Abstract

一种连接器保护罩，罩设于一连接器，包括一绝缘的压块，该压块设有供连接器的部分针脚插入的定位孔及收容连接器的其余针脚的一收容槽。该连接器保护罩的压块将连接器的针脚安全遮蔽，有效的保护连接器的针脚。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器保护罩。
背景技术
电脑、服务器等电子装置的电路板上一般设有若干排针连接器，这些排针连接器的针脚暴露于外。在安装、检修、拆卸该电子装置时，由于电子装置内空间较小，这些针脚容易被碰触而导致变形。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种能够保护连接器的针脚的连接器保护罩。
一种连接器保护罩，罩设于一连接器，包括一绝缘的压块，该压块设有供连接器的部分针脚插入的定位孔及收容连接器的其余针脚的一收容槽。
与现有技术相比较，本发明连接器保护罩的压块将连接器的针脚安全遮蔽，有效的保护连接器的针脚。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请一并参考图1及图2，本发明连接器保护罩100的较佳实施方式用于保护一设有若干针脚302的连接器300。该连接器300装设于一电路板400上。该连接器保护罩100包括一方形的压块20及一自该压块20顶面的中部向上延伸的手柄40。
该压块20底面于两端分别开设四个定位孔22，于中部开设一条形的收容槽24。
本实施例中，该连接器保护罩100由绝缘材料如橡胶、塑料等一体成型制成。
使用时，将该连接器保护罩100的底面正对该连接器300的针脚302的顶端，向下按压该手柄40，该连接器300两端的四个针脚302分别插入该压块20对应的定位孔22内，其余针脚302收容于压块20的收容槽24内，使该连接器保护罩100罩置于该连接器300上。此时，该连接器300的针脚302完全被该压块20遮蔽以防止被碰触而导致变形。

Claims (6)

1.一种连接器保护罩，罩设于一连接器，包括一绝缘的压块，该压块设有供连接器的部分针脚插入的定位孔及收容连接器的其余针脚的一收容槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器保护罩，其特征在于：该压块呈方形，该收容槽设于该压块的底面的中部，这些定位孔设置在压块的底面并位于收容槽的两端。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接器保护罩，其特征在于：该压块的顶面的中部向上延伸一手柄。
4.如权利要求1所述的连接器保护罩，其特征在于：该连接器保护罩由绝缘材料一体成型制成。
5.如权利要求4所述的连接器保护罩，其特征在于：该绝缘材料为橡胶。
6.如权利要求4所述的连接器保护罩，其特征在于：该绝缘材料为塑料。
