技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药领域，具体地说是一种治疗烧伤的外用药糊。
背景技术
众所周知，由热力所引起的组织损伤统称为烧伤，如火焰、热液、热蒸汽、热金属等等。由电、化学物质所致的损伤，也属烧伤的范围。现代烧伤治疗过程中，国内外医务工作者在该领域做过大量的研究，治疗方法和治疗药物多种多样，但仍未达到令人满意的程度，仍有很多难题尚未解决。如：1、淤滞带间生态的存活问题：因所有烧伤创面均存在淤滞带，存在对淤滞带间生态中濒危细胞的救治问题，如何使濒危细胞存活并生长，这需要一个细胞存活的生理环境，只有达到这种生理环境，濒危细胞才能存活，烧伤创面才不至于加深，创面坏死组织才能减少，有利于创面愈合。2、创面感染问题：所有烧伤创面均存在死亡组织层，这层组织逐渐液化，是各种细菌生长的温床，且能产生细胞毒素，不断被人体吸收，形成局部感染和全身感染，所以，尽快地、干净彻底地清除坏死组织，减少创面感染和全身感染，也是现代烧伤治疗学研究的主要问题。3、瘢痕增生问题：对于III度烧伤创面，因为皮肤全层坏死，需要待坏死组织液化脱落后，由肉芽组织覆盖创面，由此而引起创面的瘢痕增生，这给身体的功能、感觉、美观带来很多不良影响。4、创面愈合时间的问题：现代烧伤治疗学中，对浅II度烧伤创面，需要2周才能愈合，对深II度烧伤创面，需要3周才能愈合，对于III度烧伤创面，需要4周以上才能愈合，如何缩短各种烧伤创面愈合的时间，更是现代烧伤治疗学研究的目的之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗烧伤的外用药糊，其成本低，治疗烧伤疗效高，无过敏，无毒性反应，无副作用，且可以防止发生变态反应，具有清热凉血、活血止痛、湿润收敛等功效。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗烧伤的外用药糊，其特征是，原料药的重量份为：煅石膏11～14、龙胆草9～11、五倍子7～9、象皮6～8、烧伤藤5～7、重楼6～8、猫爪刺3～5、大青叶4～6、丹皮5～7、紫草4～6、腹水草3～5、赤石脂4～6、泡桐叶7～9、白术6～8、血余炭1～2、栀子8～12，将上述十六味原料药混合在一起搅拌均匀晒干，研成细末，然后用香油调成糊状。
本发明的有益效果是，成本低，治疗烧伤疗效高，无过敏，无毒性反应，无副作用，且可以防止发生变态反应，具有清热凉血、活血止痛、湿润收敛等功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例一：
采用煅石膏、龙胆草、五倍子、象皮、烧伤藤、重楼、猫爪刺、大青叶、丹皮、紫草、腹水草、赤石脂、泡桐叶、白术、血余炭、栀子为原料制备而成，取煅石膏13克、龙胆草10克、五倍子8克、象皮7克、烧伤藤6克、重楼7克、猫爪刺4克、大青叶5克、丹皮6克、紫草5克、腹水草4克、赤石脂5克、泡桐叶8克、白术7克、血余炭1克、栀子10克，将上述十六味原料药混合在一起搅拌均匀晒干，然后研成细末，装入瓶内密封瓶盖备用。使用时用香油将前述细末调成糊状的烧伤药糊，用无菌持物钳夹取无菌纱布把分泌物、脓液擦干净后，用0.5％碘伏消毒创面，用棉签蘸取烧伤药糊均匀地涂于烧伤创面上，厚约0.5cm，上盖保鲜膜，纱布，用敷贴固定。每日涂药糊1次，每晨更换。最少用药18天，最多用药40天，一般应用30天左右。
本发明组分煅石膏用于收湿，生肌，敛疮，止血，外治溃疡不敛，湿疹瘙痒，水火烫伤，外伤出血；龙胆草性味苦，涩，大寒，无毒。主治骨间寒热、惊病邪气，继绝伤，定五脏，杀虫毒；五倍子可敛肺，止汗，涩肠，固精，止血，解毒。主治肺虚久咳，自汗盗汗，久痢久泻，脱肛，遗精，白浊，各种出血，痈肿疮疖；象皮止血敛疮，祛腐生肌。治外伤出血，及一切创伤、溃疡久不收口；烧伤藤用于清热解毒，收敛止血。主治烧烫伤，痈疮疖肿，外伤出血，湿疹；重楼主治：清热解毒，消肿止痛，凉肝定惊.作于疔肿痈肿，咽喉肿痛，毒蛇咬伤，跌扑伤痛，惊风抽搐；猫爪刺其性味酸苦、平，有利水消肿，清热，活血，解毒的功效，主治水肿，黄疸，泄泻，疟疾，痢疾，百日咳，淋浊；大青叶主要用于热毒发斑、丹毒、咽喉肿痛、口舌生疮、疮痈肿毒等症；丹皮性微寒，味苦辛，无毒。入心、肝、肾经。具有清血，活血散瘀的功能。主治斑疹吐血，血滞经闭，经前发势，痈肿疮毒，损伤瘀血，阴虚发势，无汗；紫草外用，功能化腐生肌，解毒止痛，治疗热毒蕴结所致的溃疡，症见疮面疼痛，疮色鲜活，脓腐将尽，或外伤创面久不愈合；腹水草利尿消肿，散瘀解毒。用于腹水，水肿，小便不利，月经不调，闭经，跌打损伤，外用治腮腺炎，疔疮，烧烫伤，毒蛇咬伤；赤石脂涩肠，止血，收湿，生肌。治久泻，久痢，便血，脱肛，遗精，崩漏，带下，溃疡不敛；泡桐叶清热解毒，止血消肿，主痈疽，疔疮肿毒，创伤出血；白术具有健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎的功效。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安；血余炭能够消瘀，止血。临床常用于治吐血，鼻衄，齿龈出血，血痢，血淋，崩漏等等；栀子具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用，在中医临床常用于治疗黄疸型肝炎、扭挫伤、高血压、糖尿病。这十六味原料药巧妙组方，药物相互协调作用，共奏烧伤之特效。该方剂配伍合理，药物相须，相使起到协同作用，能提高疗效，相反可以减轻或消除毒副作用。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例(重量：克)混合的实施例来实现。其加工方法与实施例1相同。
下面结合我院，即山东省威海市文登中心医院进行的临床预试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
一、病例选择：所选病例为各种原因引起的浅II度、深II度、III度烧伤创面，共95例，男38例，女57例，面积最小1％，最大86％，最大III度面积39％。
二、诊断标准：诊断标准参照新编《外科学》中国新九分法和烧伤深度的识别进行。
三、治疗方法：无菌持物钳夹取无菌纱布把分泌物、脓液擦干净后，用0.5％碘伏消毒创面，用棉签蘸取烧伤药糊均匀地涂于烧伤创面上，厚约0.5cm，上盖保鲜膜，纱布，用敷贴固定。每日涂药糊1次，每晨更换，治疗30天。
四、疗效判断：根据《新药(中药)临床研导原则》的疗效标准，痊愈：(1)浅II度创面完全愈合。(2)深II度创面基本愈合，残余创面仅作一般换药处理。(3)III度创面大部分愈合，残余创面已不需植皮。好转：(1)II度创面未完全愈合，但无全身症状。(2)III度创面大部分愈合，残余创面尚需植皮。无效：全身症状未见改善，创面感染不能控制。
五、治疗效果：使用本发明治疗95例烧伤患者，按照疗效评价标准进行治疗效果评价，治愈91例，占95.8％，好转3例，占3.1％，无效1例，占1.1％，总有效率为98.9％。在此基础上，我们进行了严格的科研设计，使用本发明烧伤药糊为治疗组(共95例)，用西药磺胺嘧啶银为对照组(共50例)，磺胺嘧啶银组治愈35例，占70％，好转6例，占12％，无效9例，占18％，总有效率为82％。
结果显示：用本发明烧伤药糊组在促进创面愈合，减少感染，减少瘢痕增生，减少手术治疗率方面均优于西药磺胺嘧啶银组，研究结果还显示：本发明烧伤药糊具有营养和增强细胞氧分的功能，可使濒危细胞向具有生命活力的正常方面转化，充分说明本发明烧伤药糊对治疗烧伤有很好的疗效。
六、典型病例
1、患者徐某，男，29岁，2010年11月2日因被火烧伤半小时入院。诊断：胸腹部，双下肢烧伤，浅II度14％，深II度25％，共39％。创面去除水泡腐皮，用0.5％碘伏消毒创面，用本发明烧伤药糊单层外敷创面，每天换药一次，入院8天，浅II度创面愈合，17天深II度愈合，患者痊愈出院。
2、患者姜某，女，58岁，2011年5月20日因被火烧伤半小时入院。诊断：面颈部、胸腹部，四肢烧伤，浅II度23％，深II度18％，III度6％，共47％。入院后按烧伤面积常规补液，静滴先锋霉素防止感染，创面去除水泡腐皮，用0.5％碘伏消毒创面，用本发明烧伤药糊单层外敷创面，每天换药一次，入院9天，浅II度创面愈合，18天深II度愈合，24天大部分III度创面愈合，全身约2％III度创面未愈合，继续换药治疗，第28天，全部III度创面愈合，患者痊愈出院。
3、患者马某，男36岁，2012年7月19日因被火烧伤1小时入院。诊断：面颈部、胸背部、四肢烧伤，浅II度15％，深II度26％，III度40％，共81％。入院后按烧伤面积常规补液，静滴先锋霉素防止感染，创面去除水泡腐皮，用0.5％碘伏消毒创面，用本发明烧伤药糊单层外敷创面，每天换药一次，入院8天，浅II度创面愈合，17天深II度愈合，24天大部分III度创面愈合，全身约12％III度创面未愈合，即行手术植皮，第32天，患者痊愈出院。
Claims (1)
1.一种治疗烧伤的外用药糊，其特征是：原料药的重量份为，煅石膏11～14、龙胆草9～11、五倍子7～9、象皮6～8、烧伤藤5～7、重楼6～8、猫爪刺3～5、大青叶4～6、丹皮5～7、紫草4～6、腹水草3～5、赤石脂4～6、泡桐叶7～9、白术6～8、血余炭1～2、栀子8～12，将上述十六味原料药混合在一起搅拌均匀晒干，研成细末，然后用香油调成糊状。
