背景技术
一种具有被称为“欧梯克卡箍(Oetiker-Ohr)”的耳型夹紧装置的软管夹被这样绕着例如围绕管接头的软管夹紧,借助夹钳或钳型夹紧工具使“夹紧耳”缩窄,所述夹紧耳由两个向外伸出的腿及连接两个脚的桥接段组成。在夹紧的状态下,依据软管夹的尺寸,腿的内端部几乎互相接触。当施加特定的闭合力时,只要所述夹紧耳缩窄至减少50%直径的尺寸,则该夹具被认为是已正确地闭合。所述位置与在夹紧状态下使腿的内端部几乎接触的点之间的位置差即为该夹具的夹紧范固。
对于这种类型的夹紧装置存在的问题在于,当夹紧工具被移除时,缩窄的夹紧耳将由于软管及夹束带本身的弹性而重新稍微变宽。这种变宽意味着施加在该软管上的夹紧力减少,由此可能在边缘区域导致泄漏。
理论上,能够通过使用较硬或较厚的夹束带材料来限制变宽。但除了会造成较高的材料费用外,在夹紧耳的外侧使用较硬或较厚的材料也是不妥当的,因为所述软管夹应具有一定的弹性,用于补偿在软管及被其包围的物体(管接头)中的不均匀性。
由US5070580已知,夹紧耳通过在该夹紧耳上安置较厚的材料来强化,并且在夹紧夹钳连同夹紧耳时变窄。所述夹钳被视为附加的组件,其增加了生产成本并并且使该软管夹的安装过程变得更复杂。此外,通过夹钳加强的夹紧耳对转动的部件造成额外的不平衡性。
用于强化夹紧耳的另一方法由US5111555已知。其中规定,夹紧耳由两层构成,或者仍通过外部附加的夹钳或夹板来加强。这会造成如上所述的缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是,至少部分地避免已知的具有耳型夹紧装置的软管夹产生的缺点。本发明所要解决的特别技术问题是,提供一种具有耳型夹紧装置的软管夹,该装置的保持力在夹紧状态下增加。
尤其是要抑制在夹紧后夹紧耳变宽的趋势。
所述技术问题的解决方案由一种软管夹解决,该软管夹具有夹束带,其中,耳状的夹紧装置由两个向外伸出的腿和将所述两个腿连接的桥接段构成,所述夹束带在其内侧的一个在夹紧状态下贴靠在软管上的区域内具有凹槽,所述凹槽的边界完全在所述夹束带内,其特征为,所述凹槽的宽度从在带纵向上测得的夹束带中心起向两端逐渐缩减。因此,所提供的凹槽起到这样的作用,即当夹紧耳被缩窄并且因此软管夹的直径减少时,软管材料将陷入该凹槽内。在夹束带与软管之间通过夹紧耳的缩窄而造成相对移动时,能够将越来越多的软管材料压入沿所述移动方向变宽的凹槽内。在夹紧过程结束夹紧工具被从夹紧耳移除时,在夹束带与软管之间将产生反向的相对移动。在此,已陷入所述凹槽内的软管材料将被沿着使凹槽宽度变小的方向挤压并且在该处压紧,由此阻止所述反向移动。换言之,所述夹紧耳将不能再变宽到由于其弹性所预期的程度。
这样的凹槽的结构设计已被证明是特别有效的,其中,所述凹槽具有向所述夹束带中心掉落的水滴形状,并且其中,所述凹槽的周壁在其较宽的端部是平缓的,而在其较窄的端部是陡的,并且其中,所述凹槽在其较窄端部比在其较宽端部更深。
凹槽被布置得靠近夹紧装置是比较有利的,因为在夹束带与软管间的上述相对移动在靠近夹紧装置处是最大的。
这种实施例涉及根据本发明的方法在打开的软管夹上的应用,其中,夹具带的端部在装配状态下形成内端部和与内端部重叠的外端部,并且夹紧装置被安置在外端部的与内端部搭接的区域中,该软管夹的端部相互重叠,其中,夹紧装置安置在外端部的与内端部相重叠的区域内。
凹槽被安置在夹束带的在软管夹的装配状态下搭接夹紧装置两腿间距离的部位中,对于这种打开的软管夹是特别有利的,所述凹槽设在夹束带内端部在夹紧耳下的部分内,因为在该处夹束带和软管之间的相对移动最大。同时,在此位置上该夹具带材料的变形起到抑制夹束带在夹紧耳下的凸拱的加固效果。
凹槽设计为在夹束带的外侧上突出的压痕,形成凹槽的向外伸出的压痕在与夹紧耳连接下能够起到对于夹束带在夹紧耳下的附加固定的作用。当耳状的所述夹紧装置的桥接段通过向外凹曲的压槽而加固时,这种功能尤其能够实现。

具体实施方式
在附图中所示打开的软管夹由夹束带10构成,夹束带在图1所示的状态下形成内端部段11和与该内端部重叠的外端部段12。从图1的右端开始,在该外端部段12中通过冷成形加工形成引导接收件13、保持接收件14、呈所谓的“欧梯克卡箍(Oetiker-Ohr)”形式的夹紧装置15及舌形件引导件16。在夹具带10的内端部段11中,也可见于图2和图3,从该夹束带10的自由端开始,构成具有相对于完整的夹束带10缩小宽度的舌形件17、引导凸起18、在图2的俯视图中呈水滴形状的压痕19、保持钩20和引导钩21。
所述以夹紧耳(Spannohr)形式的夹紧装置15是由两个从夹束带10朝外弯折的腿22和将它们连接的桥接段23所构成。在该桥接段23中形成朝外凹曲的加固压槽24。
除了所述压痕19外,本实施例的软管夹与由WO2009/152832Al已知的软管夹相一致。
在本实施例中,所述压痕19依据图2具有从夹束带内端朝向夹束带中心滴落的水滴形状,即,横向于该夹束带10的纵向所测得的宽度,从图2右侧夹具带10中心向该夹束带的左端逐渐缩减,其中该两端是倒圆的。通过压痕19形成的朝软管夹内侧凹曲的凹槽25的深度基本上与该夹束带10的厚度相等,这意味着,压痕19如图3所示,在内端部11的外侧具有大约相当于该夹束带厚度的高度。
凹槽25的最大宽度大约为夹束带宽度的1/2,而其最小宽度大约为夹束带宽度的1/10至1/5。如图3所示,该凹槽25的内壁在图3中的右端具有较平缓的入口斜面26,在相反端有一陡峭的出口斜面27。
如图1所示,在夹紧装置15的桥接段23中的加固压槽24的尺寸可设定为,使其在所示状态下接触到压痕19。另外,夹紧装置15抵抗凸拱地支撑夹束带10设有压痕19的区域。
当夹紧装置15从图1所示的初始状况例如借助夹在两条腿22之间的(未示出的)夹钳变窄时,该软管夹的直径会减少并且施加压力在软管上(未示出),该软管安置在夹束带10与由夹束带包围的物体(例如管接头)之间。同时,由于该软管夹的直径减少,在夹束带10与软管之间会发生相对移动,该相对移动在夹紧装置15的区域中最大,并且朝夹束带中心、即朝着与夹紧装置15在直径上对置的区域的方向减少。施加于该软管上的压力和上述的相对移动导致软管材料被压入凹糟25内。
当所述夹钳被移除时,所述软管的弹性和本身不弹性变形的夹紧装置的弹性起作用,使夹紧装置变宽一些。在此,在所述软管与夹束带10之间产生反向的相对移动,在发生此相对移动时,被压入凹槽25内的软管材料被沿凹槽25的较小宽度方向挤压,并且在该处被夹紧。该夹紧限制了夹紧装置15的进一步变宽。
在闭合时,在图3右侧末端的凹槽25的入口斜面26使要被压缩的软管材料沿闭合移动方向滑出,用于避免在所述夹紧装置闭合时可能发生的制动作用。与此相对地,当所述夹钳被移除并且所述夹紧装置开始弹回时,在凹糟25的较窄和可能较深的窄端上的陡峭的出口斜面27提高了被压缩的软管材料的压缩作用和制动作用。
在具有60mm的标定直径、10mm的夹束带宽度、0.8mm带厚度和沿圆周方向测量为13mm的夹紧装置15的长度的软管夹上使用6400N的夹钳闭合力进行测试。在移除该夹钳后,对于具有凹槽25的软管夹测得在夹紧装置15下面的闭合缝隙的平均长度为3.03mm,软管夹施加在软管上的总径向力为4400N且平均单位面积压力为2.45N/mm2。在测定总径向力时,在沿着圆周等角地安置的八个传感器上测出平均力为550N。
对于没有凹槽25但其它尺寸相同的夹具在相同的测试条件下测得平均闭合缝隙长度为3.25mm、平均径向力为3840N而平均单位面积压力为2.17N/mm2。这与在夹钳被移除后由所述软管夹所施加的径向力相比,相当于增加大约14%。
这种改良措施指出,在许多情况下能够使用较不昂贵的钢来取代通常使用的高强度优质钢,用于满足各自要求的密封性。因为对于软管夹这种类型的材料费用总计约为全部成本的85%,所以通过本发明实现的固持力的增加节省了很多成本。
取代上述的水滴形状,所述凹槽25还可具有例如基本上呈有圆角的三角形的形状,其中凹槽宽度始终从夹束带中心向夹束带内端递减。
上述在夹紧装置15下面的夹具带内端部11的区域中凹槽25的位置,由于所述的理由而尤其地有利。原则上可将该凹槽安置在夹束带10的其它位置,甚至在外端部12的邻接软管的区域中。因为在软管与夹束带10之间的相对移动在夹紧装置15的区域中是最大的,所以凹槽25应该至少在夹紧装置附近。

Claims (9)
