化妆品组合物的粘度也是重要因素,不仅是从客户满意的角度而言,而且是从技术角度而言。
事实上,顾客都喜欢丰富的手感,也就是说足够的粘稠度。
同时,装在容器中的化妆品组合物在使用时必须易于取出。
如今存在多种类型的用于化妆品组合物的容器。
可移液瓶是对于化妆品组合物最常使用的一种容器形式之一。它在化妆品领域尤其方便,尤其是少量施用的化妆品。
为了能够被吸出,化妆品组合物必须具有特定的粘度,事实上,化妆品必须具有特定的流变性才能被吸出。
因此,化妆品组合物必须具有足够的流动性以从容器中被吸出,且必须足够硬以在手上具有稠度。
进一步而言,化妆品生产者通常追求半透明性,特别是因为半透明性赋予他们配制多种最终产品的更多自由。
已经进行研究一提出这样的化妆品组合物。
专利FR0312595公开了一种用于化妆品或制药用途的透明或清澈乳剂,其包含一种至少含有亲脂性溶剂的脂肪相、水相和至少含有HLB为11-16的非乙氧基脂肪酸酯的乳化体系。
专利申请EP2218439涉及一种卸妆用化妆品组合物,其包含至少占组合物总重量的35重量%的荷荷巴油的水相和蔗糖和脂肪酸的至少一种酯。
专利申请EP2218440公开了一种卸妆用化妆品组合物,其包含水相、亲脂性化合物和乳化体系,所述乳化体系含有蔗糖酯和聚甘油脂肪酸酯。
同样的,目前已经存在一些可以由吸管吸出的硅包水乳剂或水凝胶形式的市售产品。
硅包水乳剂由于硅的触觉而不被客户喜欢,水凝胶缺乏舒服的触感也不能提供丰富的感觉。
这些文献或产品中没有一个公开了一种具有半透明和用于可吸出瓶的适当粘度的稳定的化妆品组合物。
因此,仍然需要一种具有糖浆状质感却不粘稠并具有半透明(甚至完全透明)外观的稳定的化妆品组合物。
发明内容
申请人发现这些技术问题通过本发明的化妆品组合物所解决。
根据第一方面,本发明涉及一种水包油乳液形式的化妆品组合物,其包含在一种生理上可接受的介质中的:
(A)一种乳化体系,其包含蔗糖棕榈酸酯和/或蔗糖月桂酸酯;
(B)一种水相,其包含水和甘油,水/甘油的比为0.1/1-1/1,优选0.2/1-0.6/1;和
(C)脂肪相,其相对于组合物总重量为至少50wt.%,优选为至少55wt.%或者更优选为57wt.%,所述脂肪相包含一种或多种C6-C12脂肪酸和C6-C18脂肪单醇的油状酯。
根据第二方面,本发明涉及一种制备上述化妆品组合物的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
1-搅拌下将脂肪相(C)缓慢加入到水相(B)中;
2-逐渐增加搅拌速度以获得乳液;和
3-使获得的乳液冷却。

本发明的组合物旨在以浓缩在活性剂中的“乳清(serum)”形式用于面部皮肤和/或颈部皮肤,以避免或减少皮肤的老化迹象。它可以作为一种膏体或者护理液或者两者的混合物来使用。通常,这种组合物具有足够的流动性,以便人们可以将一滴涂到皮肤上使用,然后用手指将其铺展到整个面部。当从容器中吸出组合物时其质感是足以感觉丰富的糖浆状,但却不会对皮肤产生任何的粘稠感。
本发明的组合物也是稳定的。“稳定”是指于室温、40℃、40℃下储存3个月后,该组合物没有出现任何裸眼可见的物理改变,例如膏体化或相分离或者变色等现象。
本发明的化妆品组合物是以水包油乳液的形式,包含在一种生理上可接受的介质中的:
(A)一种乳化体系,其包含蔗糖棕榈酸酯和/或蔗糖月桂酸酯;
(B)一种水相,其包含水和甘油,水/甘油比为0.1/1-1/1,优选为0.2/1-0.6/1;和
(C)脂肪相,其相对于组合物总重量为至少50wt.%,优选至少55wt.%,以及更优选为57wt.%,其包含一种或多种C6-C12脂肪酸和C6-C18脂肪单醇的油状酯。
如这里所用的,“蔗糖棕榈酸酯”(CAS No.26446-38-8)和“蔗糖月桂酸酯”(CAS No.25339-99-5)是蔗糖与脂肪酸的酯类,分别为月桂酸和棕榈酸。
不希望被任何理论限制,这些蔗糖酯类形成一种层状结构体系,可以获得根据本发明的合适粘度。
乳化体系
本发明的化妆品组合物包含乳化体系,所述乳化体系包含蔗糖棕榈酸酯和/或蔗糖月桂酸酯。
此外,蔗糖棕榈酸酯和蔗糖月桂酸酯的每一个均有利地以相对于所述组合物总重量的1-3wt.%,优选1-2wt.%,更优选1.5wt.%的量存在于所述的乳化体系中。
在本发明的一种有利的具体实施方式中,所述乳化体系(A)包含重量比为1∶1的蔗糖月桂酸酯和蔗糖棕榈酸酯的混合物。
优选的是,除了蔗糖月桂酸酯和蔗糖棕榈酸酯外,该乳化体系还含有相对于化妆品组合物总重量为0-1wt.%的表面活性剂。
除上述的乳化体系以外,本发明的化妆品组合物还包含水相和脂肪相。
水相
根据本发明,甘油与水的比例为0.1/1-1/1,以及优选为0.2/1-0.6/1。
不希望被理论约束,申请人已经发现上述甘油/水的比例可以赋予化妆品组合物所要求的半透明和粘度。
水相含有给定比例的水和甘油,根据优选的实施方案,两者共占化妆品组合物总重的25-35wt.%。还优选的是水相不含有亲水性胶凝剂。
脂肪相
脂肪相以相对于化妆品组合物总重量的至少50wt.%,优选至少55wt.%,更优选至少57%的含量存在于该化妆品组合物中,所述脂肪相含有一种或多种C6-C12脂肪酸和C6-C18脂肪单醇的油状酯。
如这里所用的,“C6-C12脂肪酸和C6-C18脂肪单醇的油状酯”是具有6-12个碳原子的脂肪酸和具有6-18个碳原子的脂肪单醇的酯类。
所述的油状酯是有C6-C12脂肪酸,优选C8-C10脂肪酸,和C6-C18脂肪单醇,优选C8-C18脂肪单醇获得。
“C6-C12脂肪酸和C6-C18脂肪单醇的油状酯”的例子是异壬酸异壬酯或者辛酸椰油酯。异壬酸异壬酯是能可,例如,以商品名Wickenol151商购自Alzo。
依据本发明的油状酯可特别选自辛酸椰油酯或者异壬酸异壬酯。在特别优选的实施方案中,所述的油状酯为辛酸椰油酯。
不希望被理论约束,本申请人发现辛酸椰油酯比其他酯类更稳定,并且为化妆品组合物提供良好的感觉;其残留的触觉非常轻微,且密度低,因此更适合用于本化妆品配方。
更好的是,辛酸椰油酯,以商标Cetiol C5商购自COGNIS/BASF。
除油状酯以外,脂肪相可含有挥发性的烃油类,例如异十二烷,异十六烷或者植物油类,尤其是荷荷巴油类和山茶油类。
所述组合物特别含有相对于脂肪相重量为45-90wt.%,优选50-85wt.%的油状酯。
粘度
根据优选的实施方案,本发明的化妆品组合物具有小于2300Pa.s的无剪切粘度,优选950-1800Pa.s,更优选980-1150Pa.s,且阈值应力(threshold stress)小于10Pa。
优选地,该化妆品组合物的阈值应力小于2Pa。
优选地,该化妆品组合物的在100s-1的粘度为1-3Pa.s。
活性剂
该组合物也可含有美容活性成分,例如香荚兰PFA,香草花提取物,魔芋提取物(Konjirides),酰化低聚肽(例如SEDERMA公司的Matrixyl),香草奶油和荚兰强水(Planifolia Intense Water)。
有利地,香荚兰PFA可例如以相对于化妆品组合物总重的0.2wt.%的量存在。
有利地,香草花提取物可例如以相对于化妆品组合物总重的0.11wt.%的量存在。
有利地,魔芋提取物可例如以相对于化妆品组合物总重的4wt.%的量存在。
香草奶油可例如以相对于化妆品组合物总重的0.5wt.%的量存在。
荚兰强水可例如以化妆品组合物总重的0.43wt.%的量存在。
此外,本发明的化妆品组合物可能含有多种活性剂,其选自维生素、抗氧化剂、保湿剂、防污剂、角质软化剂、抗炎剂、收敛剂、美白剂以及促进微循环剂。
维生素的例子包括维生素A、B1、B2、B6、C和E以及它们的衍生物,泛酸及其衍生物,以及生物素。
抗氧化剂的例子包括抗坏血酸及其衍生物,例如维生素C棕榈酸酯、维生素C四异棕榈酸酯、维生素C葡糖苷、维生素C磷酸酯镁、维生素C磷酸酯钠、维生素C山梨酸酯、维生素E及其衍生物,例如维生素E醋酸酯、维生素E山梨酸酯及维生素E的其他酯类;二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)和丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA);没食子酸酯;磷酸;柠檬酸;马来酸;丙二酸;琥珀酸;富马酸;脑磷脂;六偏磷酸酯或盐;植酸;乙二胺四乙酸;以及植物提取物,例如来自角叉菜、红景天、嗜热栖热菌、马黛茶叶(mate leaf)、橡木、长节珠树皮、樱叶、依兰叶的植物提取物。
保水剂的例子包括聚乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、甘油、丁二醇、木糖醇、山梨醇、麦芽糖醇、粘多糖类,例如硫酸软骨素、高/低分子量透明质酸、或由硅烷醇衍生物,例如由Exsymol公司出售的活性强化的透明质酸;二甲基环丙烷二酸;胆盐类(biliary salts),吡咯烷酮羧酸盐和乳酸盐、氨基酸类似物,如尿素,半胱氨酸和丝氨酸;短链可溶性胶原蛋白、PPG双甘油、2-甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰胆碱(例如,NOF公司的Lipidure HM和Lipidure PBM)的均聚物和共聚物;尿囊素、甘油衍生物,如NOF公司的以商品名753出售的PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3甘油或者由Sederma公司以商标出售的的聚甲基甘油、由旭化成化学公司以商标出售的三甲基甘氨酸以及各种植物提取物,如欧洲栗木(Castanea sativa)、水解榛实蛋白的植物提取物、晚香玉(Tuberosa polyanthes)多糖类、刺阿干树(Argania spinosa)仁油和含贝壳硬蛋白的珍珠提取物(由日本Maruzen公司以Pearl出售)。
其他保水剂的实例包括刺激蛋白裂解酶(matriptase)MT/SP1表达的化合物,如角豆果肉的提取物,以及刺激FN3K表达的药剂;增强角质形成细胞的增殖和分化的药剂,例如嗜热栖热菌的提取物或白色千层山茶花或者可可豆壳的提取物、玉米的水溶性提取物、班巴拉花生和烟酰胺的肽提取物、增强表皮脂质合成的表皮脂质和药剂,例如神经酰胺、磷脂、和羽扇豆蛋白水解物。
防污剂的实例包括翼籽辣木(Moringa pterygosperma)籽提取物(例如LSN公司的)、乳木果提取物(例如Silab公司的)、常春藤提取物和植酸的混合物、向日葵籽提取物(例如Sederma公司的)。
角质软化剂的实例包括α-羟基酸(例如,乙醇酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、扁桃酸或酒石酸)以及β-羟基酸(例如,水杨酸)及其酯类,例如乳酸C12-C13烷基酯以及包含这些羟基酸的植物提取物,例如玫瑰茄(Hibiscus sabdariffa)提取物。
抗炎剂的实例包括没药醇、尿囊素、传明酸、氧化锌、氧化硫及其衍生物、硫酸软骨素、甘草酸及其衍生物,例如甘草酸盐。
收敛剂提取物的实例包括北美金缕梅。
增白剂的实例包括熊果苷及其衍生物、阿魏酸(例如,商购自BASF的水、二醇、卵磷脂、阿魏酸、羟乙基纤维素)及其衍生物、曲酸、间苯二酚、鞣花酸、无色多巴色素及其衍生物、维生素B3、亚油酸其衍生物、神经酰胺及其对应物、如专利申请W02009010356中记载的一种肽、专利申请W02006134282中记载的一种前药、或者传明酸的盐,例如传明酸十六烷基酯的盐酸盐、甘草提取物(光果甘草提取物),其主要以商标Licorice 由Maruzen公司出售,增白剂也具有抗氧化作用,例如维生素C化合物,包括抗坏血酸盐、脂肪酸或山梨酸的抗坏血酸酯、及抗坏血酸的其他衍生物,例如维生素C磷酸酯镁和维生素C磷酸酯钠、或者抗坏血酸的糖酯,其包括例如维生素C-2-葡糖苷、2-O-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖基L-抗坏血酸酯或6-0-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基L-抗坏血酸酯。这类物质的活性剂特别是由DKSH公司以商品名Ascorbyl出售。
促进微循环药剂的实例包括羽扇豆提取物(例如Silab公司的)、假叶树、七叶树、常春藤、人参、草木樨的提取物、咖啡因、烟酸盐及其衍生物、来自珊瑚藻的藻类提取物,如由CODIF公司出售的;以及上述物质的混合物。促进皮肤微循环的活性物质可用于避免肤色的失色和/或改进肤色的均匀度以及容光焕发。
添加剂
本发明的组合物也可能含有多种添加剂,其可选自防腐剂、紫外线过滤剂、香料及其混合物。
防腐剂的实例包括苯甲酸、丙酸、水杨酸、山梨酸、联苯基-2-醇(邻苯基苯酚)、4-羟基苯甲酸、氯丁醇、3-乙酰基-6-甲基吡喃-2,4(3H)-二酮(脱氢醋酸)、甲酸、3,3′-二溴-4,4′-六亚甲基二羟基苄脒(二溴己脒定)、十一-10-烯酸及其盐类、甲醛、多聚甲醛、戊二醇、辛酰基二醇和苯氧基乙醇和吡硫翁锌。
紫外线过滤剂的实例是有机过滤,例如二苯酰甲烷衍生物(包括特别由DSM公司以商品名1789出售的丁基甲氧基二本酰甲烷)、肉桂酸衍生物(包括特别由DSM公司以商品名MCX出售的乙基己基甲氧基肉桂酸酯衍生物)、水杨酸酯、对氨基苯甲酸、β-β′-二苯基丙烯酸酯类、二苯甲酮类、苄叉樟脑衍生物、苯基苯并咪唑类、三嗪类、苯基苯并三唑类和邻氨基苯甲酸衍生物;或无机过滤剂,基于染料或纳米染料形式的、着色或未着色的无机氧化物,尤其基于二氧化钛或氧化锌的;优选相对于所述化妆品组合物的总重量的量为0.1至约30wt.%,更好为0.5-20wt.%。
通常该组合物的pH为5-6,优选为5-5.5,包括端值。
组合物的制备
本发明的组合物可通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法来制备
本发明的组合物可以优选通过包含如下步骤的方法来制备:
1-搅拌下将脂肪相(C)缓慢加入水相(B)中;
2-逐渐提高搅拌速度,以得到乳液,并
3-使得到的乳液冷却。
“冷过程”的情形,水相和脂肪相的成分保持在室温下,即,约20-25℃。
“热过程”的情形,在上述方法的步骤1之前进行如下步骤:
-分别将水相(B)和脂肪相(C)加热至70-75℃。
申请人发现热过程可以获得更稠厚和更透明的组合物。
进一步的,申请人也发现热过程可以提供与冷过程制备的组合物一样稳定的组合物,但所用的蔗糖酯减量50%。
因此,本发明在经济上是有利的。
应用
本发明的组合物可以用于皮肤护理,尤其是防止皮肤老化,优选适用于颈部和面部皮肤。
所述组合物可以在擦涂乳膏之前涂到面部和/或颈部或与乳膏作为混合物擦在面部和/或颈部。
本发明可以通过并非限定的如下实施例来进一步说明。
实施例1:一种化妆品组合物
制备下列组合物。成分的比例是相对于组合物总重量的重量百分数。
(A)乳化体系
蔗糖棕榈酸酯 1.5%
蔗糖月桂酸酯 1.5%
(B)水相
(C)脂肪相
实施例2:一种化妆品组合物
制备下列组合物。成分的比例是相对于化妆品总重量的重量百分数。
(A)乳化体系
蔗糖棕榈酸酯 1.5%
蔗糖月桂酸酯 1.5%
(B)水相
(C)脂肪相
植物油 5-10%
辛酸椰油酯 45-55%
条件是这些成分的总量是100%。
实施例3:流变性研究
制备表1中的组合物。
利用Rheometer Gémini(Malvern仪器),在20℃下,测得无剪切粘度、阈值应力和100s-1的粘度值。
值得注意的是,它们全部具有小于2200Pa.s的无剪切粘度和小于10Pa.的阈值应力。
如表1所示,它们是稳定的。
第一次实验(参照1)是通过蔗糖肉豆蔻酸酯,蔗糖硬脂酸酯的混合物,两者各占3%。然而这对蔗糖酯类组合没有形成稳定的乳液,而是具有形成膏体的现象。
然后,测试其他蔗糖酯类:蔗糖月桂酸酯和蔗糖棕榈酸酯,各占3%(参照2)。所得乳液的稳定性是对的,然而所得产品过于粘稠且不是半透明的。
这些蔗糖酯的浓度均被减少至2%(实施例1)以进一步降低粘度,以及增加甘油浓度以获取透明的乳液。所得乳液粘稠且稳定。
蔗糖酯的浓度再次各减少至1.5%(实施例2),以获得所需粘度。所得的乳液半透明且是“糖浆状”并且稳定。
然而,其残留的感觉却有点太油腻。
所以,油相的各个组分减少10%(参照3):其乳液是稳定的,但不是半透明的,保留的乳液的化妆性仍然过于油腻。
另一个减轻“油腻”感的方法是去除配方中的奶油(乳木果油(Butyrospermum Parkii);植物甾醇低芥酸菜油甘油酯(phytosterylCanola Glycerides)和香草奶油)(实施例3)。还改变甘油/水的比例以保持乳液的半透明性。产品的粘度和半透明性是最佳的,且乳液是稳定的。
为了确保抗微生物的防腐性,添加0.5%的苯氧乙醇(实施例4)。如之前的试验,也改变甘油/水的比例以保持乳液的半透明性。产品的粘度是合适的,且乳液是稳定的。
辛酸椰油酯是天然存在的酯类,具有轻柔不油腻的触感。采用葵花籽油(向日葵籽油)进行另一种天然存在的油测试(参照4)。所述乳液具有可接受的粘度,然而它是不透明的且残留触感比实施例4更丰富。
Claims (18)
1.一种水包油乳液形式的化妆品组合物,包含在一种生理可接受的介质中的:
(A)一种乳化体系,其包含蔗糖棕榈酸酯和/或蔗糖月桂酸酯;
(B)一种水相,其包含水和甘油,水/甘油比为0.1/1-1/1,优选为0.2/1-0.6/1;
(C)脂肪相,其相对于化妆品组合物总重量为至少50%,优选至少55%,更优选至少57%,所述脂肪相包含一种或多种C6-C12脂肪酸和C6-C18脂肪单醇的油状酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述化妆品组合物的无剪切粘度小于2300Pa.s,优选为950-1800Pa.s,和更优选为980-1150Pa.s,以及阈值应力小于10Pa。
3.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于蔗糖棕榈酸酯和蔗糖月桂酸酯存在于所述乳化体系(A)中,其各自相对于化妆品组合物总重量为1-3wt.%,优选1-2wt.%,更优选1.5wt.%。
4.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述乳化体系(A)包含蔗糖月桂酸酯和蔗糖棕榈酸酯的混合物,其比例为1∶1。
5.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于除蔗糖棕榈酸酯和蔗糖月桂酸酯外,所述乳化体系(A)含有相对于化妆品组合物总重量为0-1wt.%的表面活性剂。
6.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述水相(B)中的水和甘油一起相对于化妆品组合物总重量为25-35%。
7.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述水相(B)不包含亲水性凝胶剂。
8.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述脂肪相(C)包含相对于所述脂肪相重量为45-90wt.%,优选50-85wt.%的油状酯。
9.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述脂肪酸为C8-C10脂肪酸。
10.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述脂肪单醇为C8-C18脂肪单醇。
11.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述油状酯选自辛酸椰油酯或异壬酸异壬酯。
12.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述油状酯是辛酸椰油酯。
13.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述脂肪相(C)进一步包含选自异十二烷、异十六烷、荷荷巴油或山茶油。
14.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述化妆品组合物还包含至少一种选自香荚兰PFA、香草花提取物、魔芋提取物、酰化低聚肽、香草奶油或荚兰强水的活性组分。
15.如前述任一权利要求所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述化妆品组合物还包含至少一种选自防腐剂、紫外过滤剂、香料或其混合物的添加剂。
16.一种如前述任一权利要求所述化妆品组合物的制备方法,包括如下相继步骤:
1-搅拌下将脂肪相(C)缓慢加入到水相(B)中;
2-逐渐增加搅拌速度以获得乳液;
3-使所获得的乳液冷却。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于在步骤1之前进行如下步骤:分别将水相和脂肪相加热至70-75℃。
18.前述权利要求1-15中任一所述化妆品组合物用于皮肤护理,尤其是防止皮肤老化的用途。
