所公开的组合物可以溶剂浓缩物形式配制并销售,且可包括稀释相液体(例如水),或者可以基本上无水。视需要,浓缩物可全浓度(full-strength)作为清洁剂、抗微生物剂、脱脂剂、脱除剂、偶联剂、聚结剂或粘度调节剂使用。然而,浓缩物典型地用液体(例如水)稀释,随后形成稀释相。稀释性液体优选在使用的时刻添加。可采用各种稀释比。浓缩物内的成分可占稀释的混合物的约1-约99%,更优选约1-约50%,和最优选约1-约25%。
在这种稀释之前,浓缩物形成单一相,并当在它于其内销售的容器中储存时保持如此。当与水或其他所需的稀释性液体在合适的稀释水平下结合并进行温和搅拌(例如,通过在存储桶内搅拌所述组合物,泵送,喷洒或使用拖把,布料或其他合适的工具)时,本发明的一些实施方案将形成假稳定的分散体,和本发明的其他组合物将形成透明溶液或分散体。
所公开的组合物可含有一种或多种共溶剂。可针对它促进稳定的单一相溶液、微乳液或分散体形成的能力来选择共溶剂。
可使用各种共溶剂。一般地,基于所选溶剂的特征和在稀释性溶剂内所选溶剂的溶解度,来选择共溶剂。对于其中水充当稀释性溶剂的组合物来说,与所选溶剂的水溶解度相比,共溶剂通常具有更高的水溶解度。共溶剂可具有高的闪点(例如,大于约50℃,更优选大于约100℃,和最优选大于约200℃)、低的气味和低的人类与动物毒性。

本发明的组合物可含有0-约50wt%的共溶剂,0-约10wt%的共溶剂,或0-约5wt%的共溶剂。

合适的酶可包括任何合适来源的蛋白酶,淀粉酶,脂肪酶,葡聚糖酶,纤维素酶,过氧化酶或它们的混合物,所述来源例如植物,动物,细菌,真菌或酵母来源。选择受到多个因素影响,例如pH-活性稳定性最佳值,热稳定性或对活性成分、助洗剂和类似物的稳定性。在这一方面中,可优选细菌或真菌酶,例如细菌淀粉酶和蛋白酶,和真菌纤维素酶。优选,酶可以是蛋白酶,脂肪酶,淀粉酶,或其结合物。酶在组合物内可以至少0.01wt%,或0.01-5wt%存在。

有用的氨基羧酸包括例如N-羟乙基亚氨基二乙酸,次氮基三乙酸(NTA),乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA),N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸(HEDTA),二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)和类似物。
可用于本发明公开组合物中的缩合磷酸盐的实例包括正磷酸钠和正磷酸钾,焦磷酸钠和焦磷酸钾,三聚磷酸钠,六偏磷酸钠和类似物。

用于增量或增白基底的漂白剂包括在清洁工艺过程中典型地遇到的条件下能释放活性卤素物质例如Cl2,Br2,--OC1-或--OBr-的漂白化合物。合适的漂白剂包括例如含氯化合物,例如氯气,次氯酸盐,氯胺和类似物。释放卤素的化合物可包括碱金属二氯异氰尿酸盐,氯化磷酸三钠,碱金属次氯酸盐,单氯胺和二氯胺,和类似物。也可使用包封的氯源,来提高组合物内氯源的稳定性。

所公开的组合物可包括能促进污物在清洁溶液内悬浮并防止被除去的污物再沉积到待清洁的基底上的抗再沉积剂。合适的抗再沉积剂的实例包括脂肪酸酰胺,氟烃表面活性剂,复合磷酸酯,苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物,和纤维素衍生物例如羟乙基纤维素,羟丙基纤维素,和类似物。所述组合物可包括0.5-10wt%或1-5wt%的抗再沉积剂。

在下述非限定性实施例中进一步阐述本发明的方面,其中所有份和百分数以重量计,除非另有说明。
实施例1
将5mol(64.3g)solketal,180mLKOH33%和0.025mol(8g)四丁基溴化铵按序引入到1L两颈圆底烧瓶内,并在25℃下剧烈搅拌15分钟。然后逐滴添加0.5Mol溴代烷烃(CiH2i+lBr)。在添加最后,升高温度到100℃,并剧烈搅拌该混合物24小时。然后分离有机相,在硫酸钠上干燥,并减压蒸馏,获得纯的烷基solketal。然后在1L圆底烧瓶内添加该纯的烷基solketal到500mLHC1(2M)中。在室温下剧烈搅拌4小时之后,用含水NaOH中和该混合物,并用200mLCH2Cl2提取3次,选择CH2Cl2是因为它的高效率,然而,也可使用环己烷,以及其他“比较绿色”的溶剂。收集有机相,在硫酸钠上干燥,并减压除去CH2Cl2。最后,减压并在氩气下蒸馏残渣,获得纯的1-O-烷基甘油,在氩气下在分子筛上储存它。通过1H和13CNMR,并通过气相色谱法,检测纯度。

Claims (5)
1.一种降低洗衣、抗微生物、清洁剂、油漆或喷墨组合物的粘度的方法,该方法包括:制备液体基洗衣、抗微生物、清洁剂、油漆或喷墨组合物,所述组合物包含:
a)0.1-50wt%的一种或多种表面活性剂,
b)0.1-50wt%的甘油短链脂族醚溶剂,其中该“短链脂族”是指具有C1-C3碳的烷基、烷氧基、链烯基或环烷基,其中该甘油短链脂族醚溶剂替代了挥发性有机化合物和降低了所述组合物的粘度,和
c)水。
2.权利要求1的方法,其中甘油短链脂族醚是其烷基具有1-2个碳原子的单烷基甘油脂族醚。
3.权利要求1的方法,其中甘油短链脂族醚是甘油单甲醚或甘油单乙醚。
4.一种偶联或增溶洗衣、抗微生物、清洁剂、油漆或喷墨组合物中的不相容的组分的方法,该方法包括:制备液体基洗衣、抗微生物、清洁剂、油漆或喷墨组合物,所述组合物包含:
a)0.1-50wt%的一种或者多种表面活性剂,
b)0.1-50wt%的甘油短链脂族醚,其中“短链脂族”是指具有C1-C3碳的烷基、烷氧基、链烯基或环烷基;和该甘油短链脂族醚溶剂替代了挥发性有机化合物和将不相容的组分偶联或增溶为均匀稳定的含水溶液,和
c)水。
5.权利要求4的方法,其中甘油短链脂族醚是其烷基具有1-2个碳原子的单烷基甘油脂族醚。
