Abstract

本发明公开了一种PVC热收缩膜,按重量份数主要由以下原料制成:PVC树脂90~100份、助剂1~5份、润滑剂2~5份、增塑剂1~3份、抗氧剂2~5份。本发明还公开了该PVC热收缩膜的制备方法。本发明通过上述的制备方法得到的PVC热收缩膜,透明性好高于普通的PVC热收缩膜,并且收缩均匀且收缩率高,为环境友好型收缩膜。本发明的制备方法简单、易操作,能够实现大规模生产。

Description

一种PVC热收缩膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC热收缩膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC热收缩膜系用乙烯法PVC树脂跟十几种辅料混合后二次吹胀而成,其特点是透明度好、易收缩、强度高、收缩率可以根据用户需要自由调整,可操作性强。目前制备的PVC热收缩膜虽然整体弥补了传统工艺的某些缺陷,但是得到的PVC产品在性能方面还有待提高,因此对于各种性能参数都满足高要求的PVC热收缩膜有待研究和制备。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种韧性好、而且透明、环保的PVC热收缩膜。本发明的第二个目的是提供该收缩膜的制备方法。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种PVC热收缩膜,按重量份数主要由以下原料制成:PVC树脂90~100份、助剂1~5份、润滑剂2~5份、增塑剂1~3份、抗氧剂2~5份。
所述PVC树脂为SG-5。SG-5购买于山东博汇汇纸业股份有限公司。
其中,助剂为HANKINSNCP-2。HANKINS*NCP/2是一种不挥发的、低粘度的聚合物添加剂。产品为环境友好型添加剂、无色无味、可用于醋丙、纯丙及苯丙乳液中,以赋于优秀的粘性和对基材的附着力。由于其独特的化学结构HANKINS*NCP/2具有高度的耐水解、抗冻性和疏水性。显著提高乳液成膜后的光泽度和透明度,显著的延展性和复原性,增强胶层的弹性和内聚力、增强了柔韧性和弹性、优异的的湿性粘结强度和干性粘合强度、提高剥离强度,对难粘基的附着力显着提高、良好的高低温性能,增强低温成膜性能、大大提高聚合物的耐低温,抗冻性能。
所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺、单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂醇或硬脂酸中的一种。
所述增塑剂为己二酸脂。
所述抗氧剂为ESC-1010抗氧剂。
PVC热收缩膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取上述重量份数的原料;
2)在70~80℃往反应釜中加入PVC树脂、助剂、润滑剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂并以160~220rpm转速搅拌5~10min;
3)将反应釜内温度升高至280~300℃,压力降至90pa以下,在此条件下反应1~3h得到聚合熔体,然后将制备的聚合熔体挤出、切粒、干燥,得到PVC聚酯切片;
4)将上述PVC聚酯切片熔融挤出、模头铸片、铸片缠卷、双向拉伸、冷却定型、测量厚度、收卷、分切复卷,包装、成品。
所述熔融挤出温度为275~280℃,所述双向拉伸温度为110~116℃,所述测量厚度为45~50μm。
有益效果:本发明通过上述的制备方法得到的PVC热收缩膜,透明性好高于普通的PVC热收缩膜,并且收缩均匀且收缩率高,为环境友好型收缩膜。本发明的制备方法简单、易操作,能够实现大规模生产。该PVC热收缩膜可以用于食品、电子、机械行业。

根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的具体的物料配比仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例1
本发明的PVC热收缩膜,按重量份数主要由以下原料制成:山东博汇的SG-590份、HANKINSNCP-21份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2份、己二酸脂1份、ESC-1010抗氧剂2份。
称取上述重量份数的原料;在70℃往反应釜中加入SG-5、HANKINSNCP-2、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、己二酸脂、ESC-1010抗氧剂并以160rpm转速搅拌5min;将反应釜内温度升高至280℃,压力降至90pa以下,在此条件下反应1h得到聚合熔体,然后将制备的聚合熔体挤出、切粒、干燥,得到PVC聚酯切片;将上述PVC聚酯切片熔融挤出、模头铸片、铸片缠卷、双向拉伸、冷却定型、测量厚度、收卷、分切复卷,包装、成品。所述熔融挤出温度为275℃,所述双向拉伸温度为110℃,所述测量厚度为45μm。

实施例2
本发明的PVC热收缩膜,按重量份数主要由以下原料制成:山东博汇的SG-5100份、HANKINSNCP-25份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5份、己二酸脂3份、ESC-1010抗氧剂5份。
称取上述重量份数的原料;在80℃往反应釜中加入SG-5、HANKINSNCP-2、单硬脂酸甘油酯、己二酸脂、ESC-1010抗氧剂并以220rpm转速搅拌10min;将反应釜内温度升高至300℃,压力降至90pa以下,在此条件下反应3h得到聚合熔体,然后将制备的聚合熔体挤出、切粒、干燥,得到PVC聚酯切片;将上述PVC聚酯切片熔融挤出、模头铸片、铸片缠卷、双向拉伸、冷却定型、测量厚度、收卷、分切复卷,包装、成品。所述熔融挤出温度为280℃,所述双向拉伸温度为116℃,所述测量厚度为50μm。
性能参数测量结果:
实施例3
本发明的PVC热收缩膜,按重量份数主要由以下原料制成:山东博汇的SG-595份、HANKINSNCP-23份、硬脂醇3份、己二酸脂2份、ESC-1010抗氧剂3份。
称取上述重量份数的原料;在75℃往反应釜中加入SG-5、HANKINSNCP-2、硬脂醇、己二酸脂、ESC-1010抗氧剂并以195rpm转速搅拌7min;将反应釜内温度升高至295℃,压力降至90pa以下,在此条件下反应2h得到聚合熔体,然后将制备的聚合熔体挤出、切粒、干燥,得到PVC聚酯切片;将上述PVC聚酯切片熔融挤出、模头铸片、铸片缠卷、双向拉伸、冷却定型、测量厚度、收卷、分切复卷,包装、成品。所述熔融挤出温度为277℃,所述双向拉伸温度为113℃,所述测量厚度为47μm。
性能参数测量结果:
实施例4
本发明的PVC热收缩膜,按重量份数主要由以下原料制成:山东博汇的SG-596份、HANKINSNCP-24份、硬脂酸4份、己二酸脂3份、ESC-1010抗氧剂4份。
称取上述重量份数的原料;在77℃往反应釜中加入的SG-5、HANKINSNCP-2、硬脂酸、己二酸脂、ESC-1010抗氧剂并以168rpm转速搅拌7min;将反应釜内温度升高至290℃,压力降至90pa以下,在此条件下反应2.5h得到聚合熔体,然后将制备的聚合熔体挤出、切粒、干燥,得到PVC聚酯切片;将上述PVC聚酯切片熔融挤出、模头铸片、铸片缠卷、双向拉伸、冷却定型、测量厚度、收卷、分切复卷,包装、成品。所述熔融挤出温度为278℃,所述双向拉伸温度为115℃,所述测量厚度为48μm。
性能参数测量结果:

Claims (2)

1.一种PVC热收缩膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)称取上述重量份数的原料;主要由以下原料制成:PVC树脂90~100份、助剂1~5份、润滑剂2~5份、增塑剂1~3份、抗氧剂2~5份;所述PVC树脂为SG-5,所述助剂为HANKINSNCP-2,所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺、单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂醇或硬脂酸中的一种,所述增塑剂为己二酸酯,所述抗氧剂为ESC-1010抗氧剂;
2)在70~80℃往反应釜中加入PVC树脂、助剂、润滑剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂并以160~220rpm转速搅拌5~10min;
3)将反应釜内温度升高至280~300℃,压力降至90pa以下,在此条件下反应1~3h得到聚合熔体,然后将制备的聚合熔体挤出、切粒、干燥,得到PVC聚酯切片;
4)将上述PVC聚酯切片熔融挤出、模头铸片、铸片缠卷、双向拉伸、冷却定型、测量厚度、收卷、分切复卷,包装、成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC热收缩膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熔融挤出温度为275~280℃,所述双向拉伸温度为110~116℃,所述测量厚度为45~50μm。
