本发明属于饲料加工领域,尤其涉及一种哺乳母猪饲料的配制方法。
背景技术
哺乳母猪指怀孕母猪分娩后并处于哺乳期的母猪,哺乳母猪所需的能量、蛋白质、赖氨酸及其它营养物质的水平由母猪自身的体重、产奶量以及饲养环境所决定,普通标准为一头120-150千克体重的哺乳母猪每天需要消化能60.5兆焦、粗蛋白质0.7千克,哺乳期如果营养物质供应稍不足,不会对泌乳有明显影响,但母猪须用失重来补偿,哺乳期母猪失重是正常现象,但若失重过大,则会影响母猪下一次的繁殖,在正常的饲养管理条件下,哺乳期母猪失重一般不超过母猪产后体重的15%-20%。如果哺乳母猪营养不足将严重影响断奶后再发情、排卵和受胎,并导致下次妊娠的胚胎成活率下降。为了减少哺乳母猪体重丢失,保持良好的体况,生产较多的乳汁,促进仔猪的正常生长发育,缩短母猪断奶后休情期和为下个繁殖周期生产更好的仔猪创造良好条件,提高饲粮中的营养物质是至关重要的,哺乳母猪饲料每千克应含消化能13-14兆焦、粗蛋白18%、粗脂肪6-20%、钙0.8%、磷0.7%、赖氨酸0.8%,同时改善饲粮的适口性,以炒大豆代替黄豆,另外,应添加中草药添加剂。中草药添加剂具有促进生长、预防疾病、提高哺乳母猪的泌乳性能等功能,且无残留、无毒副作用,试验表明:在哺乳母猪基础日粮中添加1%-3%的中草药添加剂能明显提高哺乳母猪的泌乳力,提高哺乳仔猪20日龄窝重约15%,仔猪日增重提高约6%,哺乳仔猪成活率提高约7%。本发明是一种哺乳母猪食用的饲料,生产该产品以优质玉米、炒大豆、稻谷、大麦、青糠、麸皮、草粉、鱼粉、贝壳粉、碳酸钙、碘盐、赖氨酸螯合铁、赖氨酸螯合锌、蛋氨酸螯合铜、多种维生素、中草药添加剂(以中草药蒲公英、王不留行、川芎、漏芦、续断、通草、麦冬、当归、白术、桔梗、路路通、贯众为原料并以特定的工艺熬制而成。) 为原料配制而成,该饲料营养丰富、口感好,能充分满足哺乳母猪自身和泌乳的需要,且抗病能力强,安全性高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种哺乳母猪饲料的配制的方法,该方法以优质玉米、炒大豆、稻谷、大麦、青糠、麸皮、草粉、鱼粉、贝壳粉、碳酸钙、碘盐、赖氨酸螯合铁、赖氨酸螯合锌、蛋氨酸螯合铜、多种维生素、中草药添加剂为原料配制而成,该饲料能充分满足哺乳母猪自身和泌乳的需要。该饲料使用的原料重量配比为:优质玉米40%-42%、炒大豆10%-12%、稻谷7%、大麦6%、青糠5%、麸皮5%、草粉10%、鱼粉6%、贝壳粉4%、碳酸钙1.8%、碘盐0.5%、赖氨酸螯合铁0.1%、赖氨酸螯合锌0.05%、蛋氨酸螯合铜0.05%、多种维生素0.5%、中草药添加剂2%。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种哺乳母猪饲料的配制方法,其特征是由以下步骤构成:
(1)将配方量的中药材蒲公英、王不留行、川芎、漏芦、续断、通草、麦冬、当归、白术、桔梗、路路通、贯众送入熬制容器,加水熬制头液和二液,将头液和二液混合后浓缩得到中草药添加剂,分量应占总量的2%。
(2)将配方量的优质玉米、炒大豆、稻谷、大麦、青糠、麸皮、草粉、鱼粉、贝壳粉、碳酸钙、碘盐、赖氨酸螯合铁、赖氨酸螯合锌、蛋氨酸螯合铜送入粉碎机粉碎为粉末状,得到混合饲料。
(3)将中草药添加剂、混合饲料和多种维生素加水适量混合均匀后送入造粒机直接造粒,然后送烘干机烘干,烘干后得到哺乳母猪饲料,其颗粒重一般为3克左右。
(4)使用时,可将种哺乳母猪饲料放入猪食槽供种哺乳母猪食用即可。
步骤(3)所述的烘干机烘干温度为40℃,烘干时间为2.5小时。
本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种批量生产哺乳母猪饲料的方法,该方法工艺简单,配制的饲料营养丰富、口感好、有杀菌泌乳的作用,哺乳母猪食用后,能充分满足哺乳母猪自身和泌乳的营养需要,且抗病能力强,安全性高。
