背景技术
化学方法除草是农业上控制杂草的主要手段之一。近年来,由于一些除草剂品种大面积单独使用,已经导致很多杂草产生了抗药性。同时,由于杂草发生时草相复杂、种类繁多,单一品种使用已不能有效解决农田杂草,均会表现出某一方面的缺陷。而不同种类除草剂混配使用,具有除草谱广、提升防除效果、延缓杂草产生抗药性、省时、省工等诸多优点。
双氟磺草胺(florasulam),属于三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂,具有内吸传导作用,可以传导至杂草全株,因而杀草彻底,不会复发。在低温下药效稳定,即使是在2℃时仍能保证稳定药效,这一点是其他除草剂无法比拟的。主要用于防除小麦田阔叶杂草,如猪殃殃、麦家公等。
唑嘧磺草胺(flumetsulam),属于三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂,作用机理是抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶的合成,通过抑制支链氨基酸的合成使蛋白质合成受阻,植物停止生长。残效期长、杀草谱广,土壤、茎叶处理均可。适于玉米、大豆、小麦、大麦等田中防治1年生及多年生阔叶杂草如问荆、荠菜、小花糖芥、独行菜、播娘蒿、蓼、婆婆纳、苍耳、龙葵、反枝苋、藜、苘麻、猪殃殃、曼陀罗等。
通过不同农药品种复配配方的筛选,选出优秀的配方可有效提高对病、虫、草害的实际防治效果,减少用药量,降低成本,延缓病、虫、草害抗药性的产生,是农业上病、虫、草害综合治理的重要手段。本发明人对双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺的复配配方筛选进行了深入研究,发现双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺进行复配,在一定的复配比例范围对麦田阔叶杂草有增效作用,经进一步研究,完成了本发明。
目前尚未发现双氟磺草胺与唑嘧磺草胺复配的相关专利报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中农药单剂单独使用时对麦田杂草易产生抗药性以及实际防治效果较差的问题,提供一种高效、广谱、经济、安全,有利于麦田杂草综合治理的除草组合物。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明提供一种含有双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺的除草组合物,由有效成分双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺及适当的农药辅助成分组成。双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺在组合物中的的质量份数比为20:1~1:20。
所述的除草组合物可按照本领域技术人员公知的方法,可以加工成悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂和水分散性粒剂等适合农业生产上使用的应用剂型。
本发明组合物应用剂型中使用的辅助成分包括乳化剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、载体等有益于有效成分在制剂中稳定和发挥药效的已知物质,都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的各种成分,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过试验确定。
所述乳化剂可以是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、二苯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚、二苯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧甲醛缩合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚等中的一种或几种的混合。
所述湿润剂可以是十二烷基硫酸钠、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、丁基萘磺酸钠、脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、石油磺酸钠、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、拉开粉、茶枯粉、皂角粉、无患子粉等中的一种或几种的混合。
所述崩解剂可以是碳酸氢钠、氯化镁、氯化铝、氯化钠、尿素、硫酸铵、膨润土等中的一种或几种的混合。
所述分散剂可以是亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、聚羧酸盐、亚硫酸纸浆废液、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等中的一种或几种的混合。
所述增稠剂可以是聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯、黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硅酸镁铝、酚醛树脂、甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠等中的一种或几种的混合。
所述消泡剂可以是环氧大豆油、甲醇、硅油等中的一种或几种的混合。
所述防冻剂可以是甘油、丙二醇、二甘醇、尿素等中一种或几种的混合。
所述载体可以是轻质碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、滑石粉、石英沙、大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、松节油、油酸甲酯、椰子油、棕榈油中的一种或几种的混合。
本发明组合物的施用频率和施用量随杂草生长情况、天气情况变化等因素而有小量变化,可以通过使用适当的施药次数和剂量达到有效防治的目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、双氟磺草胺与唑嘧磺草胺复配具有协同增效作用、较之单剂单独使用明显提高了对麦田阔叶杂草的防治效果,且扩大了杀草谱。
2、双氟磺草胺与唑嘧磺草胺两种有效成分复配,降低了农药使用量、降低了抗性风险、减少了使用成本、环境相容性好。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步说明,但不能视为对本发明的限制。
(一)配方及制剂加工实施例。
本发明实施例中有效成分采用97%双氟磺草胺原药和97%唑嘧磺草胺原药,实例中所述的各组分百分含量均为重量百分含量。
实施例1:5.8%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺悬浮剂。
双氟磺草胺2.5%、唑嘧磺草胺3.3%、十二烷基硫酸钠20%、木质素磺酸钠5%、硅油0.5%、黄原胶0.2%,去离子水补至100%。将上述配方按比例混合,在剪切机中剪切混合均匀,然后用磨砂机研磨后制得5.8%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺悬浮剂。
实施例2:15%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺油悬浮剂。
双氟磺草胺3.5%、唑嘧磺草胺11.5%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚2%、丙二醇3%、甲基纤维素0.8%,大豆油补至100%。将上述配方按比例混合,在剪切机中剪切混合均匀,然后用磨砂机研磨后制得15%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺油悬浮剂。
实施例3:20%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺可湿性粉剂。
双氟磺草胺5%、唑嘧磺草胺15%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%、聚羧酸盐3%、拉开粉5%,高岭土补至100%。将上述配方按比例粗粉碎后进入混合器中混合均匀,再经气流粉碎后制得20%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:30%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺水分散粒剂。
双氟磺草胺10%、唑嘧磺草胺20%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%、木质素磺酸钠3%、硫酸铵5%、丙二醇3%,高岭土补至100%。将上述配方按比例干法粉碎、造粒、干燥、筛分制备制得30%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺水分散性粒剂。
(二)生物活性实施例。
试验选择播娘蒿、荠菜、猪殃殃、繁缕等阔叶杂草较多的小麦田进行。试验共设4个处理,每处理设3个重复,处理1为5.8%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺悬浮剂,处理2为5%双氟磺草胺悬浮剂,处理3为80%唑嘧磺草胺水分散粒剂,处理4为对照(不施药不除草),药后20天统计各处理杂草数量并计算防效,结果见表1。
表1、5.8%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺悬浮剂防除小麦田阔叶杂草田间药效试验结果。
由表1可以看出,药后20天5.8%双氟磺草胺·唑嘧磺草胺悬浮剂使用制剂10-12克/亩对小麦田阔叶杂草的防效均明显高于各单剂单独使用,同时在试验调查过程中未发现该组合物对小麦产生药害。由此可见,该除草组合物值得在农业生产上推广应用。
Claims (3)
1.一种含有双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于有效成分为双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺,双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺在组合物中的的质量份数比为20:1~1:20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的除草组合物的剂型是悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂和水分散粒剂中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:适用于防除小麦田阔叶杂草。
