技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝罐封口刀具。
背景技术
汽车空调储液干燥器，该储液干燥器的用途是贮存制冷剂、过滤杂质、吸附液态与气态当中的水份，储液干燥器的主体结构为密封的容器，现有技术中，该容器包括上盖和下盖，通过焊接成为一体，因此，费工费时，产品成本很高。
发明内容
本发明根据以上不足，提供了一种铝罐封口刀具，先用铝锭挤压加工成一端开口的铝罐，再通过铝罐封口刀具将铝罐加工成封闭的铝罐。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种铝罐封口刀具，包括刀柄和刀头，刀头设有用于与铝罐摩擦的曲面，该曲面的形状至少有铝罐封口曲面的八分之一的重合面积，在加工铝罐形成的封口曲面时，从封口曲面的中心轴方向主视，该曲面位于封口曲面的左上方。
通过曲面刀头与铝罐摩擦具有良好接触面积，提高升温效果，缩短升温时间，采用了曲面结构还可以增加刀头的强度，降低刀头材料的要求，或者说在相同刀头材料的条件下可以延长刀头的寿命。
作为优选，所述曲面的形状有铝罐封口曲面的四分之一的重合面积。
还包括割刀，该割刀的刀口垂直方向对准铝罐封口曲面的中心，曲面位于割刀的上方，割刀的刀口的上方与曲面中铝罐外径相对应的外圆周曲线切向连接。
在加工形成铝罐封口曲面的过程中，在铝罐封口曲面中心会有凸出的铝屑生成，利用该割刀可以将该铝屑切割掉，一次即可加工成圆滑的铝罐封口曲面。也正是需要有该割刀，最佳的曲面的形状有铝罐封口曲面的四分之一的重合面积。从而达到最大的曲面面积，获得最大的接触面积，最快的升温时间，最小的升温能耗。
作为优选，所述曲面为球面，也可以是抛物面、锥面。
使用铝罐封口刀具，进行加工时，按如下加工步骤：
A、将铝罐夹紧在数控车床的卡盘上，刀柄安装在车床刀架上，刀口对准铝罐的端面的中心点；
B、启动车床，主抽反转；
C、曲面紧贴铝罐的边缘开始摩擦，当摩擦发热达到铝罐变形的温度再进刀；
D、当铝罐形成封口曲面时，在封口曲面的中心形成凸出的铝屑，割刀的刀口将该铝屑割除，完成加工。
当铝罐的外径选60-75mm、管壁厚度为1.5-2mm时，车床主抽的转速范围可选800-1200转/分，进给率F0.1-0.3。
本发明铝罐封口刀具具有结构简单、成本低、可一次对铝罐进行封口、节省升温时间、降低升温能耗、提高工作效率的有益效果。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明：
如图所示，一种铝罐封口刀具，包括刀柄4和刀头，刀头设有用于与铝罐5摩擦的曲面2，该曲面2的形状至少有铝罐5封口曲面51的八分之一511的重合面积，在加工铝罐5形成的封口曲面51时，从封口曲面51的中心轴方向主视，该曲面2位于封口曲面51的左上方，该八分之一511的重合面积位于图4中虚线52与53所围成的小的那块面积中的任一个位置均可以。
最佳的方案，曲面2的形状有铝罐5封口曲面51的四分之一的重合面积，图4中虚线52与53所围成的小的那块面积。
刀头上还设置有割刀3，该割刀3的刀口垂直方向对准铝罐5封口曲面51的中心，曲面2位于割刀3的上方，割刀3的刀口的上方与曲面2中铝罐5外径相对应的外圆周曲线1切向连接。
曲面2为球面、抛物面或锥面。

1.一种铝罐封口刀具，包括刀柄(4)和刀头，其特征是，刀头设有用于与铝罐(5)摩擦的曲面(2)，该曲面(2)的形状至少有铝罐(5)封口曲面(51)的八分之一(511)的重合面积，在加工铝罐(5)形成的封口曲面(51)时，从封口曲面(51)的中心轴方向主视，该曲面(2)位于封口曲面(51)的左上方，还包括割刀(3)，该割刀(3)的刀口垂直方向对准铝罐(5)封口曲面(51)的中心，曲面(2)位于割刀(3)的上方，割刀(3)的刀口的上方与曲面(2)中铝罐(5)外径相对应的外圆周曲线(1)切向连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铝罐封口刀具，其特征是，所述曲面(2)的形状有铝罐(5)封口曲面(51)的四分之一的重合面积。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种铝罐封口刀具，其特征是，所述曲面(2)为球面、抛物面或锥面。
