Abstract
本发明公开了一种自组网物资回收装置,通过IC卡读卡模块识别个人信息后,物资识别传感器模块置于物资投放口处,通过激光扫描获得回收物资条形码或者二维码,自动识别投放物资,并对物资信息进行采集;识别成功,机械模块通过电机控制投放口打开投放物资,储物箱用来存储投放物资;无线数传模块将物资信息上传到中央处理器模块,中央处理器模块控制资金流转模块给付卖方资金,物资信息和资金给付信息通过自组织网络上传。此装置通过物资识别采集物资信息,所有信息经由无线数传电台自组织网络上传到小区处理中心,并根据市场价格给付卖方资金。操作简单,可靠性高,实用性强,利于普遍推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于废物回收技术领域,尤其涉及一种自组网物资回收装置。
背景技术
目前市面上现有的饮料瓶有偿回收有以下几种形式。
电脑控制形式通过电脑操作和红外线扫描完成工作的,不仅复杂、耗电,
而且用时长,对瓶子的完整性要求高,不利于普遍推广应用。机械形式结构复杂,装置维护难。电子机械综合控制形式的系统复杂,需定时省级。另外还有基于物联网技术的其他形式,大多采用无线连接的卫星定位模块等其他无线传输模块,采用组网技术、越级路由技术等,这些形式技术实现成本高。
发明内容
针对目前存在的问题,本发明发明了一种用于无人值守的自组网可再生物资有偿回收装置,
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种自组网物资回收装置,该自组网物资回收装置包括:
电源模块,用于对整个装置供电;
IC卡读卡模块,用于在投放物资前插卡识别个人信息后,系统才自动识别投放物资,不能识别的不写入个人卡片,同时不会打开投放口,物资不会进入储物箱;
物资识别传感器模块,通过激光扫描获得回收物资条形码或者二维码;
机械模块,用于投放口用来投放物资,存储投放物资,控制实现投放口的打开与关闭;
无线数传模块,用于传输持卡人投放物资信息及本装置已收集物资的个数;
中央处理器模块,通过基于ARM处理器的中央处理单元根据物资数据库来识别区分物资类别及本装置已收集物资的个数,超过某个值向小区处理中心提示清理;
资金流转模块,用于接收所述中央处理器模块的控制指令,控制给付卖方资金。
进一步,电源模块,采用12V直流电源,用于对整个装置供电。
进一步,所述机械模块主要包括投放口和储存箱;投放口用来投放物资,储物箱用来存储投放物资;电机控制实现投放口的打开与关闭。
进一步,所述无线数传模块采用433MHz无线数传电台。
本发明提供的自组网物资回收装置。每人发卡,投放物资前先插卡,通过IC卡读卡模块2识别个人信息后,物资识别传感器模块3置于物资投放口处,通过激光扫描获得回收物资条形码或者二维码,自动识别投放物资,并对物资信息进行采集;识别成功,机械模块4通过电机控制投放口打开投放物资,储物箱用来存储投放物资;无线数传模块5将物资信息上传到中央处理器模块6,中央处理器模块6控制资金流转模块7给付卖方资金,物资信息和资金给付信息通过自组织网络上传。
此装置通过物资识别采集物资信息,所有信息经由无线数传电台自组织网络上传到小区处理中心,并根据市场价格给付卖方资金。操作简单,可靠性高,实用性强,利于普遍推广应用。

为了使本发明的目的、技术发明及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1示出了本发明实施案例提供的自组网物资回收装置的结构框图,该结构包括:
电源模块1,采用12V直流电源,用于对整个装置供电;
IC卡读卡模块2,用于在投放物资前插卡识别个人信息后,系统才自动识别投放物资,不能识别的不写入个人卡片,同时不会打开投放口,物资不会进入储物箱;
物资识别传感器模块3,通过激光扫描获得回收物资条形码或者二维码;
机械模块4,主要包括投放口和储存箱。投放口用来投放物资,储物箱用来存储投放物资;
电机控制实现投放口的打开与关闭。
无线数传模块5,采用433MHz无线数传电台,用于传输持卡人投放物资信息及本装置已收集物资的个数;
中央处理器模块6,通过基于ARM处理器的中央处理单元根据物资数据库来识别区分物资类别及本装置已收集物资的个数,超过某个值向小区处理中心提示清理;
资金流转模块7,被中央处理器模块6控制给付卖方资金。
每人发卡,投放物资前先插卡,通过IC卡读卡模块2识别个人信息后,物资识别传感器模块3置于物资投放口处,通过激光扫描获得回收物资条形码或者二维码,自动识别投放物资,并对物资信息进行采集;识别成功,机械模块4通过电机控制投放口打开投放物资,储物箱用来存储投放物资;无线数传模块5将物资信息上传到中央处理器模块6,中央处理器模块6控制资金流转模块7给付卖方资金,物资信息和资金给付信息通过自组织网络上传。

Claims (4)
1.一种自组网物资回收装置,其特征在于,该自组网物资回收装置包括:
电源模块,用于对整个装置供电;
IC卡读卡模块,用于在投放物资前插卡识别个人信息后,系统才自动识别投放物资,不能识别的不写入个人卡片,同时不会打开投放口,物资不会进入储物箱;
物资识别传感器模块,通过激光扫描获得回收物资条形码或者二维码;
机械模块,用于投放口用来投放物资,存储投放物资,控制实现投放口的打开与关闭;
无线数传模块,用于传输持卡人投放物资信息及本装置已收集物资的个数;
中央处理器模块,通过基于ARM处理器的中央处理单元根据物资数据库来识别区分物资类别及本装置已收集物资的个数,超过某个值向小区处理中心提示清理;
资金流转模块,用于接收所述中央处理器模块的控制指令,控制给付卖方资金。
2.如权利要求1所述的自组网物资回收装置,其特征在于,电源模块,采用12V直流电源,用于对整个装置供电。
3.如权利要求1所述的自组网物资回收装置,其特征在于,所述机械模块主要包括投放口和储存箱;投放口用来投放物资,储物箱用来存储投放物资;电机控制实现投放口的打开与关闭。
4.如权利要求1所述的自组网物资回收装置,其特征在于,所述无线数传模块采用433MHz无线数传电台。
