本发明提供了一种治疗急性痛风性关节炎的药物，由以下重量配比的原药材制备而成：双花20、红藤20、山慈菇12、威灵仙20、薏苡仁20、川牛膝20、金钱草30、萆薢20、土茯苓30、秦皮20、猪苓20、青风藤20、防己15、泽泻20、毕澄茄10、清半夏9、车前草20、红花9、木香9、决明子10、荜拨6、车前子15、黄柏10、元胡12、赤芍12、虎杖12、苍术15、威灵仙10、桑寄生12、大黄6、丹皮12、独活12、甘草6。本发明经临床验证，具有显著的疗效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗急性痛风性关节炎的药物。
背景技术
近年来，随着生活水平的提高，饮食结构的改变，高尿酸血症及痛风的患病率日渐增加。常用治疗药物如秋水仙碱、非甾体类抗炎药、糖皮质激素等，虽能迅速止痛，但因肝肾损害、胃肠道刺激等毒副作用较大，临床上使用受到一定限制。急性痛风性关节炎隶属于中医的“热弊”、“痛风”的范畴，其起病之因内由平素肥甘过度、湿壅下焦，外由湿邪袭入人皮肉筋脉所致。中医治疗因其标本兼治且毒副作用小而越来越受到医生、患者的青睐，但现有药物中，对急性痛风性关节炎却鲜有疗效显著的药物。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种疗效确切的治疗急性痛风性关节炎的药物。
本发明提供的治疗急性痛风性关节炎的药物由以下重量配比的原药材制备而成：双花20、红藤20、山慈菇12、威灵仙20、薏苡仁20、川牛膝20、金钱草30、萆薢20、土茯苓30、秦皮20、猪苓20、青风藤20、防己15、泽泻20、毕澄茄10、清半夏9、车前草20、红花9、木香9、决明子10、荜拨6、车前子15、黄柏10、元胡12、赤芍12、虎杖12、苍术15、威灵仙10、桑寄生12、大黄6、丹皮12、独活12、甘草6。
制备方法采用常规方法水提，日服1剂。
临床资料
1病例
所观察60例病例来自2008年5月～2013年3月我院门诊及住院部的患者。随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组30例，其中男性24例，女性6例；年龄32～67岁，平均47.16±9.76岁；发病时间4～74小时。对照组30例，其中男性25例，女性5例；年龄28~65岁，平均44.35±8.63岁；发病时间5～72小时。两组病例经统计学处理，无显著性差异(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
2治疗方法
治疗组：服用本发明药物，每日1剂，分2次口服。
对照组：秋水仙碱，首剂1.0mg，其后每2小时1次，每次0.5mg，24小时总量不超过3mg，服至疼痛缓解或出现胃肠反应为止，加用别嘌呤醇，每次0.1g，每日3次。以上两组均予以低嘌呤饮食，治疗1周后进行疗效评价。
3疗效观察
3.1疗效标准：
临床痊愈：症状完全消失，关节功能恢复正常，血尿酸检查正常；
显效：主要症状消失，关节功能基本恢复，血尿酸检查基本正常；
有效：主要症状基本消失，主要关节功能及血尿酸检查有所改善；
无效：症状及血尿酸检查未见改善。
3.2治疗结果：详见表1。从表中可知，治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的介绍。
实施例1
按重量份取双花20、红藤20、山慈菇12、威灵仙20、薏苡仁20、川牛膝20、金钱草30、萆薢20、土茯苓30、秦皮20、猪苓20、青风藤20、防己15、泽泻20、毕澄茄10、清半夏9、车前草20、红花9、木香9、决明子10、荜拨6、车前子15、黄柏10、元胡12、赤芍12、虎杖12、苍术15、威灵仙10、桑寄生12、大黄6、丹皮12、独活12、甘草6；加入10倍、8倍量的水煎煮2次，每次两小时，合并煎液，浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.15备用。

1.一种治疗急性痛风性关节炎的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量配比的原药材制备而成：双花20、红藤20、山慈菇12、威灵仙20、薏苡仁20、川牛膝20、金钱草30、萆薢20、土茯苓30、秦皮20、猪苓20、青风藤20、防己15、泽泻20、毕澄茄10、清半夏9、车前草20、红花9、木香9、决明子10、荜拨6、车前子15、黄柏10、元胡12、赤芍12、虎杖12、苍术15、威灵仙10、桑寄生12、大黄6、丹皮12、独活12、甘草6。
