本发明涉及一种门窗组件，包括扇框本体（1），扇框本体的一侧设有第一胶条槽（1a），第一胶条槽中连有第一共挤胶条本体（2），其特征在于扇框本体的另一侧设有一体化压条，所述一体化压条包括压条本体（5），压条本体一侧设有与第一胶条槽对应的第二胶条槽（5a），第二胶条槽中连有第二共挤胶条本体（4）。本发明的优点在于挤塑成型的密封胶条分别与压条、扇框相互粘接，形成一体化，即省去了对密封胶条的安装，大大减少了塑钢门窗的部件安装数量，在提高了生产效率的同时，保证了该组件的整体密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域，特别是涉及一种塑钢门窗组件。
背景技术
与传统的木门窗和铝门窗相比，塑钢门窗以良好的保温性、隔热性以及防腐、阻燃、耐老化的优势占据着门窗主流市场。塑钢门窗的优良性能不仅与其所用材料和断面结构有关，还与其各部件之间的密封性有关。而现有的塑钢门窗的部件繁多，各部件都是通过人工安装完成，不仅劳动强度大、占用较长生产周期，而且各部件之间的密封胶条易脱落，降低了窗户的密封效果和使用寿命，影响到了成品门窗质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有塑钢门窗部件繁多、劳动强度大的问题，而提供一种门窗组件。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的：
一种门窗组件，包括扇框本体，扇框本体的一侧设有第一胶条槽，第一胶条槽中连有第一共挤胶条本体，其特征在于扇框本体的另一侧设有一体化压条，所述一体化压条包括压条本体，压条本体一侧设有与第一胶条槽对应的第二胶条槽，第二胶条槽中连有第二共挤胶条本体。
所述第一共挤胶条本体和第二共挤胶条本体均可为K型共挤胶条，K型共挤胶条的一侧通过对称设置的挂壁嵌入扣紧对应的胶条槽，以防止K型共挤胶条脱落，K型共挤胶条的另一侧通过分层设置的密封条将玻璃窗扇紧密连接。
本发明的有益效果在于挤塑成型的密封胶条分别与压条、扇框相互粘接，形成一体化，即省去了对密封胶条的安装，大大减少了塑钢门窗的部件安装数量，在提高了生产效率的同时，保证了该组件的整体密封效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明提供的一种门窗组件，包括扇框本体1，扇框本体的一侧设有第一胶条槽1a，第一胶条槽中连有第一共挤胶条本体2，扇框本体的另一侧设有一体化压条，所述一体化压条包括压条本体5，压条本体一侧设有与第一胶条槽对应的第二胶条槽5a，第二胶条槽中连有第二共挤胶条本体4；所述第一共挤胶条本体2和第二共挤胶条本体4均可为K型共挤胶条，K型共挤胶条的一侧通过对称设置的挂壁嵌入扣紧对应的胶条槽， K型共挤胶条的另一侧通过分层设置的密封条将玻璃窗扇3紧密连接。

1.一种门窗组件，包括扇框本体（1），扇框本体的一侧设有第一胶条槽（1a），第一胶条槽中连有第一共挤胶条本体（2），其特征在于扇框本体的另一侧设有一体化压条，所述一体化压条包括压条本体（5），压条本体一侧设有与第一胶条槽对应的第二胶条槽（5a），第二胶条槽中连有第二共挤胶条本体（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗组件，其特征在于第一共挤胶条本体（2）和第二共挤胶条本体（4）均可为K型共挤胶条。
