技术领域
本发明涉及一种浇注互感器模具盖板。
背景技术
在浇注类互感器制造行业里,浇注互感器模具浇注口的设计均以方孔或圆孔设计,这种设计的模具盖板浇注口一直有个缺点就是需要切除浇注口余料或产品表面缺料等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的是浇注口切余料和缺料的技术问题,减少在浇注生产过程中浇注体的打磨和修补。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种浇注互感器模具蜂窝孔盖板,其特征在于,盖板上设有与注料口形状相对应的储料槽,储料槽底部设有均匀分布的蜂窝孔。
优选地,所述盖板的厚度为20mm;蜂窝孔的厚度为8mm。
优选地,所述蜂窝孔为锥形孔,蜂窝孔与储料槽连接的一侧的直径为13mm,另一侧的直径为5mm;相邻两个蜂窝孔中心的间距为13.5mm。
本发明提供的浇注互感器模具浇注口盖板解决了互感器浇注体打磨和修补问题,提高了浇注互感器的产品质量和生产效率以及环保等优点。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
实施例
如图1-2所示,为本发明提供的浇注互感器模具蜂窝孔盖板的结构示意图,在厚度H为20mm的盖板中间对应注料口的位置开储料槽4,储料槽4开至距盖板底部8mm处,用于开蜂窝孔3;然后在储料槽4底部开均匀分布的蜂窝孔3,蜂窝孔3为锥形孔,蜂窝孔3与储料槽4连接的一侧的直径r1为13mm,另一侧的直径r2为5mm;相邻两个蜂窝孔3中心的间距为13.5mm。最后在盖板上对应位置开用于安装底板嵌件的装配孔1及用于器身装配的吊装孔2。
在真空浇注时料液浇注于储料槽4内,然后分散流入到部分锥形的蜂窝孔3中浇注至模腔内,同时也可增加脱气和排气。减少气泡留存在浇注体内,提高产品局放合格率。
在初固化结束后的拆模中,用一字螺丝刀插入拆模槽内撬起盖板,使浇注体与蜂窝孔内连接的浇注料自动切断形成平面,不需再打磨与修补,减少打磨修补工序工作量以及改善工作环境清洁度。

1.一种浇注互感器模具蜂窝孔盖板,其特征在于,盖板上设有与注料口形状相对应的储料槽(4),储料槽(4)底部设有均匀分布的蜂窝孔(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种浇注互感器模具蜂窝孔盖板,其特征在于,所述盖板的厚度(H)为20mm;蜂窝孔(3)的厚度(h)为8mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种浇注互感器模具蜂窝孔盖板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝孔(3)为锥形孔,蜂窝孔(3)与储料槽(4)连接的一侧的直径(r1)为13mm,另一侧的直径(r2)为5mm;相邻两个蜂窝孔(3)中心的间距为13.5mm。
