Abstract

一种绝缘套的固化装置,包括阴模与阳模两部分 的两半模,阳模的前缘与阴模的内表面相接触,并且 在与放在模中的绝缘套坯接触前沿阴模内表面滑 动。本发明的目的是避免了在两个半模之间产生绝 缘材料的毛刺。

Description

本发明涉及绝缘套的固化装置。
本发明涉及的绝缘套的固化装置包括两个半模以及把固化气通过固化模和围绕在模中芯子上所安置的绝缘套坯的装置。
上述的现有技术已由US-PS    2778759所公开。
现有技术的固化绝缘套的装置的缺点在两半模的联结面处的绝缘套的外表面出现毛刺。由于在联结面之间的绝缘材料形成的毛刺,使两半模不能充分接触。
本发明的目的是提供一种固化绝缘套并且不产生毛刺的装置。
按本发明装置的主要特征在于固化模有一个阳模部分和一个阴模部分,阳模的前缘部分与阴模部分的内表面接触,在与绝缘套坯相接触之前可沿阴模部分的内表面滑动。
阳模部分的前缘最好是尖的和有弹性的,而阴模部分包括直的导向表面,其由绝缘套的直径平面向阳模部分延伸,并且终止在扩大的导向口,在所述的扩大的导向口内阳模部分与阴模的内表面接触。
由于阳模部分的前缘与阴模部分紧密接触的情况下沿着阴模的内表面滑动,固此在固化时在两半模之间没有间隙,绝缘套的表面不会产生毛刺。
对于内径为90mm或更大的尺寸的绝缘套,最好使用空心的芯子,从每个模型部分通入固化气经绝缘套坯进到芯子腔中,也可以以相反的方向导入固化气。
对于内径小于90mm的小尺寸的绝缘套,最好使用实心芯子,而固化气从一个模型部分通入经绝缘套坯进到另一个模型部分中。
下面将参照附图来详细说明本发明。
图1示出了模具处于打开的状态;
图2示出了模具部分处于接近闭合的状态;
图3示出了模具处于闭合的状态。
图中,标号1表示固化模的阳模部分;标号2表示固化模的阴模部分;标号3表示芯子;标号4示出围绕在芯子3上的绝缘套坯。阳模部分1和阴模部分2各有一个最好为半圆柱型的打孔的内表面。
阳模部分1最好带有有弹性的尖的前缘5,而阴模部分2从其半圆柱形直径平面往阳模方向延伸,最好形成直的导向表面6并终止在扩大的导向口7。
带有绝缘套坯4的芯子3支撑在传递装置上被送入打开的固化模中,如图1所示的位置。固化模的阳模部分被提升到如图2所示的位置,之后,阳模部分1降到如图3所示的位置。
阳模部分1的有弹性的前缘5最好先与阴模部分2中的导向口7的内表面接触,然后沿导向表面6往下滑,一直压到阳模部分1的半圆柱形表面与绝缘套坯4相接触。因而,阳模部分1的前缘5延伸将近到阴模部分的半圆柱表面的直径平面处。
如图示的特殊情况下,如果绝缘套较大,也就是内径至少为90mm时,所用的芯子3是空心的,并且固化气将通过空心的两半模1和2,再通过绝缘套坯4进入到芯子3的内腔,如图3中箭头11所示。对于小的绝缘套,最好用实心芯子,固化气从阳模部分1中的内腔12通过坯4进入阴模部分2的内腔14中。在这种情况下,阴模部分2最好分成两个内腔13和14,而在内腔13中的气压是大气压。

Claims (6)

1、绝缘套的固化装置,包括一个两半模(1,2)和把固化气通过该固化模(1,2)和围绕在模中芯子(3)上所安置的绝缘套坯(4),其特征在于:所述的两半模(1,2)包括一个阳模部分(1)和一个阴模部分(2),并且阳模(1)的前缘(5)可与阴模(2)的内表面(6)接触,在与绝缘套坯(4)相接触之前可沿阴模的内表面滑动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于阳模的前缘是尖的并是有弹性的。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于阴模(2)包括一直的导向表面(6),其向阳模(1)延伸并终止在扩大的导向口(7)。
4、根据权利要求2和3的装置,其特征在于阳模(1)的前缘(5)被安置在在所述的扩大的导向口(7)内与阴模的内表面相接触。
5、根据权利要求1的装置,用于大绝缘套,其特征在于芯子(3)是空心的,固化气(10)可从每个半模(1,2)通入,经绝缘套坯(4)进到芯子腔中,也可以相反的反向导入。
6、根据权利要求1的装置,用于小绝缘套,其特征在于芯子(3)是实心的,固化气(11)从一个模型部分(1)导入,经绝缘套坯(4)进到另一个模型部分(2)中。
