Abstract
本发明涉及一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆，它包括空心杆（1）和锁紧螺母（2），空心杆（1）上部设置有插接端（011），下部设置有滤液通水段（012），滤液通水段（012）沿轴向等间隔设置有至少二列长圆形的过水孔（014），过水孔（014）与空心杆（1）内部通孔连通，滤液通水段（012）的外表面上沿轴向设置有贯穿过水孔（014）的凹槽（015），其中过水孔（014）的横向尺寸大于轴向尺寸。本发明成本低，工艺简单，结构合理，便于推广使用；本发明特殊的过水孔结构，使得空心杆的滤水过水能力得到了极大的提高。

技术领域
本发明属于水处理技术中的净水设备领域，具体涉及一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆。特别适用于安装在净水器滤芯上过滤水质。
背景技术
健康是每个人都比较关心的，所以大部分家庭及厂矿单位都装设了净水设备，其对水处理过滤精细程度每个厂家的产品都差不多，但是其结构比较繁多。
目前市场上净水设备滤芯上使用的滤芯管大都是在PVC管和活性管上开设有结构和数量不等的孔来供滤片上过滤的水通过，其在一定程度上能使滤液通过，但是这些滤管结构都不合理，通水能力不强，这直接影响了用户对水的需求量，所以开发一种结构合理，通水能力强的滤芯管显得非常重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是要提供一种结构合理，过水能力强的净水器滤芯锁紧杆。
本发明采用的技术方案：一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆，它包括空心杆1和锁紧螺母2，空心杆1与锁紧螺母2通过螺纹连接，空心杆1杆体内部为通孔，空心杆1上部设置有插接端011，下部设置有滤液通水段012，插接端011和滤液通水段012之间由挡圈013间隔，滤液通水段012下端设置有螺纹，所述滤液通水段012沿轴向等间隔设置有至少二列长圆形的过水孔014，过水孔014与空心杆1内部通孔连通，滤液通水段012的外表面上沿轴向设置有贯穿过水孔014的凹槽015，其中过水孔014的横向尺寸大于轴向尺寸。
所述的过水孔014的轴向尺寸大于两个过水孔014之间的间隔距离。
所述的至少二列长圆形的过水孔014之间呈均布分布。
所述的插接端011上设置有两圈O形密封圈016。
所述的锁紧螺母2由中空圆柱021及沿中空圆柱021周向外沿伸出的压板022和辐射状的旋拧连接板023整体注塑而成。
本发明的有益效果：本发明成本低，工艺简单，结构合理，便于推广使用；本发明特殊的过水孔结构，使得过滤水能即时地通过供给用户使用，解决了滤芯管的一大缺陷；本发明采用了O形密封圈和锁紧螺母结合空心杆特殊的结构，使得与整机配套使用时，密封问题得到很好的密封，进一步增加水质的安全性。

具体实施方式
一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆，它包括空心杆1和锁紧螺母2，空心杆1与锁紧螺母2通过螺纹连接，空心杆1杆体内部为通孔，空心杆1上部设置有插接端011，下部设置有滤液通水段012，插接端011和滤液通水段012之间由挡圈013间隔，滤液通水段012下端设置有螺纹，所述滤液通水段012沿轴向等间隔设置有至少二列长圆形的过水孔014，过水孔014与空心杆1内部通孔连通，滤液通水段012的外表面上沿轴向设置有贯穿过水孔014的凹槽015，其中过水孔014的横向尺寸大于轴向尺寸。
所述的过水孔014的轴向尺寸大于两个过水孔014之间的间隔距离。
所述的至少二列长圆形的过水孔014之间呈均布分布。
所述的插接端011上设置有两圈O形密封圈016。
所述的锁紧螺母2由中空圆柱021及沿中空圆柱021周向外沿伸出的压板022和辐射状的旋拧连接板023整体注塑而成。
本发明空心杆1与锁紧螺母2结构简单，当旋拧锁紧螺母2时使装夹在空心杆挡圈013与锁紧螺母2之间的滤芯组件紧紧地被压缩，保证了过滤时的密封性。过水孔014如上述所述，增强了滤液的过水能力，而且插接端011上设置的两圈O形密封圈016使整机水腔中的密封性增强。

1.一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆，它包括空心杆（1）和锁紧螺母（2），空心杆（1）与锁紧螺母（2）通过螺纹连接，空心杆（1）杆体内部为通孔，空心杆（1）上部设置有插接端（011），下部设置有滤液通水段（012），插接端（011）和滤液通水段（012）之间由挡圈（013）间隔，滤液通水段（012）下端设置有螺纹，其特征是所述滤液通水段（012）沿轴向等间隔设置有至少二列长圆形的过水孔（014），过水孔（014）与空心杆（1）内部通孔连通，滤液通水段（012）的外表面上沿轴向设置有贯穿过水孔（014）的凹槽（015），其中过水孔（014）的横向尺寸大于轴向尺寸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆，其特征是所述的过水孔（014）的轴向尺寸大于两个过水孔（014）之间的间隔距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆，其特征是所述的至少二列长圆形的过水孔（014）之间呈均布分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆，其特征是所述的插接端（011）上设置有两圈O形密封圈（016）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水器滤芯锁紧杆，其特征是所述的锁紧螺母（2）由中空圆柱（021）及沿中空圆柱（021）周向外沿伸出的压板（022）和辐射状的旋拧连接板（023）整体注塑而成。
