Abstract

发明内容

具体实施方式
参考图1至图6,右安装托架10和左安装托架12构造成将基板结构的余部安装在车壁或门框上并置于门洞的上方。安装托架10、12是具有由连接板14和垂直的上凸缘16、下凸缘18限定的U形形状的通道(槽形件)。连接板14具有孔20(参见图6),孔20容纳用于将连接板14固定在车壁或门框上的紧固件。上凸缘16具有接纳门轴23的细长缺口22(参见图4)、容纳用于固定使门轴回转的轴承25的紧固件的细长孔24(参见图4)和容纳用于固定上支撑件48、50的紧固件的孔26。下凸缘18具有开口30,开口30容纳用于将安装托架固定至滚轮轨道32的紧固件。安装托架的上凸缘中的细长缺口22和细长孔24适应基板相对于门轴23的各个线性位置。
滚轮轨道32固定在安装托架10、12上。滚轮轨道32限定了在打开和关闭某种类型的车门的过程中用于引导门板的边缘的细长滚轮沟槽。滚轮轨道32使用定位在安装托架的选定孔30中的小紧固件(螺栓)34固定在安装托架上以适应门洞的各种公差。这样允许滚轮轨道32安装在内侧或外侧的不同位置,从而将例如在双折叠车门和滑动滑行门的情况下使用的滚轮沟槽33相对于门轴进行定位。根据车门的几何形状,滚轮轨道32可以安装在安装托架10、12上的不同位置。因此,可以将标准支撑托架应用于多种公交车。
滚轮轨道32具有从两个端部伸出的端部凸缘52、54,端部凸缘52、54具有容纳用于固定在安装托架10、12上的紧固件35的孔。滚轮轨道32具有面向内侧凸缘56、58,面向内侧凸缘56、58具有两列对准孔60、62,对准孔60、62容纳用于将中心支撑件36固定至滚轮轨道32以及枢转地安装致动器(可以包括气压缸)的一个端部和上支撑件的一个端部的插接件。
中心支撑件36是一个连接板倚靠在滚轮轨道32上的通道(槽形件)。中心支撑件36在该通道的位于滚轮轨道32的两个相反端部处的连接板38、40中具有一对对准孔,这一对对准孔接纳用于枢转地安装线性致动器44、46和上支撑件48、50的插接件42。上支撑件48、50附接在安装托架10、12的任一侧,并且具有在提供必要的结构支撑以吸收在线性致动器44、46伸长或缩短过程中产生的反作用力的同时减少重量的构造。滚轮轨道32的端部同样吸收反作用力。上支撑件48、50具有适用于多种场合的标准构造。插接件42是还将中心支撑件36固定至滚轮轨道32的螺栓。中心支撑件36的端部和上支撑件48、50之间的枢转连接非常重要。在有些情况下,结构中的孔可以在左、右两侧稍微偏离,并且门板系统的中心线不与门洞的中心线重合。由插接件42提供的枢转连接有助于解决这个问题。
中心支撑件36和滚轮轨道32可以由容易制造的材料(轧制材料)制成,并且应该是仅有的需要根据例如不同的门洞宽度和车门几何形状改变尺寸的部件。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于公交车门的可调基板结构,所述可调基板结构由多个固定尺寸部件和多个可变尺寸部件组成以适应多种尺寸和类型的车门并且包括:
横跨车门的宽度的滚轮轨道和固定在所述滚轮轨道上的中心位置处的中心支撑件;
安装托架,其固定在车框或门框和所述滚轮轨道上并支撑门轴的轴承;
致动器,其枢转地安装在所述中心支撑件的两个端部上;以及
上支撑件,所述上支撑件的一个端部枢转地安装在所述中心支撑件上并且所述上支撑件的另一个端部固定在所述安装托架上,
其中,所述多个固定尺寸部件包括所述安装托架、所述致动器和所述上支撑件,所述多个可变尺寸部件包括所述滚轮轨道和所述中心支撑件,并且所述滚轮轨道和所述中心支撑件具有适应门洞的宽度的尺寸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调基板结构,其中,
所述滚轮轨道限定滚轮沟槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调基板结构,其中,
所述中心支撑件是一个连接板倚靠在所述滚轮轨道上的通道,并且所述中心支撑件在所述通道的位于所述滚轮轨道的两个相反端部处的连接板中具有一对对准孔,所述对准孔接纳用于枢转地安装所述致动器和所述上支撑件的插接件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可调基板结构,其中,
所述插接件是还将所述中心支撑件固定至所述滚轮轨道的螺栓。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可调基板结构,其中,
所述安装托架是具有由连接板和两个垂直的上、下凸缘限定的U形形状的通道,所述连接板具有容纳用于将所述连接板固定在车框或门框上的紧固件的孔,所述上凸缘具有接纳门轴的缺口、容纳用于固定所述门轴的轴承的紧固件的孔和容纳用于固定所述上支撑件的紧固件的孔,并且所述下凸缘具有容纳用于将所述安装托架固定至所述滚轮轨道的紧固件的开口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可调基板结构,其中,
所述滚轮轨道具有面向内侧的凸缘和从两个端部伸出的凸缘,所述从两个端部伸出的凸缘具有容纳用于固定在所述安装托架上的紧固件的孔,所述面向内侧的凸缘具有两列对准孔,所述对准孔容纳插接件,所述插接件用于将所述中心支撑件固定至所述滚轮轨道以及枢转地安装所述致动器和所述上支撑件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可调基板结构,其中,
所述致动器是气压缸。
