Abstract
The invention provides a method and device for loading subtitles. The method and device for loading the subtitles are applied to an electronic device. The method comprises the steps that a subtitle display order is received, the subtitles corresponding to a video are obtained according to the subtitle display order, and the subtitles are loaded into the video in a preset mode. According to the method, the loading process of the subtitles of the video can be conducted when the video is played, manual identification or searching is not needed in the subtitle loading process, the professional subtitle loading technology can not be related either, and therefore the subtitle loading efficiency is improved.

The invention discloses a subtitle loading method and a subtitle loading device, which have the core invention points that a subtitle display instruction is received, a subtitle corresponding to a video is obtained according to the subtitle display instruction, and the subtitle is loaded into the video in a preset mode, so that the subtitle loading does not need to depend on manual operation and professional knowledge, the real-time subtitle loading can be realized while the playing is realized, and the popularization rate and the implementation efficiency of the subtitle loading are improved.

The method is simple and easy to implement, and can be realized by occupying smaller memory resources, but in practical application, the subtitle generated by the method may have time delay compared with the played video, so that the subtitle display cannot keep pace with the video playing.
The second method comprises the following steps: playing the videos in two paths, wherein the first path is played to be displayed to a user, the second path is played not to be displayed to the user, the first path is played for a preset time which is later than the second path, and the preset time is longer than the time for recognizing the voice in the second path of videos and generating the subtitles according to the recognition result;
recognizing the voice in the video played by the second path;
and generating a subtitle according to the recognition result, and using the subtitle as the subtitle in the video played in the first path.
That is to say, when playing a video to a user, the video is also played at the background, the progress of playing the video at the background is faster than the playing displayed to the user, and the playing progress of playing at the background faster than the playing progress of playing at the foreground is longer than the time for recognizing voice and generating subtitles at the background, so that sufficient recognition time can be ensured, and the purpose that the subtitles provided for the user can be synchronized with the video displayed to the user is achieved.
S103: judging whether the caption meets a preset condition or not;

The preset method can be set by a user in a self-defined way and can comprise the position of the subtitle loaded in the video, the font size, the color and the like of the subtitle.
Compared with the existing subtitle setting method, the subtitle loading method can realize automatic loading of the subtitles while playing the video, does not need to make the subtitles separately or need too much human intervention, and improves the subtitle loading efficiency.
The embodiment of the invention discloses another subtitle loading method, which is applied to electronics, when the electronic equipment plays a video, the video lacks subtitles, and the method is shown as a figure 2 and comprises the following steps:
s201: receiving a subtitle display instruction;
s202: and searching the subtitle corresponding to the video from a preset database according to the subtitle display instruction.
The specific search method may be: according to the video identification such as the video name, the caption corresponding to the video is searched, the current playing time of the video can be obtained while the video is played, the caption is searched according to the playing time, and only the caption after the time point is loaded into the video.
The preset database may be a database in a server connected to the electronic device via a network, or a database stored in the electronic device, or a database in a server connected to the electronic device via a network and a database stored in the electronic device. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the subtitles corresponding to the video may be subtitle files, and when the subtitles are loaded into the video, generally, the subtitle files include subtitle texts and time values corresponding to each subtitle text, so that the subtitle texts may be sequentially loaded into the video according to the time values corresponding to each subtitle text.
According to the subtitle loading method, the subtitles are searched from the preset database, if the subtitles cannot be searched, voice recognition is carried out on the video to generate the subtitles, the acquisition of the subtitles is guaranteed, and the subtitle loading efficiency is improved.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further discloses a subtitle loading apparatus, which may be disposed in an electronic device, as shown in fig. 3, and includes:
a receiving module 301, configured to receive a subtitle display instruction;
an obtaining module 302, configured to obtain a subtitle corresponding to the video according to the subtitle display instruction;
and a subtitle loading module 303, configured to load the subtitles into the video in a preset manner.
Wherein, the obtaining module may further include: the voice conversion unit is used for converting the voice in the video into subtitles; or, the searching unit is used for searching the subtitles corresponding to the video from a preset database; or, the voice conversion unit is used for converting the voice in the video into the subtitles and the searching unit is used for searching the subtitles corresponding to the video from a preset database.
The following describes a process of loading subtitles by a subtitle loading apparatus, taking an example that an obtaining unit includes a voice conversion unit and a search unit: after the receiving unit receives the caption display instruction, the voice conversion unit converts the voice in the video into the caption and loads the caption into the video, and the caption loading process is finished; or after the receiving unit receives the caption display instruction, the searching unit searches the caption corresponding to the video in a preset database, if the caption is found, the caption is loaded into the video, the caption loading process is finished, and if the caption is not found, the voice converting unit converts the voice in the video into the caption and loads the caption into the video. That is to say, the voice conversion unit in the acquisition module in the apparatus may be used alone as a subtitle acquisition core device, or may be used in cooperation with the search unit, and when the search unit cannot find a subtitle from a preset database, the voice conversion unit regenerates the subtitle.
Further, the voice conversion unit may specifically include:
the first playing subunit is used for playing the video to a user;
the first identification subunit is used for identifying the voice in the currently played video frame;
and the first subtitle generating subunit is used for generating the subtitle according to the identification result.

The former two different voice conversion units have the advantage of occupying less resources such as memory and the like, but the problem that the generated subtitles are not synchronous with video playing may occur, especially when subtitle translation is needed, the problem of non-synchronization may be more obvious, and the latter one can well keep the synchronism between subtitles and video playing because two paths of playing occupy more resources, and in practical application, the selection can be performed according to different requirements, and the description is omitted.
Further, the search unit may specifically include:

recognizing voice in a currently played video;
and generating a caption according to the recognition result.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein converting the speech in the video into subtitles comprises:
playing the videos in two paths, wherein the first path is played to be displayed to a user, the second path is played not to be displayed to the user, the first path is played for a preset time later than the second path, and the preset time is longer than the time for recognizing the voice in the second path of videos and generating the subtitles;
recognizing the voice in the video played by the second path;
and generating a subtitle according to the recognition result, and using the subtitle as the subtitle in the video played in the first path.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining subtitles corresponding to the video comprises:
and searching a subtitle corresponding to the video from a preset database.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the pre-defined database comprises:
a database in a server connected to the electronic device via a network; or,
a database stored in the electronic device; or,
a database in a server connected to the electronic device via a network and a database stored in the electronic device.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein when the database comprises a database in a server connected to the electronic device via a network and a database stored in the electronic device, the searching for the subtitle corresponding to the video from a preset database comprises:
searching a database stored in the electronic device;
and if the subtitles corresponding to the video are not searched, searching a database in a server connected with the electronic equipment through a network.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein if the subtitle corresponding to the video is not found, further comprising:
and converting the voice in the video into subtitles.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising, before loading the subtitles into the video in a preset manner:
judging whether the caption meets a preset condition or not;
and if the caption does not meet the preset condition, converting the caption to meet the preset condition.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the preset condition comprises:
the subtitles are in a preset first language.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein when the subtitles are not in the preset first language, the converting the subtitles comprises:

and storing the subtitles in the preset database.

the second playing subunit is used for playing the videos in two paths, wherein the first path is played to be displayed to a user, the second path is played not to be displayed to the user, the first path is played for a preset time after being delayed from the second path, and the preset time is longer than the time for recognizing the voice in the second path of videos and generating the subtitles;
the second identification subunit is used for identifying the voice in the video played in the second path;
and the second subtitle generating subunit is used for generating subtitles according to the identification result and using the subtitles as subtitles in the video played in the first path.
17. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the lookup unit comprises:
the preset database is used for storing subtitles corresponding to the videos;
the searching subunit is used for searching the subtitles corresponding to the video from the preset database;
