本发明公开了一种工作台台板，包括不锈钢板（1）、均设于不锈钢板（1）内腔的蜂窝板（2）、隔离层（3）及反射层（5），所述的隔离层（3）设于蜂窝板（2）的顶部和四周；所述的蜂窝板（2）的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆（4），所述的内胆（4）与设于外部的插头电连接，所述的蜂窝板（2）的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型，且蜂窝的内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层；所述的反射层（5）设于所述的蜂窝板（2）的底部，所述的隔离层（3）与反射层（5）均为绝缘耐温材料制成的。该工作台台板能满足耐高温、耐磨损，便于安装、轻质化、耐冲击、抗剪切能力强，又能加热产品的多样化需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及工作台领域，特别涉及一种工作台台板。
背景技术
目前，工业所使用的常见的工作台台板，如榉木工作台台板、钢板合成工作台台板。榉木工作台台板，表面光滑平整，美观不易变型，耐油、耐热、耐酸碱，但重量重，不易安装，易开裂，不易清洁；钢板合成工作台台板美观耐用、耐高温、耐磨损、耐油、使用寿命长，但强度和抗冲击性相对较低。且现有技术的工作台台板均功能单一，特别是无法满足在电子装配、清洗行业中，既耐高温、耐磨损，便于安装、轻质化、耐冲击、抗剪切能力强，又能加热产品的多样化需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种能满足耐高温、耐磨损，便于安装、轻质化、耐冲击、抗剪切能力强，又能加热产品的多样化需求的工作台台板。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种工作台台板，包括不锈钢板、均设于不锈钢板内腔的蜂窝板、隔离层及反射层，所述的隔离层设于蜂窝板的顶部和四周；所述的蜂窝板的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆，所述的内胆与设于外部的插头电连接，所述的蜂窝板的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型，且蜂窝的内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层；所述的反射层设于所述的蜂窝板的底部，所述的隔离层与反射层均为绝缘耐温材料制成的。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：该工作台台板采用不锈钢板作为表面，耐腐蚀、耐磨损，长期使用后仍能保持表面光洁，美观大方；而中间的蜂窝板不但重量轻，且能有效提高工作台台板的耐冲击、抗剪切能力；蜂窝板的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆，内胆与设于外部的插头电连接，在需要时连接电源，加热放置在台板上的物品；蜂窝板的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型，内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层，可以利用蜂窝内壁向上反射热能，提高热能利用率；隔离层和反射层均为绝缘耐温材料，可在电路短路或内胆过烧的情况下，防止起火或漏电；且整体轻质化，便于安装。
作为优选，蜂窝板由铜或铝制成。可进一步提高工作台台板的耐冲击、抗剪切能力，确保工作台台板可用于承压较大的机械装配等领域。
内胆高度低于蜂窝板蜂窝的深度。确保非直接热传导方式，而是通过热辐射和热对流方式实现传热，使传热更加均匀。
反射层的上表面刷有一层热反射隔热涂层，可以反射热能，进一步提高热能利用率。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步描述。
如图所示，一种工作台台板，包括不锈钢板1、均设于不锈钢板1内腔的蜂窝板2、隔离层3及反射层5，所述的隔离层3设于蜂窝板2的顶部和四周；所述的蜂窝板2的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆4，所述的内胆4与设于外部的插头电连接，所述的蜂窝板2的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型，且蜂窝的内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层；所述的反射层5设于所述的蜂窝板2的底部，所述的隔离层3与反射层5均为绝缘耐温材料制成的。所述的反射层5设有电线固定槽，便于内胆之间电连接。
所述的蜂窝板2由铜或铝制成。
所述的内胆4高度低于蜂窝板2蜂窝的深度。
所述的反射层5的上表面刷有一层热反射隔热涂层。

1.一种工作台台板，其特征在于：包括不锈钢板（1）、均设于不锈钢板（1）内腔的蜂窝板（2）、隔离层（3）及反射层（5），所述的隔离层（3）设于蜂窝板（2）的顶部和四周；所述的蜂窝板（2）的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆（4），所述的内胆（4）与设于外部的插头电连接，所述的蜂窝板（2）的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型，且蜂窝的内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层；所述的反射层（5）设于所述的蜂窝板（2）的底部，所述的隔离层（3）与反射层（5）均为绝缘耐温材料制成的；所述的内胆（4）高度低于蜂窝板（2）蜂窝的深度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工作台台板，其特征在于：所述的蜂窝板（2）由铜或铝制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工作台台板，其特征在于：所述的反射层（5）的上表面刷有一层热反射隔热涂层。
