植物生长调节剂经常用于调节作物植物的生长和发育。例如,植物生长调节剂用于减缓作物(例如油菜)的发育,使得它在希望的时间开花,用于降低作物(例如在谷类中)的高度,使它更不易倒伏,用于增加氮效率,用于调节作物(例如果树)的开花和坐果以及用于减缓草皮草生长速率以降低割草频率。
存在若干不同类别的植物生长调节剂。已知类别包括唑类(例如烯效唑和多效唑),环己烷羧酸盐(酯)(例如抗倒酯乙酯和调环酸钙),嘧啶基甲醇(例如呋嘧醇和三环苯嘧醇),季铵盐(例如矮壮素(chlormequat-chloride)、和缩节胺),以及磺酰基氨基苯乙酰胺(例如氟磺酰草胺)。

植物生长调节剂(比如抗倒酯乙酯)通常应用于作物以通过使茎秆加粗变短并促进生根降低倒伏风险。在本领域熟知的是,将作物用抗倒酯乙酯处理可以同时通过减少倒伏、以及通过改进的生根(这使作物对干旱的胁迫更不敏感)来增加产量。
对于改进的植物生长调节组合物存在需要,这些组合物在控制倒伏和作物增强受益的方面都提供更好的生长调节效果。

本发明的组合物以低比率的活性成分出人意料地提供了对倒伏更好的控制。另外,以较低AI比率施用该组合物而不损失植物生长调节效率的能力使之能够在植物生长初期阶段施用,在这时,较高AI比率的施用对这些植物典型地是有毒害作用的。例如,对于谷类作物,可以在约生长阶段29-30、而非生长阶段31-33来施用本发明的组合物。能够在早期生长阶段施用该组合物的能力使得该植物生长调节剂化合物自身的作物增强益处最大化,例如导致根发育、耐旱性更好并且最终产量更高。本发明的组合物还可以引起植物生长调节剂更长的残存效果,例如,在倒伏控制、作物增强受益方面或同时这两方面。
根据本发明可以使用任何植物生长调节剂。从PesticideManual(杀有害生物手册)(第15版,英国农作物保护委员会出版)可以得到可商购的植物生长调节剂的完整清单。在一个实施例中,该植物生长调节剂选自下组,该组由以下各项组成:抗倒酯乙酯、调环酸钙、多效唑、烯效唑、呋嘧醇、氟磺酰草胺、缩节胺、矮壮素、及其混合物。

在本发明中,植物生长调节剂与表面活性剂的混合比在按重量计从约1:10至约10:1的范围内。适当地,植物生长调节剂与表面活性剂的混合比是按重量计从约1:5至约5:1。更适当地,植物生长调节剂与表面活性剂的混合比是按重量计从约2:1至约1:2。
在使用前,典型的是将本发明的组合物稀释。在一个本发明的实施例中,提供了包括如以上定义的组合物的一种植物生长调节喷雾溶液,其中表面活性剂在0.1%和0.5%w/v之间存在。优选地,该表面活性剂以约0.2%w/v存在于该喷雾溶液中。

本发明的组合物典型地被配制为用于植物,并且进一步包括配制品辅助剂,例如载体、溶剂和表面活性物质。这些配制品可以处于不同的物理形式,例如撒粉剂、凝胶、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水分散片剂、泡腾压缩片剂、乳油、微乳油、水包油型乳状液、可流动油、水性分散体、油性分散体、悬乳剂、胶囊悬浮液、可乳化粒剂、可溶性液剂、水可溶性浓缩剂(用水或者易与水混溶的有机溶剂作为载体)或者浸渍的聚合物薄膜。此类配制品可以直接使用或者在使用前稀释。可以利用例如水、液体肥料、微量营养素、生物有机体、油或溶剂来制备稀释的配制品。这些配制品可以包含按重量计至少约0.5%到多至约95%或更多的活性成分。任何给定化合物的最佳量取决于配制品、施用设备和要控制的植物的性质。
可湿性粉剂是处于在水中或其他液态载体中容易分散的细散颗粒形式。这些颗粒包含保存在固体基质里的活性成分。典型的固体基质包括漂白土、高岭土、硅石和其他容易湿化的有机或无机固体。可湿性粉剂通常包含约5%到约95%的活性成分加上少量的湿润剂、分散剂或乳化剂。
乳油是在水中或其他液体中可分散的均匀的液体组合物并且可以完全由活性化合物与一种液体或固体乳化剂组成,或者还可以包含一种液态载体,例如二甲苯、重芳香族石脑油、异佛尔酮和其他不挥发有机溶剂。使用时,将这些乳油分散在水中或其他液体中并且通常以喷雾施用于要处理的区域。活性成分的量可以范围是该乳油的约0.5%到约95%。
颗粒配制品包括挤出物和较粗颗粒两者,并且通常不用稀释地施用于所希望的抑制植物的区域。用于颗粒配制品的典型载体包括肥料、沙、漂白土、凹凸棒石黏土、膨润土、蒙脱土、蛭石、珍珠岩、碳酸钙、砖、浮石、叶蜡石、高岭土、白云石、石膏、木粉、碎玉米穗轴、碎花生壳、糖、氯化钠、硫酸钠、硅酸钠、硼酸钠、氧化镁、云母、氧化铁、氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化锑、冰晶石、石膏、硅藻土、硫酸钙以及其他有机或无机的吸收活性成分或被活性成分覆盖的材料。尤其合适的是肥料颗粒载体。颗粒配制品通常包含约5%到约25%的活性成分,这些成分可以包括表面活性剂,例如重芳香族石脑油、煤油和其他石油馏分、或者植物油;和/或粘着剂例如糊精、黏结剂或合成树脂。该颗粒基质材料可以是上述多种典型载体中的一种和/或可以是一种肥料材料例如脲/甲醛肥料、铵、液氮、脲、氯化钾、铵化合物、磷化合物、硫、类似的植物营养素以及微营养素以及其混合物或组合。该植物生长调节剂和表面活性剂可以均匀地遍布该颗粒,或可以在该颗粒形成以后,被喷雾浸渍到或吸收到该颗粒基质上。
包囊颗粒通常是多孔颗粒,其中多孔膜将这些颗粒孔口密封,从而将这些活性种类以液体形式保存在这些颗粒孔内部。颗粒直径典型地是从1毫米到1厘米,优选1毫米到2毫米。颗粒通过挤出、凝聚或成球形成,或者自然产生。这类材料的实例为蛭石、烧结粘土、高岭土、凹凸棒石黏土、锯屑和碳颗粒。壳或膜材料包括天然和合成橡胶、纤维材料、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯酸酯、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚脲、聚氨酯和淀粉黄原酸盐。
尘剂是该活性成分与精细分散的固体(例如滑石、粘土、面粉以及其他有机与无机的作为分散剂和载体的固体)的可自由流动的混合物。
微胶囊体典型地为包裹在一个惰性多孔壳内的该活性材料的微滴或颗粒,该惰性多孔外壳允许以可控的速率让包住的材料逃逸到环境中。包囊的微滴的直径典型地为约1微米到50微米。该包裹的液体典型地构成该胶囊重量的约50%至95%并且除了该活性化合物外还可以包含溶剂。
用以植物生长调节应用的其他有用配制品包括这些活性成分在一种溶剂(例如丙酮、烷基萘、二甲苯和其他有机溶剂)中的简单溶液,在该溶剂中这些活性成分以所希望的浓度完全溶解。也可以使用加压的喷雾剂,其中由于一种低沸点分散剂溶剂载体的蒸发该活性成分以高度分散的形式分散。
上述这些配制品中许多都包括湿润剂、分散剂或乳化剂。实例是烷基与烷芳基磺酸酯与硫酸酯以及它们的盐类、多元醇;聚乙氧基化醇、酯类和脂肪胺。这些试剂在使用时通常按重量计组成该配制品的0.1%到15%。
适当的农业辅助剂和载体(一起配制和/或分开加入)在按照上述配制品类型配制本发明的组合物时是有用的,这对本领域的那些普通技术人员来说是熟知的。不同种类的适当的实例发现于以下非限制列举中。
可以利用的液态载体包括水、甲苯、二甲苯、石脑油、作物油、AMS;丙酮、甲基乙基酮、环己酮、乙酸酐、乙腈、乙酰苯、乙酸戊酯、2-丁酮、氯苯、环己烷、环己醇、乙酸烷基酯、二丙酮醇、1,2-二氯丙烷、二乙醇胺、对-二乙基苯、二甘醇、松香酸二甘醇酯、二甘醇丁基醚、二甘醇乙醚、二甘醇甲醚、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、1,4-二噁烷、二丙二醇、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、diproxitol、烷基吡咯烷酮、乙酸乙酯、2-乙基己醇、碳酸亚乙酯、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、2-庚酮、α-蒎烯、d-苧烯、乙二醇、乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇甲醚、γ-丁内酯、甘油、甘油二乙酸酯、甘油一乙酸酯、甘油三乙酸酯、十六烷、己二醇、乙酸异戊酯、乙酸异冰片酯、异辛烷、异佛尔酮、异丙苯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、乳酸、月桂胺、异丙叉丙酮、甲氧基丙醇、甲基异戊酮、甲基异丁基酮、月桂酸甲酯、辛酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、二氯甲烷、间二甲苯、正己烷、正辛胺、十八酸、乙酸辛胺酯、油酸、油胺、邻二甲苯、苯酚、聚乙二醇(PEG400)、丙酸、丙二醇、丙二醇单甲醚、对二甲苯、甲苯、磷酸三乙酯、三甘醇、二甲苯磺酸、石蜡、矿物油、三氯乙烯、全氯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸戊酯、乙酸丁酯、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、以及更高分子量的醇类例如戊醇、四氢糠醇、己醇、辛醇、等,乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、以及类似物。水通常是用以稀释浓缩剂的选用载体。
适当的固体载体包括滑石、二氧化钛、叶腊石粘土、硅石、凹凸棒石黏土、硅藻土(kieselguhr)、白垩、硅藻土(diatomaxeousearth)、石灰、碳酸钙、膨润土、漂白土、肥料、棉子壳、小麦粉、大豆粉、浮石、木粉、核桃壳粉、木质素以及类似物。
除了本发明的表面活性剂之外,还可以在所述液体和固体组合物中都有利地使用其他表面活性剂,尤其是被设计为在应用前用载体稀释的那些。这些表面活性剂在性质上可以是阴离子的、阳离子的、非离子的或聚合的并且可以作为乳化剂、湿润剂、悬浮剂或以其他目的采用。典型的表面活性剂包括烷基硫酸盐,例如二乙醇十二烷基硫酸铵;烷芳基磺酸盐,例如十二烷基苯磺酸钙;烷基酚-氧化烯加成产物,例如壬基酚-C18乙氧基化物;醇-氧化烯加成产物,例如十三烷醇-C16乙氧基化物;皂,例如硬脂酸钠;烷基萘磺酸盐,例如二丁基萘磺酸钠;磺基琥珀酸盐的二烷基酯,例如二(2-乙基己基)磺基琥珀酸钠;山梨糖醇酯,例如山梨糖醇油酸酯;季铵,例如十二烷基三甲基氯化铵;脂肪酸的聚乙二醇酯,例如聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯;环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物;以及单烷基与二烷基磷酸酯的盐。
通常在农业组合物中使用的其他辅助剂包括结晶作用抑制剂、粘度改性剂、助悬剂、喷雾液滴修饰剂、颜料、抗氧化剂、发泡剂、遮光剂、相容性试剂、消泡剂、掩蔽剂、中和剂和缓冲剂、腐蚀抑制剂、染料、增味剂、铺展剂、渗透助剂、微量营养素、柔润剂、润滑剂、固着剂,以及类似物。这些组合物还可以用液体肥料或固体、微粒肥料载体例如硝酸铵、尿素以及类似物配制。
可以通过常规方法(例如喷洒,播撒或喷雾(通过手、拖拉机、飞机和类似物),对土壤的灌溉或沟灌、种子处理、通过添加到灌溉用水以及类似物),在出苗之前或之后将这些配制品施用到植物。优选地,在出苗以后,将本发明的组合物以喷雾施用的形式施用到观叶植物。
本发明可任选地包括一种或多种另外的杀有害生物剂,例如杀昆虫剂、杀线虫剂、杀真菌剂或除草剂或另外的植物生长调节剂。从PesticideManual(杀有害生物手册)(第15版,英国农作物保护委员会出版)可以得到可与本发明一起使用的杀有害生物剂的清单。例如,本发明的组合物可以包括抗倒酯乙酯和多效唑,抗倒酯乙酯和调环酸钙,或抗倒酯乙酯和阿拉酸式苯-S-甲基。杀有害生物剂与本发明共同施用具有最小化农民向作物施用产品的时间的额外益处,因为要提供生长调节和有害生物控制两种效果仅要求一个单次施用。
可以同时亦或以任何顺序依次施用抗倒酯乙酯和其他活性成分。如果顺序地投药,这些组分可以在一个适当的时间范围内以任何次序投放,例如,在投放第一种组分的时间与投放最后一种组分的时间之间不超过1个月,不超过1周,或者不超过24个小时。适当地,这些组分在数小时(例如一个小时)的时间范围内投放。如果同时给予抗倒酯乙酯和其他活性成分,则可以将它们分别给予或作为一种桶混剂(tankmix)或预先配制的混合物给予。在一个实施例中,本发明的混合物或组合物可以在栽培之前作为种子处理施用于这些作物植物。
实例
实例1
在温室中种植夏大麦、冬大麦和夏小麦和冬小麦植株。在茎伸长期(GS32)开始时处理夏大麦;在3叶生长期(GS13)处理冬大麦、夏小麦和冬小麦植株。如表1中所示进行处理。用喷杆喷雾器和200l/ha的喷雾体积进行处理。通过与相关辅助剂桶混而进行处理。处理2和处理3中的这些辅助剂被选择的原因是由于它们与处理1的辅助剂结构相似。比率表示为抗倒酯乙酯的量(gai/ha)和喷雾溶液中的辅助剂的百分比。

数据示出,以相等的抗倒酯乙酯比率,与对照(仅Moddus)处理相比,处理1(Moddus+EcosurfEH6)给出远远更好的植物生长调节效果。
另外,数据示出,尽管在这些处理中使用的辅助剂有接近的结构相似性和湿润特性,但与含有其他辅助剂的处理(即处理2Moddus+Dowfax20A64和处理3Moddus+GenapolX090)相比,处理1(Moddus+EcosurfEH6)出人意料地产生了更好的植物生长调节效果。尽管同时存在少量数据点,其中处理1给出比处理2或3略差的植物生长调节效果,但是本领域普通技术人员将理解到这很可能是由于PGR生物试验中不可避免的自然变异,而整体数据趋势趋向于以绝对优势支持本发明。
实例2
在新西兰建立了田间试验。在没有倒伏的情况下,对小麦施加处理。表3中的结果示出,以相等的抗倒酯乙酯的比率施用,用本发明的组合物处理的小麦比表现得更好,产生了更好的高度减少以及更高的产量。

实例3
在巴西建立了田间试验。在收获前的35天,将处理施加于不同品种的甘蔗,并且测量所得到的总可回收糖量(‘ATR’)。表4中的这些结果(多次重复的平均值)示出,以更低比率的抗倒酯乙酯,用本发明的组合物处理的甘蔗比得到了更高水平的ATR。

Claims (10)
1.一种植物生长调节喷雾组合物,包括:一种植物生长调节剂、一种表面活性剂、以及可任选地一种农业上可接受的载体,其中该表面活性剂是一种分支的非离子醇乙氧基化物,该醇乙氧基化物具有8个碳原子的烷基链长、平均值为从5至6的环氧丙烷单元、以及平均值为从7至8的环氧乙烷单元,其中该喷雾组合物包含0.2%w/v的表面活性剂,并且其中该组合物以75g植物生长调节剂/公顷的比率施用到植物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中该烷基链是乙基-己基。
3.根据以上权利要求中任何一项所述的组合物,其中该表面活性剂是2-乙基己醇6PO-8EO。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中该植物生长调节剂选自下组,该组由以下各项组成:抗倒酯、调环酸钙、多效唑、烯效唑、呋嘧醇、氟磺酰草胺、缩节胺、矮壮素、以及它们的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其中该植物生长调节剂是抗倒酯、调环酸钙或矮壮素。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其中该植物生长调节剂是抗倒酯。
7.一种用于增强植物生长的方法,该方法包括将如权利要求1至6中任何一项定义的组合物施用到植物、植物繁殖材料、或植物生长场所。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,该方法用于改进植物产量、植物活力、植物品质、和/或植物对于胁迫因素的耐受性、和/或投入利用效率,包括将权利要求1至6中任何一项定义的组合物施用到植物、植物繁殖材料、或植物生长场所。
