Description

Noble metal product and surface treatment method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a surface treatment method of a precious metal product and the precious metal product obtained by the same, belonging to the field of precious metal processing.
Background
The noble metal is subjected to surface treatment in the final stage of the manufacture of the noble metal so as to achieve an ideal artistic effect. The prior noble metal surface treatment process comprises the following steps:
1. the method comprises the following steps of electroplating process, 2. gold coating process, 3. gold pasting process, 4. gold plating process, 5. gold drawing process, 6. blueing process, 7. carving process (chiseling process), 8. robbing pattern (carving gold) process, 9. turning pattern (milling pattern) process, 10. sand blasting, wire drawing process, 11. etching process, 12. embossing process, 13. gold stamping process, 14. enamel process and 15. laser curing surface process (COLORIT method).
Wherein, the sand blasting is a process for forming a matte effect on the surface of the ornament by using quartz sand under the action of high-pressure gas. The pattern turning is a jewelry machining process which utilizes diamond milling cutters with different pattern edges to mill bright streaks on the surface of a jewelry during high-speed rotation and form various patterns. Because such patterns flash like mirrors, the ornamental article treated by the decoration is called a "glittering" ornamental article.
Polishing is a process of rubbing the surface of a product with polishing beads, and the longer the polishing time is, the greater the loss of the noble metal product is.
Although there are many surface finishing processes, the prior art treatments have limited artistic effects achieved by these processes relatively singly.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a novel precious metal product surface treatment method and a precious metal product generated by the same, and the precious metal product treated by the method has good appearance and artistic effect.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a surface treatment method of a noble metal product sequentially comprises a primary polishing step, a sand blasting step and a secondary polishing step, wherein the time of the secondary polishing step is shorter than that of the primary polishing step.
Further, in the sand blasting step, sand prepared by mixing diamond sand and common sand is selected as the sand blasting.
Further, it is preferable that in the primary polishing step and the secondary polishing step, the size of the polishing bead in the polishing machine is larger than the size of the blasting bead in the blasting step.
Further, it is preferable that in the blasting step, the noble metal product is put into a blasting machine and uniformly sprayed at a distance of 15cm from a blasting port.
Further, it is preferable that the blasting step is preceded by covering the surface of the noble metal product, where the blasting is not required, with a masking material.
Further, it is preferable that a selecting step is further provided between the primary polishing step and the sand blasting step, and the selecting step includes:
and selecting a precious metal product with smooth surface, symmetrical lines, full patterns and clear patterns, wherein the precious metal product is used for carrying out sand blasting treatment in the sand blasting step.
Further, it is preferable that the secondary polishing step is preceded by covering an area of the surface of the noble metal product, where the secondary polishing is not required, with a masking material.
A noble metal product obtained according to the above noble metal product surface treatment method. Further, preferably, the precious metal product is a gold jewelry product.
After the scheme is adopted, the method can cause poor vision in the sand spraying area and the polished area, the sprayed sand surface effect is more gorgeous and stronger in contrast than that of a common product, and the sprayed sand surface has good appearance and artistic effect.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention. The objectives and other advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.
Drawings
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the above advantages of the present invention will be more apparent. Wherein,
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of the surface treatment method of the noble metal product of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be provided with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented. It should be noted that, as long as there is no conflict, the embodiments and the features of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other, and the technical solutions formed are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, it is a schematic flow chart of the surface treatment method of the noble metal product of the present invention.
In particular, the object of the present invention is to provide a method which guarantees the advantages of a smooth and non-deforming final product surface, for which the applicant has conducted intensive studies on the premise of the existing sandblasting process and then has conducted reprocessing to achieve a better artistic effect.
Specifically, the method mainly comprises three steps in sequence:
a primary polishing step, a blasting step and a secondary polishing step, while a common processing method includes only the primary polishing step and the primary blasting step without a subsequent secondary polishing step, wherein, in a specific embodiment, the time of the secondary polishing step is shorter than that of the primary polishing step, for example, controlled to be several tens of seconds or several minutes.
In the sand blasting step, sand prepared by mixing diamond sand and common sand is selected as sand blasting, and the proportion is prepared according to the specific flow of the process. In a specific embodiment, the diamond grit is prepared by mixing diamond powder and water, and the diamond grit can be obtained by other means.
That is, the invention can cause poor vision between the area sprayed with the diamond sand and the polished area by means of the secondary polishing step with short time, and the sprayed sand surface effect is more gorgeous and stronger than that of the common sand, thereby having good appearance and artistic effect.
And the sand blasting selects diamond sand which is made of diamond powder and has harder texture than common sand and higher hardness, so that the product is not easy to be completely polished in the secondary polishing step.
And in the primary polishing step or the secondary polishing step, the size of a polishing bead in a polishing machine is larger than that of the diamond sand. In the embodiment, in the primary polishing step or the secondary polishing step, the size of the polishing beads is the size of No. 3 beads which is common in the art.
That is, the blasting step of the present invention employs diamond grit instead of ordinary glass grit or diamond grit, which, because of its relatively small size and hardness, causes a small, clean flash mark on the precious metal surface, comparable to a diamond mill used for lathing.
Further, since the size and the mark of the polishing bead are larger than the mark of the blasting, the blasting mark cannot be affected, and thus, the area where the diamond grit is blasted and the area where the polishing bead is polished are visually inferior, thereby providing a certain glaze effect.
Wherein in the sand blasting step, the distance between the sand blasting opening and the product and the time are determined according to the surface requirements, the closer the distance is, the longer the time is, and in a preferred embodiment, the precious metal product is placed into a sand blasting machine and is uniformly sprayed at a position 15cm away from the sand blasting opening.
In addition, in order to cause poor vision on the surface of the noble metal product, the invention needs to perform certain shielding in different process steps, and in a preferred embodiment, a shielding material is used for shielding the surface of the noble metal product in areas where the surface does not need to be subjected to sand blasting before the sand blasting step.
Before the secondary polishing step, a shielding material is needed to shield the surface of the noble metal product in the area where the secondary polishing is not needed.
The shielding material can be common electrical adhesive paper or other shielding materials, and is not limited herein.
And in order to have a better appearance effect on the appearance of the final product, a selecting step is further arranged between the primary polishing step and the sand blasting step, and comprises the following steps:
and selecting a precious metal product with smooth surface, symmetrical lines, full patterns and clear patterns, wherein the precious metal product is used for carrying out sand blasting treatment in the sand blasting step.
The noble metal product treated by the steps has unique appearance, presents a glaze surface effect, is more gorgeous and stronger than glass sand, has good appearance and artistic effect, and has good market prospect.
A detailed embodiment is described, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: putting a product or an area needing sand blasting into a vibration polishing machine for polishing so as to enable the surface to have finer and smoother luster, then selecting a product with smooth surface, symmetrical lines, full patterns and clear patterns, and covering the area not needing sand blasting with a paper tape or other materials capable of covering the area not needing sand blasting;
step 2: the diamond sand is mixed with water and poured into a sand blasting machine which is cleaned.
And step 3: and (3) putting a product needing sand blasting into a sand blasting machine, and uniformly spraying at a position 20cm away from a sand blasting port to generate a gorgeous and flashing light spot effect.
And 4, step 4: covering the area which does not need to be polished by using common electrical adhesive tape, putting the area into a vibration polishing machine (the polishing bead in the polishing machine is a fixed model), and taking out the area after four to five seconds;
and 5: the product is again selected and then the areas that are not sandblasted or not polished in place are repaired manually, whereby a better precious metal product is obtained.
Wherein the noble metal product is noble metal jewelry, such as gold jewelry and the like.
The noble metal product treated by the steps has unique appearance, presents a glaze surface effect, is more gorgeous and stronger than glass sand, has good appearance and artistic effect, and has good market prospect.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
