Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于牙龈止血的填塞剂，它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：天文草、毛白杨、玉铃花、叶下珠、回回豆、自消容、观音苋、红门兰和佛肚花。本发明所述的用于牙龈止血的填塞剂具有固齿生龈、治疗牙龈出血标本兼治的作用，可有效地治疗牙龈出血，因此十分适宜在临床上推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体来说涉及一种用于牙龈止血的填塞剂。
背景技术
牙龈出血是口腔科门急诊常见病，大部分病例的发病原因是由局部因素引起，主要由牙颈部的菌斑、结石或食物嵌塞刺激致牙龈出血，水肿产生牙龈炎、牙周炎。眼沟内皮组织充血，炎性反应使肉芽组织形成，一旦受到刺激极易引起血管破裂出血(如探诊方法不当、洁治出血等)。部分病例的发病原因是由全身因素引起，如高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、肝硬化、血液性疾病。因此，寻找一种有效地治疗牙龈出血的药剂十分迫切。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于牙龈止血的填塞剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种用于牙龈止血的填塞剂，它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：天文草1-3份、毛白杨5-10份、玉铃花5-10份、叶下珠1-5份、回回豆3-10份、自消容5-15份、观音苋1-5份、红门兰5-10份和佛肚花5-10份。
优选地，本发明所述的用于牙龈止血的填塞剂是由下述重量配比的物质制成：天文草2份、毛白杨5份、玉铃花10份、叶下珠3份、回回豆5份、自消容10份、观音苋3份、红门兰8份和佛肚花7份。
参照《中药大辞典》第二版，本发明中使用的原料药的说明如下：
本发明所述的用于牙龈止血的填塞剂具有固齿生龈、治疗牙龈出血标本兼治的作用，可有效地治疗牙龈出血，因此十分适宜在临床上推广。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明，否则本发明中的百分数是重量百分数。
实施例1填塞剂的制备
取天文草20克、毛白杨50克、玉铃花100克、叶下珠30克、回回豆50克、自消容100克、观音苋30克、红门兰80克和佛肚花70克，微粉化粉碎，过100目筛，混合均匀。向上述混匀的粉末中加入蜂蜜250克，搅拌至呈均匀膏状，从而制得填塞剂。
实验例
一、患者资料
治疗30例，其中男15例，女15例，年龄最大52岁，最小30岁，平均年龄41岁。牙龈自发出血15例，洁治后牙龈出血15例，以上病例均排除凝血因子缺乏性疾病。
二、治疗方法
使用实施例1中制备的填塞剂来进行治疗。将填塞剂填塞于出血牙龈及相邻牙齿的唇腭舌侧，轻压使填塞剂紧贴于出血处，每个出血处施用0.5克实施例1中的制备的填塞剂。
三、疗效评定标准
显效：施用填塞剂40分钟后牙龈出血停止，3天内没有反复出血；无效：施用填塞剂40分钟后仍出血或暂时止血，3天内有反复出血。
四、结果
30例患者施用填塞剂40分钟后牙龈出血停止，并且3天内没有反复出血，因此全部符合显效的疗效评定标准。
五、不良反应和毒副作用监管
通过检测患者的血压、脉搏、是否出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕的临床症状来判断不良反应。发现30例患者的收缩压在90-140mmHg之间，舒张压在60-90mmHg之间，脉搏为60-100次/分钟，血压和脉搏全部都在正常范围内，并且没有出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕的临床症状。这说明本发明的药物组合物没有明显的不良反应，进而证明该药物对于人体没有明显的毒副作用。

1.一种用于牙龈止血的填塞剂，其特征在于，它由下述重量配比的物质制成：天文草1-3份、毛白杨5-10份、玉铃花5-10份、叶下珠1-5份、回回豆3-10份、自消容5-15份、观音苋1-5份、红门兰5-10份和佛肚花5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于牙龈止血的填塞剂，其特征在于，它由下述重量配比的物质制成：天文草2份、毛白杨5份、玉铃花10份、叶下珠3份、回回豆5份、自消容10份、观音苋3份、红门兰8份和佛肚花7份。
