Fig. 6 a and 6b are the schematic cross section of optional layout of the bellows-shaped burst of the packing among Fig. 5.
The specific embodiment
As mentioned above, the present invention relates to a kind of consumer package, this consumer package is divided into the packaged unit of two separation after opening. The packaged unit of these two separation is suitable for use as the independent packaging that various objectives is provided.Described packing comprises as the top of described packing and the end of bottom.Sidewall is between described each end.Described end preferably square or rectangular and four sidewalls described end is connected to each other. This is the suitable shape for the storage absorbent article, and this packing is made easily.Yet, depend on the shape that will be enclosed in the articles for use in the described packing, described end can have the shape of any other expectation.
Open described packing by the line of weakness that disconnection is arranged on the sidewall. An example of this packing as shown in Figure 1.Described line of weakness is extended along the whole peripheral of described packing, this means that when described line of weakness is disconnected described packing is divided into the packaged unit of two separation, and described two packaged units all have opening at described line of weakness place. Therefore described packing is made up of first and second packaged units, and they have formed the packing that is used for stacked absorbent article jointly before opening described packing. Therefore before opening, described packing have with prior art in available similar packing is identical so far shape and function.Yet when unpacking, it forms first and second packaged units, and wherein first packaged unit is suitable for use as the storage package that keeps the residue articles for use safely, and second packaged unit is suitable for use as the carrier pack that keeps a little absorbent article. The user can put into this carrier pack by the absorbent article that a little is independent subsequently, and all residue articles for use are stayed in the described storage package.
Described line of weakness can be perforation line or can be such line, and the packing in this line are thinner than the material in the other parts of this packing.Alternatively, described line of weakness can be described packing inherence and opens the otch that is held togather by a strap before.
On every side of line of weakness and near, described sidewall comprises fringe region, this fringe region is provided be used to the device that dwindles described opening size. Can use be used to the various devices that dwindle described opening size. This device for example can be elastic component, as can be attached to inboard or the outside or as described in the rubber tape that extends in fringe region material or the passage on fringe region as described in being formed at.Alternatively, can use list or the two-wire rope that extends in the passage on being formed at described fringe region. In addition, belt, hook-loop fastener or the zipper lock size that can be used for dwindling described opening.Certainly, described first packaged unit and second packaged unit needn't comprise be used to the device of the same race that dwindles described opening size, but can comprise any combination of opening reduction means. The purpose of dwindling described opening size is incomplete same in described first and second packaged units.
As in described first packaged unit of storage package, the device that dwindles opening size is used for keeping described remaining absorbent article securely, thereby prevents that at memory period absorbent article from dropping out from packing in intention. For this purpose, elastic component; List or two-wire rope; Belt; Or the hook-loop fastener is optimum, because their make the size that can repeatedly adjust described opening.
Absorbent article is stacked can be directed along different directions in described packing, and for example stacked direction can be parallel or perpendicular to described end, and namely absorbent article stands in (parallel) or lies on one of the end of (vertically) described packing. In context, described stacked direction refers to described stacked articles for use and lies in direction on the top of each other. When the stacked direction of described absorbent article is parallel to that described end is that described articles for use stand in the described packing and described line of weakness is basically parallel to stacked direction and when being arranged on the sidewall, the possibility of dwindling opening size is particularly advantageous. On one of end, the part of each absorbent article will be stretched out outside described first packaged unit in described residue is stacked because described line of weakness (described packing is opened along this line of weakness) is arranged on the sidewall, thereby make and obtain easily. Therefore the height of described first packaged unit can be at least 50% of described stacked articles for use height.Dwindle under the situation of described opening size the residue articles for use will be with neat stacked being held, along with the device that dwindles opening size is tightened up, this is stacked to be pressed together and closely to be kept. Therefore, the device that dwindles opening size should be selected as making that described opening can be dwindled again and again along with the residue articles for use quantity in the described packing reduces.Thereby when at the described absorbent article of packing interior orientation, elastic component or list or two-wire rope are the specially suitable devices that dwindles described opening size.Fig. 2 and 3 illustrates the example of storage package part, and this storage package partly keeps the stacked of the absorbent article that keeps by cotton rope.In addition, when described line of weakness is basically parallel to described stacked direction (described articles for use stand in the described packing) and is arranged on the sidewall, preferably there is a distance the end that is arranged on described second packaged unit (carrying part) of described line of weakness, and this distance is equivalent to about the 20-50% of stacked articles for use height.By this, each sidewall of described first packaged unit (storage area) will have such height: this highly guarantees to remain laminated product effective reservation therein, and the sidewall of described second packaged unit (carrying part) will be enough to seal placement absorbent article within it.
If stacked being positioned in the described packing perpendicular to described end of absorbent article is that described articles for use self keep flat in packing, and described line of weakness is basically perpendicular to described stacked direction and is arranged on the sidewall, and the device that reduces opening size should be selected as making that the size of described opening can be contracted to such degree: described opening becomes less than the face area that remains on the absorbent article in the described packing. For this purpose, elastic component; List or two-wire rope; Belt; The hook-loop fastener is optimum, because their the feasible sizes that can repeatedly adjust described opening.
As in second packaged unit of carrier pack, the purpose of dwindling opening size is to close described opening more or less in intention.Maybe can discharge glue by zipper lock or hook-loop member, cotton rope, elastic component, described carrier pack can be closed or described opening can be reduced. Therefore the packing of carrier pack will be at the described absorbent article of degree sealing of necessity, protects them to avoid physical damage or polluted by the object near described absorbent article by this. Therefore, some absorbent articles for example can be carried at expediently in the bag and needn't be worried from the dirt that often is contained in the chip in the bag and damage. In addition, described carrier pack can be used for described absorbent article is hidden in the bag, and this is a lot of consumer preference. For the purpose of the described opening size that dwindles second packaged unit (carrier pack), can use any said apparatus.Second packaged unit is of a size of and can keeps at least one, preferably 1-5 independent articles for use.
In order to consider effectively dwindling of described opening size, for above-mentioned each purpose, described packing at least in the fringe region of described first and second packaged units by making by wrinkling or pleated flexible material.By this, according to the needs that opening size must dwindle, be adjacent to the packing deformable of described opening.Preferably, whole packing is by making by wrinkling or pleated flexible material, because consider that from the viewpoint of making it is favourable that described packing is made by a kind of material.Suitable can wrinkling or pleated flexible material can be for be preferably film, nonwoven fabrics or its laminate that polyethylene and/or polypropylene are made by polymeric material such as polyolefin. This material can advantageously be welding, impermeable liquid, callable and/or biodegradable.
Thereby extra enhancement Layer can be attached to described fringe region makes it wear-resisting.Be formed for the extra play of the passage of cotton rope or lastex and also can be preferably be attached to described fringe region with form gluing or that be welded in the band of each packaged unit fringe region. This extra play can be attached to inboard or the outside of described packing.
In addition, the fringe region of described second packaged unit can comprise additional materials, and it is folding that this additional materials forms the bellows-shaped that comprises outside folded edge.Described bellows-shaped is folding partly overlapping with first packaged unit before opening described packing. This example as shown in Figure 5.By this additional materials, it is bigger that the volume of second packaged unit will become, thereby be convenient to seal the independent absorbent article that will be carried.Realize that by the folding described material of Z shape described bellows-shaped is folding, and the folding bellows-shaped layer that can comprise one or more expectations of this bellows-shaped.Outside folded edge is present in the initial position of described the above Z-folded of packing sidewall.Described bellows-shaped is folding preferably to be arranged between the fringe region of stacked and first packaged unit of absorbent article, thereby in fact is arranged on the inside of described first packaged unit.
When using bellows-shaped folding, described line of weakness can be arranged on side-walls in the described outside folded edge outside and be arranged in the fringe region of described second packaged unit near described outside folded edge for the described device that dwindles the second packaged unit opening, referring to Fig. 6 a.Alternatively, described line of weakness can be arranged in the fringe region of second packaged unit near described outside folded edge, and be arranged on the side-walls of described packing in described outside folded edge inboard for the described device that dwindles the second packaged unit opening, referring to Fig. 6 b, namely be arranged on a part that forms the folding sidewall of described bellows-shaped for the described device that dwindles opening.
Described second packaged unit can be turnover, and the device that is used for dwindling described opening is configured such that properly when described second packaged unit having been turned over from inside to outside, and the opening of described second packaged unit can be reduced or be closed.Neutral or artistic picture on surface can be printed on the material inboard of described second packaged unit, and product information or trade mark etc. can be printed on its outside. Can obtain neutral carrier pack by described second packaged unit that overturns, this carrier pack does not show its content.
Consumer package of the present invention is particularly useful for storage absorbent article such as diaper, incontinence protection, panty liner or sanitary napkin.Described absorbent article can be expansion or folding.Folding articles for use can be three foldings.Described absorbent article can be further by independent packaging.Described packing can comprise a series of suitable materials. The material of described packing can be impermeable liquid, callable and/or biodegradable.Suitable material comprises plastic film, adhesive-bonded fabric and laminate thereof.Described packing can be positioned at its each interior additional materials in zone and strengthen.Described packing can comprise the peeling paper (described peeling paper is to cover the paper that is present in any adhesives on the described bottom before use) of described absorbent article.Like this, described packing both can be used as peeling paper and also can be used as packing.Like this, described packing can be coated with and give for example silicone layer that described packing peel off character or similar dielectric layer.Alternatively, described packing can separate from described peeling paper.
Preferably, the end of described second packaged unit has respectively and to surpass the articles for use length that will be maintained in the described packing and length and the width of width 0-20%, thereby therefore described end area equals or be slightly larger than the area that is housed inside the articles for use in the described carrier pack is convenient to place a little articles for use within it.
