本发明公开了一种编织袋内覆用膜,所述内覆膜组分的重量百分比为:EVA14-2 75%—85%;LLDPE18 15%—10%;HDPE9455 6%-3%;线性7042或7047 4%—2%,该编织袋内覆用膜可以直接内粘于编织布上,替代具有层结构的内覆用膜,该编织袋内覆用膜表面光滑,对编织布的附着能力强,降低了内覆膜编织袋的制造成本。

一种编织袋内覆用膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜材料,尤其是一种用于在编织袋内表面覆膜用的薄膜材料。
背景技术
内覆膜编织袋广泛应用于化工、农业、食品、水泥等行业,它既承接了编织袋抗拉强度高的优点,又具有薄膜袋良好的气密性和防潮性,是一种典型的复合包装材料。尤其是以圆筒编织布作为基布制成的内覆膜编织袋,更是具有抗拉断力强、气密性好、防潮、覆膜不易脱落、承受内气压能力强、外观不再有外复膜编织袋原荷叶边存在、强度不受损等优点,并且从根本上解决了以往靠人工翻袋的原始工艺。
现有技术中用于生产内覆膜编织袋的内层薄膜材料多采用2层或3层结构,其目的是为了使薄膜材料具有光滑的内表面的同时,能够牢固地附着在编织基布上,CN 202742779 U就公开了一种复编织袋膜,该复编织袋膜本体包括A 面层、芯层、B 面层,A 面层、芯层、B 面层依次叠加共挤制成,这种结构的袋膜材料虽然解决了内膜的强度、抗静电能力及内膜附着力问题,但是,在生产过程中需要采用多模头共挤才能形成膜体,而多模头共挤设备价格较高,增加了内覆膜编织袋的制造成本。此外,这种具有层结构的薄膜为了保证三层结构的完整及三层材料的均匀,其成膜的厚度也受到了限制,不能用于较薄内覆膜编织袋的内覆用膜。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题:提供一种编织袋内覆用膜,该编织袋内覆用膜可以直接内粘于编织布上,替代具有层结构的内覆用膜,该编织袋内覆用膜表面光滑,对编织布的附着能力强,降低了内覆膜编织袋的制造成本。
解决技术问题所采取的技术方案:
一种编织袋内覆用膜,所述内覆膜组分的重量百分比为:
EVA  14-2           75%—85%;
LLDPE  18          15%—10%;
HDPE  9455            6%-3%;
线性 7042或7047      4%—2%。
作为本发明的改进:所述内覆膜组分的重量百分比为:
EVA  14-2               80%;
LLDPE  18              12%;
HDPE  9455              5%;
线性 7042或7047         3%。
有益效果:本发明的编织袋内覆用膜由于合理的限定了编织袋内覆用膜的材料组分及配合比例,使得本发明的编织袋内覆用膜可以直接内粘于编织布上,既保证了覆膜光滑的表面特性,又使内覆用膜对编织布具有良好的附着能力,因此,本发明的编织袋内覆用膜可以替代现有技术中由基体层和粘接层构成的具有层结构的内覆用膜,在生产过程中仅需单模头挤出即可,较采用多模头共挤生产层结构的内覆用膜成膜设备的投资少,占地面积和空间小,节省电能,降低了内覆膜编织袋的制造成本。

下面对本发明的编织袋内覆用膜作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种编织袋内覆用膜,所述内覆膜组分的重量百分比为:
EVA  14-2               85%;
LLDPE  18              10%;
HDPE  9455              3%;
线性 7042或7047         2%。

一种编织袋内覆用膜,所述内覆膜组分的重量百分比为:
EVA  14-2               75%;
LLDPE  18              15%;
HDPE  9455              6%;
线性 7042或7047         4%。
实施例3
一种编织袋内覆用膜,所述内覆膜组分的重量百分比为:
EVA  14-2               80%;
LLDPE  18              12%;
HDPE  9455              5%;
线性 7042或7047         3%。
将原料按上述实施例中的配合比例放入单层吹膜机,在115℃~260℃温度下,吹塑形成编织袋内覆用膜。

EVA  14-2           75%—85%;
LLDPE  18          15%—10%;
HDPE  9455             6%-3%;
线性 7042或7047      4%—2%。
