Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于锌-锰干电池的代汞有机复合添加剂。它是由(A)环己六醇六磷酸酯的钾、钠、铵或有机伯胺、仲胺、叔胺、季铵的盐和(B)含氮硫的杂环化合物组成。该有机复合添加剂具有优良的缓蚀性能,用它代替汞盐涂制浆层纸组装成无汞锌-锰干电池,电池性能不低于在同样工艺条件下生产的含汞锌-锰干电池。

Description

用于锌-锰干电池的代汞有机复合添加剂
本发明涉及一种用于锌-锰干电池的代汞有机复合添加剂。
传统的锌-锰干电池为了抑制电池的自放电,保持电池的工作寿命和储存期,在生产时必须往电解质中加相当量的汞盐(HgCl2);通过化学置换作用在锌负极表面生成一层汞齐,使锌极析氢和腐蚀受到抑制,并保持良好的放电性能。但,由于有毒汞盐的加入,不仅严重危及操作工人的身体健康,而且大量用过的废弃电池也造成了不容忽视的环境污染。为解决上述问题,迄今已有报导的代汞添加剂虽然种类不少,但未见有用类似本发明的化合物,我们经过了大量实验工作,终于完成了本发明。
本发明具有优良的缓腐蚀性能,使用简便,用量少,只需将此有机复合添加剂直接加入涂制浆层纸的浆料中(取代HgCl2),基本不用改变浆料中的其它成分。本发明的有机复合添加剂是由A和B二种化合物组成。其中A为植酸盐,植酸学名为环己六醇六磷酸酯,结构式为:

它有十二个可解离的氢离子,对金属有很强的络合能力,属于有机强酸,其盐可以为钾、钠、铵或有机伯胺、仲胺、叔胺、季铵盐等。B是具有如下结构的B1、B2或B3杂环化合物。

-R可为-NR2’、-NHR’、-SM,-R’可以是相同或不同,也可以是H、低碳烷基;苄基、萘基、环己烯基及取代的苯基,取代的苯基中取代基可以是-H、-OH、-COOH、-NH2;M可为-K、-Na、-H及胺类,但至少有一个M是-K或-Na。
A和B二种化合物构成有机复合添加剂的配比为:A∶B=3∶1,2∶1或1∶1。A和B在浆料中的含量为100~2000ppm,其中以250~750ppm为最好。
实施实例:
组装电池实验,用本发明的有机复合添加剂涂制的浆层纸组装R6p电池(即五号高功率电池)用GB7112-86国家标准进行性能测试,实验结果列于表中。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于锌-锰干电池的代汞有机复合添加剂,其待征在于有机复合添加剂是由A和B二种化合物组成,其中A为植酸的钾、钠、铵或有机伯胺、仲胺、叔胺或季铵盐;B为具有如下结构的B1,B2或B3杂环化合物:

其中-R为-NR2’、-NHR’、-SM;-R’可以是相同或不同,也可以是H、低碳烷基、苄基、萘基、环己烯基及取代的苯基,取代的苯基中取代基是-H、-OH、-COOH、-NH2;M可为-K、-Na、-H及胺类,但至少有一个M是-K或-Na;
A和B二种化合物构成有机复合添加剂配比为A∶B=3∶1、2∶1或1∶1;A和B在浆料中的含量为100~2000ppm。
2.如权利1所述用于锌-锰干电池的代汞有机复合添加剂,其特征在于A和B的复合物在浆料中的含量为250~750ppm。
