Abstract
本发明提供在制成成型体或被覆层时显示高耐划伤性的聚烯烃树脂组合物、聚烯烃树脂组合物的成型体(尤其是片状物)、以及将该聚烯烃树脂组合物层形成于成型体表面的层叠体。[解决手段]聚烯烃树脂组合物,其中,相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份,分别以1.1~6质量份和0.1~5质量份的量含有白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料,白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的总计量为2.0质量份以上,以及由该聚烯烃树脂组合物成型的聚烯烃树脂组合物成型体、和在金属或陶瓷的成型体的表面形成有该聚烯烃树脂组合物的层的层叠体。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及聚烯烃树脂组合物以及该聚烯烃树脂组合物的成型体。从其他观点来看,本发明涉及即使在表面被划伤的情况下、该伤痕的存在也不容易显眼的聚烯烃树脂组合物成型体和聚烯烃树脂组合物被覆层、以及能够有利地用于这种聚烯烃树脂的成型体、被覆层的制造的聚烯烃树脂组合物。
背景技术
在聚烯烃树脂中添加各种颜料(例如白色颜料、黑色颜料)以及根据需要的彩色颜料、各种添加剂而制备的聚烯烃树脂组合物一直以来广泛应用在用于各种容器、各种制品(例如日用品、电气制品、汽车构件、建筑构件)的外部装饰或内部装饰的构件,或者成型为片状物等形状而广泛利用。另外,还可以将这种聚烯烃树脂组合物以涂膜的形式形成在金属成型体、陶瓷成型体(例如混凝土制品)等各种成型体的表面,从而出于改善这些成型体的外观或者覆盖这些成型体的粗面或凹凸面而使其不显眼的目的也进行利用。
应用于各种目的的已着色的聚烯烃树脂成型体在长期使用的情况下,或者即使是短期的使用,在与其他构件(尤其是金属构件、陶瓷构件(例如玻璃、混凝土)等硬质的构件)反复接触的状态下使用等、在强压下与其他构件接触的情况下,成型体的表面产生伤痕。对于聚烯烃树脂成型体的表面所产生的伤痕,该伤痕部分和无伤痕部分的亮度差、色差变大,因此容易变得显眼,所以呈现聚烯烃树脂成型体的外观显著变差的结果。
专利文献1中公开了如下内容:作为聚烯烃树脂,即使将含有各种颜料的聚烯烃树脂制品(尤其是使用过的热塑性树脂制品)的粉碎物作为原料使用时,通过利用在该粉碎物中以一定范围的量添加白色颜料(尤其是白色二氧化钛颜料)、彩色颜料等并进行熔融成型的方法,也能够制造与使用了未经使用的聚烯烃树脂(通常称为原始(virgin)聚烯烃树脂)的情况显示同等外观的着色的聚烯烃树脂制品。其中,针对聚烯烃树脂制品的耐划伤性或表面所产生的伤痕的显眼容易度与所添加的白色颜料、彩色颜料的种类、添加量之间的关系没有任何公开。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于提供如下聚烯烃树脂组合物,其中,作为原料树脂材料,无论是使用未经使用的聚烯烃树脂(原始材料)的情况,或者是使用由使用过的热塑性树脂制品回收的聚烯烃树脂(再生材料)的情况,由这些聚烯烃树脂形成的成型体、被覆层的表面均能够显示高耐划伤性(本说明书中,高耐划伤性这一表述不仅是指难以被划伤,也指即使被划伤,该伤痕也不显眼)的聚烯烃树脂组合物。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的发明人的构思在于,针对通过聚烯烃树脂组合物的成型而得到的成型体、被覆层的表面所产生的伤痕的可视性(显眼容易度),是否能够通过变更要添加的颜料的种类、添加量来进行改善,所述聚烯烃树脂组合物是使用以往利用的颜料作为聚烯烃树脂用的添加用颜料而制备的,基于该构思,进行了各种实验。其结果发现:作为在聚烯烃树脂中添加的添加用颜料,将白色的二氧化钛和炭黑或铁黑即黑色颜料组合,将它们与以往利用的添加量相比大量地添加,进而根据需要添加彩色颜料,将由此制备的聚烯烃树脂组合物作为成型材料,并将其加热熔融后制成成型体或被覆层时,即使在该成型体、被覆层的表面被划伤的情况下,该伤痕也变得不显眼。本发明是基于本发明的发明人的这种新发现而完成的发明。
本发明的第一方案在于聚烯烃树脂组合物,其中,相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份,分别以1.1~6质量份和0.1~5质量份的量含有白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料,且白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的总计量为2.0质量份以上。
本发明的第二方案在于聚烯烃树脂组合物成型体,其是由聚烯烃树脂组合物成型而成的,所述聚烯烃树脂组合物中,相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份,分别以1.1~6质量份和0.1~5质量份的量含有白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料,且白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的总计量为2.0质量份以上。
本发明的第三方案在于层叠体,其包含聚烯烃树脂组合物层,所述聚烯烃树脂组合物层中,相对于金属成型体或陶瓷成型体以及在该成型体的表面形成的聚烯烃树脂100质量份,分别以1.1~6质量份和0.1~5质量份的量含有白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料,且白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的总计量为2.0质量份以上。
发明的效果
使用本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物而制造的成型体以及在各种成型体的表面形成的被覆层(或者覆膜)即使在表面被划伤的情况下,该伤痕部分与其周围区域之间的亮度差、色差小,因此伤痕的存在不容易显眼。即,该亮度差、色差的降低可以解释为如下造成的:本发明中使用的特定范围的二氧化钛和黑色颜料对树脂组合物成型体赋予适度的遮光性,使由聚烯烃树脂组合物成型体的表面所产生的伤痕导致的树脂成型体表面的附近的白化现象(层间剥离、微小裂纹、树脂的微小拉伸物的生成等)不显眼,由该结果造成的。因此,能够延长使用本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物而制造的成型体以及用本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物覆盖表面而成的各种成型体的使用寿命。或者,使用本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物而制造的成型体和用本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物覆盖表面而成的各种成型体具有如下优点:即使在考虑到频繁产生划伤这一严格使用形态而导致使用受限的用途中也能够使用。
用于实施发明的形态
本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物的优选方式如下所示。
(1)相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份,白色二氧化钛颜料的含量在1.5~6质量份的范围。
(2)黑色颜料包含炭黑,相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份,以0.1~1.0质量份的范围的量包含炭黑。
(3)黑色颜料包含铁黑,相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份,以1.0~5质量份的范围的量包含铁黑。
(4)聚烯烃树脂100质量份中以总计为3.0~7.0质量份的范围的量包含白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料。
(5)还以0.05~3.0质量份的范围的量(优选为0.5~3.0质量份的范围的量)含有彩色颜料。
(6)聚烯烃树脂为未经使用的聚烯烃树脂(原始材料)。
(7)聚烯烃树脂是将聚烯烃树脂成型体的废弃物作为原料而得到的聚烯烃树脂(再生材料)。
接着,针对本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物中包含的各种成分,叙述详细说明。
[聚烯烃树脂]
作为本发明中使用的聚烯烃树脂的例子,可列举出聚丙烯和聚乙烯,优选为聚丙烯。需要说明的是,在市场中通常流通的、能够作为各种构件的制造原料使用的聚丙烯多为主要量的丙烯与相对少量的乙烯的嵌段共聚物(丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物)。因此,作为本发明中使用的聚丙烯,优选这种丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物。
另外,作为聚烯烃树脂,可以使用未经使用的聚烯烃树脂(通常称为原始聚烯烃树脂或者原始材料)。该未经使用的聚烯烃树脂有时也包含微量的用于制造树脂所需的添加剂。另外,作为聚烯烃树脂,也可以使用:由于成型体制造的不良情况而作为不合格品未制成制品的聚烯烃树脂的成型体的粉碎物;暂时作为各种制品(例如汽车内部装饰部件、汽车外部装饰部件、电气制品构件、事务用品)使用,其后被废弃的聚烯烃树脂的成型体的粉碎物(通常称为再生材料)。
[白色二氧化钛颜料]
本发明中使用的白色二氧化钛颜料(也称为钛白)没有特別限定,优选在各种用途中通常使用的金红石型二氧化钛、或者锐钛矿型二氧化钛。本发明中使用的白色二氧化钛颜料的特征在于,如上所述,相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份而大量使用(1.1~6质量份、优选为1.2~6质量份、进一步优选为1.5~6质量份)。
[黑色颜料]
作为本发明中使用的黑色颜料的例子,可列举出炭黑和铁黑。如上所述,相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份,可以以0.1~5质量份的范围的量使用黑色颜料。需要说明的是,黑色颜料的用量和白色二氧化钛颜料的用量是指它们的总计相对于聚烯烃树脂100质量份需要为2.0质量份以上。炭黑和铁黑可以分别单独使用,也可以混合使用。
黑色颜料之中,炭黑具有强遮光作用,为了改善伤痕的不易显眼度是优选的,但由于微细的炭黑容易凝集,因而需要注意其操作。需要说明的是,再生材料中通常混入有热固性树脂的碎片(粉碎物)、各种附着物的情况较多,有时以再生材料作为原料而制造的成型体混入这种热塑性树脂的碎片、各种附着物,使成型体的外观变差,因此为了不使这些混入物的存在变得显眼,优选配混以遮光性高的炭黑作为主成分的黑色颜料。另一方面,铁黑在遮光性方面比炭黑差,但在树脂组合物中的分散性优异,另外能够有利地用于在组合白色二氧化钛颜料、彩色颜料使用时所需的配色(调色)。因此,在以原始材料作为树脂原料的树脂成型体的制造中,为了提高该成型体所产生的伤痕的不易显眼度,优选单独使用铁黑或者以铁黑为主成分的黑色颜料。
用炭黑的用量与白色二氧化钛颜料的用量之比(炭黑/白色二氧化钛颜料)表示时,优选在0.01~0.30的范围。另一方面,用铁黑的用量与白色二氧化钛颜料的用量之比(铁黑/白色二氧化钛颜料)表示时,优选在0.1~3的范围。
本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物也可以根据需要在上述的白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的基础上含有彩色颜料。作为彩色颜料,可以根据目的单独或者组合使用氧化铁红、群青、钴蓝、钛黄、钴黄、钴蓝、钴绿等无机彩色颜料;以及喹吖啶酮红、聚偶氮黄、蒽醌红、蒽醌黄、聚偶氮红、偶氮色淀黄、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、异吲哚啉黄、永固红、对位红、甲苯胺栗色、联苯胺黄、坚牢天蓝、亮胭脂红6B等有机彩色颜料。
本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物中,优选白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料共同以高分散状态进行分散。因此,优选选择并添加公知的分散剂、例如高级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酸酰胺、高级脂肪酸金属盐(金属皂)、甘油酯、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡等。特别优选的分散剂是硬脂酸镁。
本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物中可以进一步根据需要含有各种弹性体、公知的添加剂。作为这种公知的添加剂的例子,可列举出填料(例如滑石)、润滑剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂、成核剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、以及阻燃剂。
作为使用本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物而制造的成型体的例子,可列举出乘用车、卡车、公共汽车等汽车的内部装饰部件;吸尘器、洗衣机等家庭电气制品用的外部装饰部件;家具、事务用品以及日用品。另外,本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物作为在金属成型体、陶瓷成型体(例如混凝土建筑构件等混凝土构件)的表面形成的被覆层也是有用的。
将本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物作为片状成型体使用时,其厚度通常制成0.5~6mm的范围(尤其是1~4mm、进而是1.5~3.5mm)。用本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物覆盖金属成型体、陶瓷成型体等的表面时,优选其厚度在前述厚度的范围。
实施例
[实施例1](源自原始材料的、着色成灰色的片状成型体的制造1)
通过在聚丙烯树脂基材(未经使用的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物:原始材料)100质量份中混合白色二氧化钛颜料(4.40质量份)、铁黑(1.44质量份)、红色颜料(氧化铁红、0.08质量份)、黄色颜料(钛黄、0.56质量份)、蓝色颜料(群青、0.40质量份)以及其他添加剂(分散剂、润滑剂等,总计0.30质量份),然后进行加热熔融、注射成型,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成灰色的试验片(彩色板、100mm×100mm×3.35mm)。
[实施例2](源自原始材料的、灰色的片状成型体的制造1)
除了未添加彩色颜料(红色颜料、黄色颜料以及蓝色颜料)中的任一种以外与实施例1同样操作,制成具有压花表面灰色的试验片。

除了如下述那样变更颜料的添加量以外,与实施例1同样操作,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成灰色的试验片。

通过在聚丙烯树脂基材(未经使用的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物:原始材料)100质量份中混合白色二氧化钛颜料(1.92质量份)、铁黑(2.80质量份)、红色颜料(氧化铁红、0.48质量份)、黄色颜料(钛黄、1.28质量份)、蓝色颜料(群青、0.32质量份)以及其他添加剂(分散剂、润滑剂等,总计0.30质量份),然后进行加热熔融、注射成型,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成棕色的试验片。

除了如下述那样变更颜料的添加量以外,与实施例3同样操作,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成棕色的试验片。
白色二氧化钛颜料:0.24质量份、铁黑:0.35质量份、红色颜料:0.06质量份、黄色颜料:0.16质量份、蓝色颜料:0.04质量份。
[实施例4](源自原始材料的、着色成灰色的片状成型体的制造2)
通过在聚丙烯树脂基材(未经使用的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物:原始材料)80质量份和滑石20质量份的混合物中混合白色二氧化钛颜料(3.76质量份)、铁黑(1.92质量份)、红色颜料(氧化铁红、0.08质量份)、黄色颜料(钛黄、0.64质量份)、蓝色颜料(群青、0.48质量份)以及其他添加剂(分散剂、润滑剂等,总计0.30质量份),然后进行加热熔融、注射成型,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成灰色的试验片。
[实施例5](源自原始材料的、灰色的片状成型体的制造2)
除了未添加彩色颜料(红色颜料、黄色颜料以及蓝色颜料)中的任一种以外,与实施例4同样操作,从而制成具有压花表面且灰色的试验片。
[比较例3](源自原始材料的、着色成灰色的片状成型体的制造2)
除了如下述那样变更颜料的添加量以外,与实施例4同样操作,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成灰色的试验片。
白色二氧化钛颜料:0.47质量份、铁黑:0.24质量份、红色颜料:0.01质量份、黄色颜料:0.08质量份、蓝色颜料:0.06质量份。
[实施例6](源自原始材料的、着色成棕色的片状成型体的制造2)
通过在聚丙烯树脂基材(未经使用的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物:原始材料)80质量份和滑石20质量份的混合物中混合白色二氧化钛颜料(1.04质量份)、铁黑(3.84质量份)、红色颜料(氧化铁红、0.56质量份)、黄色颜料(钛黄、1.20质量份)、蓝色颜料(群青、0.16质量份)以及其他添加剂(分散剂、润滑剂等,总计0.30质量份),然后进行加热熔融、注射成型,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成棕色的试验片。
[比较例4](源自原始材料的、着色成棕色的片状成型体的制造2)
除了如下述那样变更颜料的添加量以外,与实施例6同样操作,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成棕色的试验片。
白色二氧化钛颜料:0.13质量份、铁黑:0.48质量份、红色颜料:0.07质量份、黄色颜料:0.15质量份、蓝色颜料:0.02质量份。
[实施例7](源自再生材料的、着色成灰色的片状成型体的制造1)
通过在聚丙烯树脂基材(使用过的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物制的家庭用电气制品的粉碎物、白色颜料和黑色颜料的含量分别为1.0质量%以下)100质量份中混合白色二氧化钛颜料(4.100质量份)、黑色颜料(炭黑、0.170质量份)、红色颜料(氧化铁红、0.050质量份)、黄色颜料(钛黄、0.330质量份)、蓝色颜料(群青、0.350质量份)以及其他添加剂(分散剂、润滑剂等,总计0.30质量份),然后进行加热熔融、注射成型,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成灰色的试验片。
[实施例8](源自再生材料的、着色成棕色的片状成型体的制造1)
通过在聚丙烯树脂基材(与实施例7中使用的基材相同的、使用过的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物制的家庭用电气制品的粉碎物)100质量份中混合白色二氧化钛颜料(2.250质量份)、黑色颜料(炭黑、0.440质量份)、红色颜料(氧化铁红、0.500质量份)、黄色颜料(钛黄、1.800质量份)以及其他添加剂(分散剂、润滑剂等,总计0.30质量份),然后进行加热熔融、注射成型,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成棕色的试验片。
[实施例9](源自再生材料的、着色成灰色的片状成型体的制造2)
通过在聚丙烯树脂基材(与实施例7中使用的基材相同的、使用过的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物制的家庭用电气制品的粉碎物)80质量份和滑石20质量份的混合物中混合白色二氧化钛颜料(4.000质量份)、黑色颜料(炭黑、0.160质量份)、红色颜料(氧化铁红、0.040质量份)、黄色颜料(钛黄、0.430质量份)、蓝色颜料(群青、0.370质量份)以及其他添加剂(分散剂、润滑剂等,总计0.30质量份),然后进行加热熔融、注射成型,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成灰色的试验片。
[实施例10](源自再生材料的、着色成棕色的片状成型体的制造2)
通过在聚丙烯树脂基材(与实施例7中使用的基材相同的、使用过的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物制的家庭用电气制品的粉碎物)80质量份和滑石20质量份的混合物中混合白色二氧化钛颜料(2.030质量份)、黑色颜料(炭黑、0.460质量份)、红色颜料(氧化铁红、0.570质量份)、黄色颜料(钛黄、1.930质量份)以及其他添加剂(分散剂、润滑剂等,总计0.30质量份),然后进行加热熔融、注射成型,从而制成具有压花表面且着色成棕色的试验片。
[伤痕的显眼容易度的评价]
(1)伤痕的显眼容易度的评价方法
在实施例1~10和比较例1~4中分别制作的试验片(彩色板)的表面配置底面粘贴有砂纸(#80砂纸)的砝码(载重2kg),使该砝码在与彩色板的表面接触的条件下往返一次,使彩色板的表面产生伤痕。
接着,测定无伤痕的区域和产生伤痕的区域之间的亮度差和色差。测定使用倉敷纺绩株式会社制的分光光度计(光源:D-6510度视野),通过测定亮度L*、色相a*和色相b*(CIE1976)来实施。需要说明的是,测定是3次测定的平均值。
(2)评价结果
通过上述(1)的方法的测定而得到的亮度差和色差示于表1。

(3)评价结果的总结
由表1总结的评价结果可知,就按照本发明使用聚烯烃树脂组合物制成的片状成型体(试验片)而言,作为聚烯烃原材料,无论是使用原始材料的情况,还是使用再生材料的情况,还是配混填料(滑石)的情况,还是未配混填料(滑石)的情况,试验片表面的无伤痕的区域和产生伤痕的区域的亮度差、色差小,因此伤痕不容易显眼。另一方面可知,由将白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的含量设为一般量的聚烯烃树脂组合物成型的试验片的情况下,试验片表面的无伤痕的区域和产生伤痕的区域的亮度差、色差大,因此伤痕容易显眼。
Claims (6)
1.聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中,相对于聚丙烯树脂100质量份,含有1.1~6质量份的白色二氧化钛颜料和0.1~1.0质量份的炭黑或者1.0~5质量份的铁黑即黑色颜料,并且白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的总计量为3.0~7.0质量份的范围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中,还以0.05~3.0质量份的范围的量含有彩色颜料。
3.聚丙烯树脂组合物成型体,其是由聚丙烯树脂组合物成型而成的,在所述聚丙烯树脂组合物中,相对于聚丙烯树脂100质量份,含有1.1~6质量份的白色二氧化钛颜料和0.1~1.0质量份的炭黑或者1.0~5质量份的铁黑即黑色颜料,并且白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的总计量为3.0~7.0质量份的范围。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物成型体,其为片状成型体。
5.根据权利要求3所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物成型体,其为表面具有压花面的片状成型体。
6.层叠体,其为包含金属成型体或陶瓷成型体以及在该成型体的表面形成的聚丙烯树脂组合物层的层叠体,在所述聚丙烯树脂组合物层中,相对于聚丙烯树脂100质量份,含有1.1~6质量份的白色二氧化钛颜料和0.1~1.0质量份的炭黑或者1.0~5质量份的铁黑即黑色颜料,且白色二氧化钛颜料和黑色颜料的总计量为3.0~7.0质量份的范围。
