Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,是一种带支架回收线的单侧冀胆管内支架,由支架(1)、侧翼(2)和回收线组成,支架(1)呈管状,侧翼(2)位于支架的近端,回收线由线(3)和回收杆(4)组成,线(3)的一端系于回收杆(4)的腰部,另一端固定于支架(1)的远端。本发明结构简单,使用方便,便于取出或更换支架,由于回收线的线比较细,不会影响十二指肠乳头的屏障功能,因而可防止肠道细菌逆行进入胆管导致胆管炎,也可防止肠道细菌粘附于支架内壁或因食物反流致使支架堵塞,还可避免因取不出支架需切开十二指肠乳头而造成出血、穿孔及逆行胆管感染等情况的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,是一种带支架回收线的单侧冀胆管内支架。
背景技术
临床上,对于胆管肿瘤导致胆管恶性狭窄患者或因手术、外伤、肝移植等导致胆管良性狭窄时,通常需置入胆管支架扩张胆管狭窄段。现有的胆管支架为双侧冀胆管支架,其由支架和侧冀组成,支架呈管状,两个侧翼分别位于支架的两端。使用时,通过支架推送器将胆管支架推送至堵塞所在部位的胆管,如肝内胆管、左右肝管、肝总管或胆总管,胆管支架的一端(近端)置于胆管内,另一端(远端)则跨越十二指肠乳头留在十二指肠内,位于近端的侧翼可防止胆管支架滑出胆管,位于远端的侧翼仅仅是为了防止支架通过十二指肠乳头滑入胆管内,因为一旦滑入胆管内支架就难以取出或更换。这种双侧冀胆管支架虽然因一端留在十二指肠内而方便取出或更换,但正因为一端留在十二指肠内,往往会导致肠道细菌粘附于支架内壁或因食物反流致使支架堵塞,还因其跨越十二指肠乳头而破坏了十二指肠乳头的屏障功能可能使肠道细菌逆行进入胆管导致胆管炎,况且,万一支架的远端滑入胆管内,就只能行十二指肠乳头切开才能取出,这不仅会破坏十二指肠乳头正常结构,使其屏障功能丧失而导致肠道细菌逆行进入胆管引起胆管炎,而且可能会导致出血、穿孔等并发症的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、取出或更换方便、可有效防止胆道逆行感染的带支架回收线的单侧翼胆管内支架。
本发明由支架、侧翼和回收线组成。支架呈管状,一个侧翼位于支架的近端,回收线由线和回收杆组成,线的一端系于回收杆的腰部,另一端固定于支架的远端。
使用时按常规通过支架推送器将支架送入胆管内,其不同之处在于将支架完全置入胆管内,其近端越过胆管狭窄段,其远端置于胆总管末端,而将回收杆一端的回收线留于胆管外的十二指肠内,亦即回收线跨越十二指肠乳头,回收或更换支架时,只需夹住回收杆一拉,支架就可通过十二指肠乳头被拉出胆管。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,便于取出或更换支架,由于回收线的线比较细,不会影响十二指肠乳头的屏障功能,因而可防止肠道细菌逆行进入胆管导致胆管炎,也可防止肠道细菌粘附于支架内壁或因食物反流致使支架堵塞。还可避免因取不出支架需切开十二指肠乳头而造成出血、穿孔及逆行胆管感染等情况的发生。

本发明由支架1、侧翼2和回收线组成。支架1呈管状,侧翼2位于支架的近端,回收线由线3和回收杆4组成,线3的一端系于回收杆4的腰部,另一端固定于支架1的远端。
实施例1一种带支架回收线的单侧冀胆管内支架
本发明支架1长10cm,外径11F(0.37cm),内径7F(0.23cm),回收线的线3长3cm,回收杆4长1cm,外径0.05cm。
本发明可按需制成不同的规格型号。

1.一种带支架回收线的单侧冀胆管内支架,其特征在于由支架(1)、侧翼(2)和回收线组成,支架(1)呈管状,侧翼(2)位于支架的近端,回收线由线(3)和回收杆(4)组成,线(3)的一端系于回收杆(4)的腰部,另一端固定于支架(1)的远端。
