(三)试验方法(3) Test method
1.家兔皮肤大创口愈合试验:1. Rabbit skin large wound healing test:
家兔,去毛,在脊柱两侧分别切除1×2cm皮肤,用湿纱布浸润伤口1h后,给予相应护理品,7天后观察家兔伤口愈合率。Rabbits were depilated, and 1×2 cm of skin was excised on both sides of the spine, and the wound was infiltrated with wet gauze for 1 hour, then given corresponding nursing products, and the wound healing rate of the rabbit was observed after 7 days.
2.小鼠创口感染试验:2. Mouse wound infection test:
昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为:纯壳聚糖膜组;壳聚糖生物胶组;生理盐水组;生理盐水组。各组小鼠沿脊柱两侧脱毛,划#字口,金黄色葡萄球菌菌液涂抹伤口,于接菌后30min给予相应药物,每天重复一次,连续7d。分别记录各组死亡率。Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into: pure chitosan membrane group; chitosan biological glue group; normal saline group; normal saline group.
