1. A method for discovering a terminal device, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a first terminal device obtains information of synchronous signals of one or more cells under a base station, wherein the base station is the base station where the first terminal device or a second terminal device is located;
and the first terminal equipment detects the synchronous signal sent by the second terminal equipment according to the information of the synchronous signals of the one or more cells, acquires the intensity of the synchronous signal to discover the second terminal equipment through the synchronous signal, and the synchronous signal sent by the second terminal equipment is one of the synchronous signals of the one or more cells.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the strength of the synchronization signal, further comprising:
the first terminal equipment judges whether the first terminal equipment can carry out equipment direct connection with the second terminal equipment according to the intensity of the synchronous signal, and sends a judgment result to the base station; or
And the first terminal equipment sends the intensity information of the synchronous signal to the base station.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining, by the first terminal device, information of synchronization signals of one or more next cells of the base station comprises:
a first terminal device receives a broadcast message or a dedicated signaling sent by the base station, wherein the broadcast message or the dedicated signaling comprises information of synchronization signals of one or more cells next to the base station; or the first terminal device obtains the information of the synchronization signal of the working cell of the first terminal device or the second terminal device, where the working cell of the first terminal device or the second terminal device is one of the one or more cells.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining, by the first terminal device, whether the first terminal device can perform device-through network connection with the second terminal device according to the strength of the synchronization signal comprises:
and when the intensity of the synchronous signal is greater than a preset signal intensity threshold value, the first terminal equipment judges that the first terminal equipment can be in direct connection with the second terminal equipment.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the detecting, by the first terminal device, the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device according to the information of the synchronization signals of the one or more cells and obtaining the strength of the synchronization signal comprises:
the first terminal device obtains a time-frequency resource position of the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device according to an identity of the second terminal device, or the first terminal device receives a first message sent by the base station, wherein the first message contains the time-frequency resource position of the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device;
the first terminal device is located at the time-frequency resource position, detects the synchronous signal according to the information of the synchronous signal of the working cell of the first terminal device or the second terminal device, and obtains the intensity of the synchronous signal, wherein the working cell of the first terminal device or the second terminal device is one of the one or more cells.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining, by the first terminal device according to the strength of the synchronization signal, whether the first terminal device can perform device-through network connection with the second terminal device, and sending a determination result to the base station, comprises:
and the first terminal equipment judges whether the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment work in the coverage area of the same base station or the same cell according to the acquired intensity of the synchronous signal, and sends indication information for judging whether the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment work in the coverage area of the same base station or the same cell to the base station as the judgment result.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the first terminal device determines whether the first terminal device and the second terminal device operate in the coverage area of the same base station or the same cell according to the strength of the acquired synchronization signal, comprising:
and if the first terminal equipment detects the synchronous signal sent by the second terminal equipment and learns that the intensity of the synchronous signal is greater than a preset signal intensity threshold value, determining that the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment work in the coverage area of the same base station or the same cell.
8. The method of claim 2, wherein the sending the determination result to the base station comprises:
the first terminal equipment sends a request message to the base station to request the second terminal equipment to carry out equipment direct connection network connection;
the request message includes the determination result or the strength information of the synchronization signal.
9. A method for discovering a terminal device, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a second terminal device obtains parameter information for sending a synchronous signal, wherein the synchronous signal is one of synchronous signals of one or more cells under a base station, the base station is the base station where the second terminal device or a first terminal device is located, and the parameter information comprises the information for sending the synchronous signal;
and the second terminal equipment sends the synchronous signal according to the parameter information, wherein the synchronous signal is used for detecting the synchronous signal by the first terminal equipment and acquiring the intensity of the synchronous signal.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the second terminal device obtaining the parameter information of the transmission synchronization signal comprises:
the second terminal equipment receives a message sent by the base station, wherein the message comprises the parameter information of the sending synchronous signal; or,
and the second terminal acquires the parameter information of the sending synchronization signal according to the identity mark of the second terminal.
11. The method according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the parameter information further includes time-frequency resource location information, and the second terminal device sending the synchronization signal according to the parameter information includes:
and the second terminal equipment sends the synchronization signal at the time-frequency resource position of the working cell of the second terminal equipment or the time-frequency resource position of the working cell of the first terminal equipment.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the parameter information further comprises a transmission period and/or a transmission power for transmitting the synchronization signal.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the second terminal device transmits the synchronization signal according to the parameter information, and wherein the method comprises:
and the second terminal equipment periodically sends the synchronous signal in a period of time according to the transmission power and/or the transmission period.
14. The method of claim 9, wherein after the second terminal device transmits the synchronization signal according to the parameter information, the method further comprises:
the second terminal device receives a paging message sent by the base station, wherein the paging message is used for enabling the second terminal device to acquire the authority of the first terminal device to perform device-to-device network connection with the second terminal device;
and after receiving the paging message, the second terminal equipment establishes radio resource control connection with a base station by using a working cell of the second terminal equipment or a working cell of the first terminal equipment.
15. A method for discovering a terminal device, comprising:
sending a message to a second terminal device, where the message is used to instruct the second terminal device to send a synchronization signal, where the synchronization signal is one of synchronization signals of one or more cells under a base station, so that a first terminal device detects the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device and obtains the strength of the synchronization signal to discover the second terminal device through the synchronization signal, where the base station is a base station where the second terminal device is located or a base station where the first terminal device is located;
transmitting information of synchronization signals of one or more cells under the base station to a first terminal device;
receiving indication information sent by the first terminal device, where the indication information includes a determination result that the first terminal device determines whether the first terminal device can perform device-through network connection with the second terminal device, or strength information of the synchronization signal received by the first terminal device from the second terminal device.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein if the indication information is strength information of the synchronization signal received by the first terminal device, after receiving the indication information sent by the first terminal device, further comprising:
and judging whether the first terminal can carry out equipment direct connection network connection with the second terminal equipment or not according to the intensity of the synchronous signal corresponding to the intensity information of the synchronous signal.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the sending information of synchronization signals of one or more cells under the base station to the first terminal device comprises:
the base station sends a broadcast message or dedicated signaling to the first terminal equipment, wherein the broadcast message or dedicated signaling comprises information of synchronization signals of one or more cells under the base station.
18. The method of claim 16, wherein sending the message to the second terminal device comprises:
and the base station sends a message to the second terminal equipment, wherein the message is parameter information for sending the synchronous signal, and the parameter information comprises one or more of information for sending the synchronous signal, a time-frequency resource position, a transmission period for sending the synchronous signal and transmission power for sending the synchronous signal.
19. The method according to any of claims 16-18, wherein the determining whether the first terminal is capable of device-through network connection with the second terminal device comprises: and judging whether the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment can carry out equipment direct connection network connection or not by judging whether the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment work in the coverage range of the same base station or the same cell.
20. A first terminal device, comprising:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining the information of the synchronous signals of one or more cells under a base station, and the base station is a base station where a first terminal device or a second terminal device is located;
and the first detection unit is configured to detect the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device according to the information of the synchronization signals of the one or more cells, and acquire the strength of the synchronization signal to discover the second terminal device through the synchronization signal, where the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device is one of the synchronization signals of the one or more cells.
21. The first terminal device of claim 20, further comprising:
a first judging unit, configured to judge whether the first terminal device can perform device-through network connection with the second terminal device according to the strength of the synchronization signal;
a first sending unit, configured to send the determination result to the base station; or
The first sending unit is further configured to send the strength information of the synchronization signal to the base station.
22. The first terminal device of claim 20, wherein the first obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
receiving a broadcast message or dedicated signaling sent by the base station, wherein the broadcast message or dedicated signaling comprises information of synchronization signals of one or more cells next to the base station; or the first terminal device obtains the information of the synchronization signal of the working cell of the first terminal device or the second terminal device, where the working cell of the first terminal device or the second terminal device is one of the one or more cells.
23. The first terminal device of claim 21, wherein the first determining unit is specifically configured to:
and when the intensity of the synchronous signal is greater than a preset signal intensity threshold value, judging that the first terminal equipment can be in equipment direct connection with the second terminal equipment.
24. The first terminal device according to any of claims 20-23, wherein the first detecting unit comprises:
the first time-frequency resource position acquisition module is used for acquiring the time-frequency resource position of the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal equipment according to the identity of the second terminal equipment;
a first receiving module, configured to receive a first message sent by the base station, where the first message includes a time-frequency resource location of the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device;
and the first detection module is used for detecting the synchronous signal according to the information of the synchronous signal of the working cell of the first terminal equipment or the second terminal equipment on the time-frequency resource position, and acquiring the intensity of the synchronous signal, wherein the working cell of the first terminal equipment or the second terminal equipment is one of the one or more cells.
25. The first terminal device of claim 21, wherein the first determining unit is specifically configured to:
judging whether the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment work in the coverage area of the same base station or the same cell according to the strength of the acquired synchronous signal;
the first sending unit is specifically configured to:
and sending the indication information for judging whether the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment work in the coverage area of the same base station or the same cell to the base station as the judgment result.
26. The first terminal device of claim 25, wherein the first determining unit is specifically configured to:
and if the synchronous signal sent by the second terminal equipment is detected and the strength of the synchronous signal is acquired to be larger than a preset signal strength threshold value, determining that the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment work in the coverage area of the same base station or the same cell.
27. The first terminal device of claim 21, wherein the first sending unit is specifically configured to:
sending a request message to the base station to request the second terminal device to perform device-through network connection;
the request message includes the determination result or the strength information of the synchronization signal.
28. A second terminal device, comprising:
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain parameter information for sending a synchronization signal, where the synchronization signal is one of synchronization signals of one or more cells under a base station, the base station is a base station where the second terminal device or the first terminal device is located, and the parameter information includes information for sending the synchronization signal;
and a second sending unit, configured to send the synchronization signal according to the parameter information, where the synchronization signal is used by the first terminal device to detect the synchronization signal, and obtain the strength of the synchronization signal.
29. The second terminal device of claim 28, wherein the second obtaining unit comprises:
a second receiving module, configured to receive a message sent by a base station, where the message includes parameter information of the sending synchronization signal;
and the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the parameter information of the sending synchronization signal according to the identity mark of the first acquisition module.
30. The second terminal device of claim 28 or 29, wherein the parameter information further includes time-frequency resource location information, and the second sending unit is specifically configured to:
and sending the synchronization signal at the time-frequency resource position of the working cell of the second terminal equipment or the time-frequency resource position of the working cell of the first terminal equipment.
31. The second terminal device according to claim 29, wherein the parameter information further comprises a transmission period and/or a transmission power for transmitting the synchronization signal.
32. The second terminal device of claim 31, wherein the second sending unit is specifically configured to:

a first receiving unit, configured to receive a paging message sent by the base station, where the paging message is used to enable the second terminal device to acquire an authority of the first terminal device to perform device-to-device network connection with the second terminal device;
and the first connection unit is used for establishing radio resource control connection with the base station by using the working cell of the second terminal equipment or the working cell of the first terminal equipment after receiving the paging message.

a third sending unit, configured to send a message to a second terminal device, where the message is used to instruct the second terminal device to send a synchronization signal, where the synchronization signal is one of synchronization signals of one or more cells under a base station, so that a first terminal device detects the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device, and obtains the strength of the synchronization signal to discover the second terminal device through the synchronization signal, where the base station is a base station where the second terminal device is located or a base station where the first terminal device is located;
a fourth sending unit, configured to send information of synchronization signals of one or more cells under the base station to a first terminal device;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive indication information sent by the first terminal device, where the indication information includes a determination result that is determined by the first terminal device whether the first terminal device can perform device-through network connection with the second terminal device, or strength information of the synchronization signal received by the first terminal device from the second terminal device.
35. The base station of claim 34, wherein if the indication information is strength information of the synchronization signal received by the first terminal device, the base station further comprises:
and the second judging unit is used for judging whether the first terminal can carry out the equipment direct connection network connection with the second terminal equipment according to the intensity of the synchronous signal corresponding to the intensity information of the synchronous signal.
36. The base station of claim 35, wherein the fourth sending unit is specifically configured to:
sending a broadcast message or dedicated signaling to the first terminal device, the broadcast message or dedicated signaling comprising information of synchronization signals of one or more cells under the base station.
37. The base station of claim 35, wherein the third sending unit is specifically configured to:
and sending a message to the second terminal device, wherein the message is parameter information for sending the synchronization signal, and the parameter information comprises one or more of information for sending the synchronization signal, a time-frequency resource position, a transmission period for sending the synchronization signal and transmission power for sending the synchronization signal.

39. A system for terminal device discovery, comprising a first terminal device, a second terminal device, and a base station, wherein,
the first terminal device is configured to acquire information of synchronization signals of one or more cells of a base station where the first terminal device or the second terminal device is located, detect a synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device according to the information of the synchronization signals of the one or more cells, and acquire strength of the synchronization signal to discover the second terminal device through the synchronization signal, where the synchronization signal sent by the second terminal device is one of the synchronization signals of the one or more cells;
the second terminal device is configured to acquire parameter information for sending a synchronization signal, where the synchronization signal is one of synchronization signals of one or more cells under a base station, the base station is the second terminal device or a base station where the first terminal device is located, the parameter information includes information for sending the synchronization signal, the synchronization signal is sent according to the parameter information, and the synchronization signal is used by the first terminal device to detect the synchronization signal and acquire the strength of the synchronization signal;
the base station is configured to send a message to the second terminal device to instruct the second terminal device to send a synchronization signal, where the synchronization signal is one of synchronization signals of one or more cells under the base station, the base station is a base station where the second terminal device is located or a base station where the first terminal device is located, send information of the synchronization signal of the one or more cells under the base station to the first terminal device, and receive indication information sent by the first terminal device, where the indication information includes a determination result that the first terminal device determines whether the first terminal device can perform device-through network connection with the second terminal device, or strength information of the synchronization signal received by the first terminal device from the second terminal device.
