Abstract
本发明公开一种热电鼓风机，包括外壳，所述外壳的前端开设有送风口，外壳前端内壁设置有热电模块和冷端传热板，且冷端传热板将热电模块压紧在外壳内壁上；外壳的后端设置有鼓风机叶轮，鼓风机叶轮由电机驱动，外壳的侧壁上开设有若干吸风口。本发明通过设置热电模块，利用运用热电转换技术，将发热设备的热能直接转换为电能从而驱动鼓风机叶轮运转，这样既能满足设备工作时燃烧增氧的需要，又能达到摆脱外接电源的限制的目的，对提高能源利用效率，发挥设备保障能力具有重要意义。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于热电发电技术领域，具体涉及一种热电鼓风机。
背景技术
目前，从水道中的浮标灯、石油管道用的无人中继站、野战便携式电源、空间电源到利用热电器件将柴油机排气中的废热转变为电能、利用钢铁厂和垃圾焚烧厂的废弃余热发电等等，热电发电技术已经得到越来越广泛的应用，高水平的热电发电装置效率几乎可以与现在的小功率内燃机电站媲美。由于热电发电装置具有体积小、无噪声、寿命长、无污染的优点，使其特别适合应用在存在大量低品位余热的军事领域。
野外生活时，经常要用到鼓风增氧装置，如取暖炉具、炊事灶具等设备，目前这些设备只能依靠其他外接电源为鼓风机供电，一旦外接电源出现故障或距离太远，则这些设备无法正常发挥保障效能。同时，这些设备工作时，大多数会消耗燃料，释放出部分余热，这部分余热基本都被浪费，没有得到很好地回收利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种热电鼓风机，其能够能满足设备工作时燃烧增氧的需要，又能达到摆脱外接电源的限制的目的，对提高能源利用效率，发挥设备保障能力具有重要意义。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下的技术方案：
一种热电鼓风机，包括外壳，所述外壳的前端开设有送风口，外壳前端内壁设置有热电模块和冷端传热板，且冷端传热板将热电模块压紧在外壳内壁上；外壳的后端设置有鼓风机叶轮，鼓风机叶轮通过由热电模块供电的电机驱动，外壳的侧壁上开设有若干吸风口。
所述冷端传热板上设有若干用于增大传热面积的翅片。
所述电机设置在外壳的后端外壁上，且电机与鼓风机叶轮同轴安装。
所述外壳为整体封装的正方体结构。
所述外壳采用高导热系数材料。
所述高导热系数材料为铝或铜。
所述热电模块和电机之间设有用于调节电流的控制模块。
相对于现有技术，本发明具有的有益效果：本发明通过设置热电模块，利用热电转换技术，将发热设备的热能直接转换为电能从而驱动鼓风机叶轮运转，叶轮运转时从侧壁上的吸风口吸入新鲜空气，对热电模块冷端进行冷却，从而维持热电模块冷热端温差和电机运转所需电力的最大化，保证热电鼓风机的自供电持续工作。这样既能满足设备工作时燃烧增氧的需要，又能达到摆脱外接电源的限制的目的，对提高能源利用效率，发挥设备保障能力具有重要意义。
本发明配套发热设备使用时，利用发热设备产生的余热进行发电，从而使鼓风机叶轮旋转，将新风鼓入发热设备，实现了自循环利用，可使发热设备摆脱外界供电设备的束缚，提高其能源利用效率和勤务保障能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1和2所示，本发明包括正方体结构的外壳2，外壳2的侧壁上开设有若干小孔，即吸风口1，用于吸入新风；外壳2的前端开设有一大孔，即送风口3，用于将外壳2内的风鼓出；外壳2的前端内壁上设置有热电模块4，外壳2内设有冷端传热板7，冷端传热板7通过螺栓将热电模块4压紧固定在外壳2内壁上。外壳2的后端设置有鼓风机叶轮6，鼓风机叶轮6由电机5驱动，且电机5设置在外壳2后端的外壁上，且电机5与鼓风机叶轮6同轴安装。
如图2所示，外壳2采用高导热系数材料制成，高导热系数材料具体为铝或铜。外壳2除用于固定所有器件外，还作为热电模块4的热端传热板；冷端传热板7将热电模块4压紧在外壳2上，冷端传热板7上面安装有平板翅片，平板翅片利于增大传热面积。
所述热电模块4的热端与外壳2紧密接触，热电模块4的冷端和冷端传热板7紧密接触，这样可以减小接触热阻。热电模块4连接有控制模块，控制模块与电机5集成设计，控制模块用于将电能进行升压、稳压处理，为电机5提供品质更高的电能。热电模块4利用冷热端的温差发电，发出的直流电输入到控制模块，经升压稳压处理后，为电机提供电能。
本发明的工作过程：外壳2与发热设备紧密接触，当设备有余热产生时，热量通过外壳2传递给热电模块4的热端，热端温度升高，这样热电模块4的热端与热电模块4的冷端就形成温度差，此时电流产生，热电模块4开始发电，电能经控制模块进行升压、稳压处理后，传输到电机5，电机5开始运转并带动鼓风机叶轮6旋转，这样外界新风通过吸风口1进入外壳2内部，冷却冷端传热板7（冷端传热板由于热传导、焦耳热等因素，温度会升高），从而维持热电模块4冷热端的温度差，使电流不断产生。新风在鼓风机叶轮6的驱动下从送风口3排出，送入发热设备，用于提高燃烧供氧量。
本发明运用热电转换技术、强化换热技术、自动控制技术，用于将热能直接转换为电能从而驱动鼓风机运转。将取暖炉具、炊事灶具等设备的余热转变为驱动鼓风机运转的电能，这样既能满足设备工作时燃烧增氧的需要，又能达到摆脱外接电源的限制的目的，对提高能源利用效率，发挥设备保障能力具有重要意义。
本发明配套发热设备使用时，利用设备产生的余热进行发电，从而使鼓风机叶轮旋转，将新风鼓入发热设备，实现了自循环利用，可使发热设备摆脱外界供电设备的束缚，提高其能源利用效率和勤务保障能力。
Claims (7)
1.一种热电鼓风机，其特征在于，包括外壳（2），所述外壳（2）的前端开设有送风口（3），外壳（2）前端内壁设置有热电模块（4）和冷端传热板（7），且冷端传热板（7）将热电模块（4）压紧在外壳（2）内壁上；外壳（2）的后端设置有鼓风机叶轮（6），鼓风机叶轮（6）通过由热电模块供电的电机（5）驱动，外壳（2）的侧壁上开设有若干吸风口（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热电鼓风机，其特征在于，所述冷端传热板（7）上设有若干用于增大传热面积的翅片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热电鼓风机，其特征在于，所述电机（5）设置在外壳（2）的后端外壁上，且电机（5）与鼓风机叶轮（6）同轴安装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热电鼓风机，其特征在于，所述外壳（2）为整体封装的正方体结构。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种热电鼓风机，其特征在于，所述外壳（2）采用高导热系数材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种热电鼓风机，其特征在于，所述高导热系数材料为铝或铜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种热电鼓风机，其特征在于，所述热电模块（4）和电机（5）之间设有用于调节电流的控制模块。
