;
(6)向步骤(5)最终所得的混合粉中加入微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇等辅料粉,制成软材颗粒,然后在35-65℃范围内烘干,再经整粒后制成颗粒,与硬脂酸镁混合,在压片机上压片;
(7)对所得压片进行210nm紫外线照射3-6 min灭菌,即得酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中取新鲜山药去皮洗净,上蒸锅大火蒸30分钟后加入0.2%的柠檬酸水溶液,再打成泥打浆、用50℃温水打浆,料水重量比为1:5,然后用200目滤布过滤,将上述浆汁放入烘箱中,温度控制在50-60℃,使其均匀干燥,经5-10小时即烘干,得到山药粉。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中取新鲜甘蔗经清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到甘蔗汁清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到甘蔗汁浓缩液。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中取新鲜酸石榴去皮,拨出酸石榴颗粒,清洗、榨汁、再过滤去杂质,至肉眼看不到杂质后,再再进行3000-5000转/分钟离心分离,得到酸石榴清液,再进行真空干燥,在真空度0.096-0.099MPa、料温50-55℃、蒸汽压力0.196-0.294MPa下浓缩,浓缩至可溶性固形物达40%, 得到酸石榴浓缩液。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种酸石榴甘蔗山药咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的咀嚼片每片为0.5g-3g。
