Abstract
本发明公开了一种包含异噁草松和异丙甲草胺的莲藕田除草组合物。该组合包含两种活性成分,分别是异噁草松和异丙甲草胺。异噁草松和异丙甲草胺的配比为0.5∶1~10∶1,组分中还包括助剂和载体。本发明适用于防除莲藕田杂草。

技术领域
本发明属于农业植物保护领域,涉及一种包含异噁草松和异丙甲草胺的莲藕田除草剂。
背景技术
异噁草松(clomazone)化学名称:2-(2-氯苄基)-4,4-二甲基异噁唑-3-酮。异噁草松是选择性芽前除草剂,具有内吸传导型,可通过根、幼芽吸收,随蒸腾作用向上传导到植物的各个部位,敏感植物叶绿素的生物合成受抑制,虽然能萌芽出土,但无色素,白化,在短期内死亡。在大豆、甘蔗、莲藕及耐药性植物上具特异代谢作用,使该药剂变为无毒的降解物。异噁草松在水中的溶解度较大,与土壤有中等程度的粘合性,在土壤中的生物活性可持续6个月以上,在土壤中主要由微生物降解。该除草剂主要防除稗草、狗尾草、马唐、牛筋草、龙葵、香薷、水棘针、马齿苋、藜、蓼、苍耳、遏蓝菜、苘麻等一年生禾本科杂草及部分阔叶杂草。
异丙甲草胺(metolachlor)化学名称:2-乙基-6-甲基-N-(1′-甲基-2′-甲氧乙基)氯代乙酰替苯胺。异丙甲草胺为选择性芽前除草剂,主要通过幼芽吸收,向上传导,抑制幼芽与根的生长,主要抑制发芽种子的蛋白质合成,其次抑制胆碱渗入磷脂,干扰卵磷脂形成。由于禾本科杂草幼芽吸收异丙甲草胺的能力比阔叶杂草强,因而该药防除禾本科杂草的效果远远好于阔叶杂草。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种具有增效作用的莲藕田除草剂组合物,该除草剂组合物具有高效、低毒、低成本等诸多优点,对禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草均有很好的防效。
本发明提供了一种莲藕田除草剂组合物,该组合物包括异噁草松和异丙甲草胺两种活性成分,外加农药助剂、载体配置成的农药剂型。可以是可湿性粉剂、细粒刘、乳油、水乳剂、微胶囊剂中的任意一种。
本发明中的两种活性成分异噁草松和异丙甲草胺的配比为0.5∶1~10∶1。
本发明所涉及到的助剂为NNO、拉开粉、十二烷基磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠或钙、羧甲基纤维素,用于起乳化作用的农乳500号、600号等乳化剂,可以是一种或几种以上任意比例的混合物。
本发明所涉及到的载体为粘土、陶土、硅藻土、高岭土、珍珠岩、白炭黑、轻钙、膨润土、二甲苯、甲苯、矿物油、植物油类等中的一种或者一种以上任意比例的混合物。
本发明的除草剂组合物通过毒土法或毒砂法用于莲藕田中。
本发明的活性成分异噁草松和异丙甲草胺共同施用,试验表明具有增效效果。活性比使用单个成分更为显著。增效效果表现为更宽的杂草控制谱、使用的剂量更低,除草作用起效更快、更持久的防治效果。通过一次施用就能很好地控制莲藕田杂草。
本发明的除草剂组合物使用方便、成本低,对莲藕生长安全,其推广应用有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
各组分的质量分数为:异噁草松16%,异丙甲草胺10%,十二烷基磺酸钠1%,NNO 5%,助剂82066%,白炭黑20%,高岭土添加至100%,配制成26%可湿性粉剂。
实施例2
各组分的质量分数为:异噁草松18%,异丙甲草胺8%,十二烷基磺酸钠2%,NNO 5%,助剂82066%,珍珠岩40%,高岭土添加至100%,配制成26%细粒剂。
实施例3
实施例1中的26%异噁草松·异丙甲草胺可湿性粉剂防除莲藕田杂草,表1是实施例1中的26%异噁草松·异丙甲草胺可湿性粉剂施药后45天各处理间的防除效果,对照药剂为480克/升异噁草松乳油和72%异丙甲草胺乳油。

从上表可以看出,26%异噁草松·异丙甲草胺可湿性粉剂用量为40-50克/亩时,防除效果优于异噁草松和异丙甲草胺单剂,各处理对莲藕生长安全。
实施例4
实施例2中的26%异噁草松·异丙甲草胺细粒剂防除莲藕田杂草,表2是26%异噁草松·异丙甲草胺细粒剂施药后45天各处理间的防除效果,对照药剂为480克/升异噁草松乳油和72%异丙甲草胺乳油。

从上表可以看出,异噁草松和异内甲草胺组成的26%细粒剂,对莲藕田杂草具有良好的防除效果,防除效果总体上优于异噁草松和异丙甲草胺单剂,各处理对莲藕生长安全。
Claims (5)
1.一种包含异噁草松和异丙甲草胺的莲藕田除草组合物,其特征是该组合物包含两种活性成分,外加农药助剂、载体配置而成,两种活性成分异噁草松和异丙甲草胺的配比为0.5∶1~10∶1。
2.根据权利要求1说述的除草剂组合物,其特征是除草剂组合物的剂型为细粒剂、乳油、可湿性粉剂、水乳剂、微胶囊剂。
3.根据权利要求1和2说述的除草剂组合物,其特征是所用的助剂为NNO、拉开粉、十二烷基磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠或钙、羧甲基纤维素,用于起乳化作用的农乳500号、600号等乳化剂,可以是一种或几种以上任意比例的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1和3说述的除草剂组合物,其特征是所用的载体为粘土、陶土、硅藻土、高岭土、珍珠岩、白炭黑、轻钙、膨润土、二甲苯、甲苯、矿物油、植物油类等中的一种或者一种以上任意比例的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4说述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于除草剂组合物用于防除莲藕田的杂草。
