Abstract
一种用于制备自动脱水拖把旋转桶的组合物,涉及化工技术领域,由以下重量百分比的组分组成,聚丙烯5-40%、聚异戊二烯10-50%、碳酸轻钙30-40%、叔丁酚醛硫化树脂0.5-2%、溴化丁基橡胶1-5%、陶土1-5%、润滑剂0.5-1%、稳定剂0.5-1%。本发明组分简单,成本低,制备的成品韧性好,承受力强,密实度高,在高温环境下也无毒害,同时由于改变了传统的生产工艺,增加冷冻这一环节,提高了制品的安全性,在较高的温度下仍然具有较好的稳定性能。

本发明涉及化工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于制备自动脱水拖把旋转桶的组合物。
背景技术
塑料家具是一种新性能的家具。塑料的种类很多,但基本上可分成两种类型:热固性塑料和热塑性塑料。前一种是我们常见的无线电收音机、汽车仪表板等;而后一种如各种家电塑料部件、软管,薄膜或卡勃编等。在现代家具中就把这种新材料通过模型压成椅坐,或者压成各种薄膜,作为柔软家具的蒙面料,也有将各种颜色的塑料软管在钢管上缠绕成一张软椅的。塑料具有易加工的特点,所以使得这类家具的造型具有更多的随意性。随意的造型表达出设计者极具个性化的设计思路,通过一般的家具难以达到的造型来体现一种随意的美。与普通的家具相比,塑料家具给人的感觉就是轻便,你不需要花费很大的力气,就可以把它轻易地搬拿,而且即使是内部有金属支架的塑料家具,其支架一般也是空心的或者直径很小。另外,许多塑料家具都有可以折叠的功能,所以既节省空间、使用起来又比较方便。塑料家具既适用于公共场所,也可以用于一般家庭。在公共场所,你看见最多的就是各种各样的椅子,而适用于家庭的品种则不计其数:餐台、餐椅、储物柜、衣架、鞋架、花架。
传统的塑料家具所用的配方较为单一,导致产品性能不能有针对性的生产,某些产品的性能较低,不能满足长时间的使用要求。
