After the pressure sensor is connected with the analog-to-digital converter, the detected tension data is sent to the main controller. The winding controller is connected with the main controller, and the winding controller realizes winding every cycle according to the weft density setting value by the main controller. The main controller is connected with the IO drive circuit and the working power supply. The invention is suitable for a wide range of sample weft density, can avoid driving marks, and can also realize the function of variable weft density.
