At present, a base station needs to perform related operations according to measurement information reported by a terminal (User Equipment, abbreviated as UE) in some cases, for example, in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, when the UE moves, if the signal quality of a Serving Cell (also referred to as Source Cell) is worse and worse (for example, interference is serious) or the signal strength of the Serving Cell (Serving Cell) is worse and worse (for example, when the UE moves to a Cell edge), in order to meet the service quality of a User, the UE needs to be switched to a Target Cell (Target Cell) that can provide better service quality.
In general, the UE performs measurement reporting according to a measurement threshold configured by the base station, and when a measurement result of the UE meets the measurement threshold configured by the base station, the UE reports the measurement result to the base station, so that the base station performs related operations according to the measurement result. However, the current base station can only configure one measurement threshold in a process of configuring the measurement threshold for the terminal once, and when the base station needs to determine whether to perform the next operation according to a plurality of measurement results of the terminal, the base station needs to perform the configuration of the measurement threshold for the terminal for a plurality of times.
For example, the UE in the connected state is determined by the network according to the information reported by the UE, that is, when the UE detects that the signal strength or quality of the serving cell is lower than a specified threshold, the network side (e.g., the base station) selects a cell meeting the handover condition according to the network configuration and the neighboring cell information and notifies the UE to handover to the target neighboring cell. The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In this embodiment, a measurement reporting method is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a measurement reporting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:

As a preferred embodiment, when at least one of the plurality of measurement thresholds is satisfied, the measurement results corresponding to all the measurement thresholds may be reported to the base station. By the method, all measurement results can be reported to the base station under the condition that any one of a plurality of measurement thresholds configured by the base station is met, and the reporting sensitivity is improved.
Here, the LTE system is taken as an example, and in the case of the LTE network, the base station can grasp the two parameters, RSRP and RSRQ. Preferably, the base station may notify the UE of a handover operation (e.g., direct handover, or Cell Change Order (CCO) handover) through an rcconnectionreconfiguration message and/or a mobilityfromeutrommand message. For the redirection operation, the base station may notify the UE to perform the redirection operation through an rcconnectionrelease message. The method has strong feasibility and is convenient to operate. The redirection operation is different from the handover operation in that the redirection operation interrupts the current service of the UE, and the handover operation can maintain the continuity of the current service of the UE.
Corresponding to the above method, this embodiment further provides a measurement reporting apparatus, located in the UE, for implementing the foregoing embodiment and the preferred embodiment, which have already been described and are not described again. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.

Fig. 9 is a schematic view of a measurement report and a handover processing flow when RSRQ meets a threshold when a measurement trigger is selected as a booth according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 9, a further detailed description is given of an inter-system handover flow in which an eNB simultaneously issues RSRP and RSRQ threshold trigger measurement reports through rcconnectionreconfiguration message configuration, and RSRQ trigger measurement reports. As shown in fig. 9, the process includes the following steps:
step S902, the eNB issues measurement configuration to the UE through an RrcConnectionReconfiguration message, wherein triggerQuantity in the measurement configuration is booth, and ThresholdEUTRA simultaneously carries threshold-RSRP and threshold-RSRQ.
Step S904, when the measured RSRQ exceeds the threshold-RSRP, the UE reports a measurement report, and the measurement report simultaneously reports the RSRP and the RSRQ.
Step S906, the eNB carries out switching judgment inside, and when the switching condition is met, the eNB initiates switching preparation through a HANDOVERREQUEST message.
Step S908, after the handover preparation is successful, the eNB receives the handover request acknowledgement receipt message.
Step S910, the eNB notifies the UE to perform handover or CCO through the MobilityFromEUTRACommand message.
EXAMPLE six
Fig. 10 is a schematic view of a measurement reporting and redirection processing flow when RSRP meets a threshold when measurement trigger is selected as a booth according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 10, a blind redirection process in which an eNB triggers measurement reporting and RSRP and RSRQ thresholds are simultaneously issued by configuring through an rcconnectionreconfiguration message, and RSRP triggers measurement reporting is described in further detail below. As shown in fig. 10, the process includes the following steps:
step S1002, the eNB issues measurement configuration to the UE through an RrcConnectionReconfiguration message, wherein triggerQuantity in the measurement configuration is booth, and ThresholdEUTRA simultaneously carries threshold-RSRP and threshold-RSRQ.
Step S1004, when the measured RSRP exceeds the threshold-RSRP, the UE reports a measurement report, and the measurement report simultaneously reports the RSRP and the RSRQ.
Step S1006, the eNB makes a switching decision, and when the switching condition is not satisfied, the eNB initiates a redirection flow through an RrcConnectionRelease message.
EXAMPLE seven
Fig. 11 is a schematic view of a measurement reporting and redirection processing flow when RSRQ meets a threshold when a measurement trigger is selected as a booth according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and a blind redirection flow for an eNB to trigger measurement reporting and RSRP and RSRQ threshold triggered measurement reporting simultaneously through rcconnectionreconfiguration message configuration is further described in detail with reference to fig. 11. As shown in fig. 11, the process includes the following steps:
step S1102, the eNB issues measurement configuration to the UE through an RrcConnectionReconfiguration message, wherein triggerQuantity in the measurement configuration is booth, and ThresholdEUTRA simultaneously carries threshold-RSRP and threshold-RSRQ.
Step S1104, when the measured RSRQ exceeds the threshold-RSRP, the UE reports a measurement report, and the measurement report simultaneously reports the RSRQ and the RSRQ.
Step S1106, the eNB makes a handover decision, and when the handover condition is not satisfied, the eNB initiates a redirection procedure through an rcconnectionrelease message.
Example eight
The preferred embodiment further describes details of processing of the UE, in which the eNB configures, through an rcconnectionreconfiguration message, an intelligent reporting mode for triggering measurement and reporting by simultaneously sending an RSRP and an RSRQ threshold.
When the trigger quantity value in the measurement configuration is received by the UE and is a booth, the RSRP and the RSRQ values of the service cell can be measured simultaneously during periodic measurement, and are compared with the RSRP and the RSRQ threshold which are issued simultaneously, and the RSRP and the RSRQ which are to be measured are reported when any one of the RSRP and the RSRQ meets the threshold.
In another embodiment, a software is provided, which is used to execute the technical solutions described in the above embodiments and the preferred embodiments.
In another embodiment, a storage medium is provided, wherein the software is stored in the storage medium, and the storage medium includes, but is not limited to, an optical disc, a floppy disc, a hard disc, a rewritable memory, and the like.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A measurement reporting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving at least two measurement thresholds from a base station and indication information used for indicating User Equipment (UE) to carry out measurement reporting according to the at least two measurement thresholds;
and reporting to the base station according to the indication information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein reporting to the base station according to the indication information comprises:
and reporting the measurement results corresponding to the at least two measurement thresholds to the base station when at least one of the at least two measurement thresholds is met.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the at least two measurement thresholds comprise: the reporting of the measurement results corresponding to the at least two measurement thresholds to the base station when at least one of the at least two measurement thresholds is met comprises:
and when the measurement result of the RSRP is higher than or equal to the RSRP measurement threshold and/or the measurement result of the RSRQ is higher than or equal to the RSRQ measurement threshold, reporting the measurement result of the RSRP and the measurement result of the RSRQ to the base station.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising, after reporting to the base station according to the indication information:
and the base station informs the UE to carry out switching operation or redirection operation according to the reported result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of the base station notifying the UE of performing the handover operation or the redirection operation according to the result of the measurement report comprises:
when the result reported by the measurement meets a preset switching condition, the base station informs the UE to carry out switching operation; or,
and when the measurement report result does not meet the preset switching condition, the base station informs the UE to carry out redirection operation.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the base station informing the UE of the handover operation comprises:
and the base station informs the UE of switching operation through an RrcConnectionReconfiguration message and/or a MobilityFromEUTRACommand message.
7. A notification method, comprising:
sending at least two measurement thresholds and indication information used for indicating the UE to carry out measurement reporting according to the at least two measurement thresholds to User Equipment (UE);
and receiving a result reported by the UE, and informing the UE to perform switching operation or redirection operation according to the result.
8. A measurement reporting device located in a User Equipment (UE), comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive at least two measurement thresholds from a base station and indication information for indicating a UE to perform measurement reporting according to the at least two measurement thresholds;
and the reporting module is used for reporting to the base station according to the indication information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the at least two measurement thresholds comprise: the Reference Signaling Received Power (RSRP) measurement threshold and the Reference Signaling Received Quality (RSRQ) measurement threshold, the reporting module is used for:
and when the measurement result of the RSRP is higher than or equal to the RSRP measurement threshold and/or the measurement result of the RSRQ is higher than or equal to the RSRQ measurement threshold, reporting the measurement result of the RSRP and the measurement result of the RSRQ to the base station.
10. A notification apparatus in a base station, comprising:
a sending module, configured to send at least two measurement thresholds and indication information used for indicating the UE to perform measurement reporting according to the at least two measurement thresholds to a user equipment UE;
a second receiving module, configured to receive a result reported by the UE;
and the notification module is used for notifying the UE to carry out switching operation or redirection operation according to the result reported by the UE.
11. A measurement reporting system comprising the measurement reporting apparatus according to claim 8 or 9, and further comprising the notification apparatus according to claim 10.
