Abstract
一种防潮纸箱,包含纸箱本体、设置于纸箱本体中的多个缓冲材以及至少一防潮间隔件,其中防潮间隔件包含纸材外壳以及设置于纸材外壳中的防潮包。相较于传统的纸箱防潮加工方式,通过放置防潮间隔件于防潮纸箱中,可以灵活且快速地进行组装,并可以提供良好的防潮功效,以延长其中如太阳能电池等产品的保存寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防潮纸箱,尤其涉及一种用于太阳能电池的防潮纸箱。
背景技术
对于高精密度且相当脆弱的电子元件而言,由于其极易在运送过程中受到外界环境,例如水、灰尘、撞击力等的影响而损坏,因此对包装结构的要求更是严苛。为了降低商品在运送过程的损坏率,防潮、防尘、及抗震已是保护性包装结构所需具备的基本功能。
以纸箱为例,由于纸箱在经过一段使用时间后,便会吸收空气中的水气,进而影响纸箱内储存的物品。因此,需要对纸箱进行防潮处理,以避免纸箱受潮的情形产生。
现有的纸箱防潮技术包含在纸箱上涂布防水层,或是在瓦楞纸材中加装一层塑胶膜。但是前者的防水层容易在搬运时刮损,后者则容易在加工时破坏瓦楞纸材的结构,且两者均会增加额外的制造成本。
另外有一种技术是将包装结构进行真空封装,同样地,此种作法会增加额外的成本以及包装工序,且若是包装结构中已经存在有水气,则水气会一并被封在抽真空的包装结构中。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的一种方案提供了一种防潮纸箱,包含纸箱本体、设置于纸箱本体中的多个缓冲材,并且至少部分缓冲材围绕该纸箱本体的内壁以形成一容置空间,以及至少一防潮间隔件,其中防潮间隔件包含纸材外壳以及设置于纸材外壳中的至少一防潮包。
于一或多个实施例中,纸材外壳包含两盖板以及连接盖板的连接部,防潮包设置于盖板之间。
于一或多个实施例中,纸材外壳还包含连接盖板与连接部的支撑部。
于一或多个实施例中,纸材外壳还包含设置于盖板的多个透气部。
于一或多个实施例中,防潮间隔件还包含设置于盖板之间的缓冲结构,缓冲结构包含至少一开口,防潮包设置于开口中。
于一或多个实施例中,防潮间隔件设置于缓冲材之间并接触纸箱本体的内壁。
于一或多个实施例中,防潮间隔件设置于纸箱本体的中部,借由防潮间隔件将一容置空间分隔为至少两容置空间。
于一或多个实施例中,防潮间隔件与另一部分的缓冲材设置于纸箱本体的中部,借由防潮间隔件与部分缓冲材将一容置空间分隔为两容置空间。
于一或多个实施例中,防潮间隔件设置于纸箱本体的顶部或是底部。
本发明的另一方案提供了一种防潮间隔件,包含纸材外壳以及至少一防潮包。纸材外壳包含两盖板以及连接盖板的连接部。防潮包设置于盖板之间。
于一或多个实施例中,纸材外壳还包含连接盖板与连接部的支撑部。
于一或多个实施例中,纸材外壳还包含设置于盖板的多个透气部。
于一或多个实施例中,防潮间隔件还包含设置于盖板之间的缓冲结构,缓冲结构包含至少一开口,防潮包设置于开口中。
防潮间隔件为组合式的结构,除可避免防潮包位移之外,还可以轻易地更换防潮包,达到可以重复使用的功效。除此之外,防潮包中的干燥剂颗粒也可顺着外界的挤压而变形,除了防潮的效果外,更进一步提供缓冲的功效。相较于传统的纸箱防潮加工方式,通过放置防潮间隔件于防潮纸箱中,可以灵活且快速地进行组装,并可以提供良好的防潮功效,以延长其中如太阳能电池等产品的保存寿命。

具体实施方式
以下将以附图及详细说明清楚说明本发明的精神,任何所属技术领域中具有普通知识的技术人员在了解本发明的较佳实施例后,当可由本发明所教示的技术,加以改变及修饰,其并不脱离本发明的精神与范围。
参照图1,其绘示本发明的防潮间隔件一实施例的示意图。防潮间隔件100为应用于纸箱的包装结构中,其可以提供防潮以及缓冲的效果。防潮间隔件100包含有纸材外壳110以及防潮包120。纸材外壳110包含有两盖板112以及连接两盖板112的连接部114。防潮包120则是设置于两盖板112之间。换言之,纸材外壳110为近似于书皮的结构,防潮包120则是装设在纸材外壳110之中。纸材外壳110的材质例如为瓦楞纸。
防潮包120包含有可透气的包材以及装在包材内的干燥剂颗粒。干燥剂颗粒的成分可以如氯化钙、氧化钙、磷酸酐、硅胶、高分子聚合体、甘蔗纤维等。
防潮间隔件100为可插拔、可替换、可组合式地应用于防潮纸箱中,并可借由其中的干燥剂颗粒提供缓冲的功效。
防潮间隔件100中还选择性地包含有一缓冲结构130,缓冲结构130的材料可以为,例如但不限于,发泡聚乙烯(EPE)、发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)和发泡泡棉,缓冲结构130可以借由粘着剂固定于纸材外壳110内。缓冲结构130的形状可以为E字形或是U字形。缓冲结构130包含有开口132,防潮包120可置放于开口132中。换言之,缓冲结构130可用以进一步地固定防潮包120的位置,并提供缓冲的功效。
纸材外壳110上可以还选择性地设置有多个透气部116,透气部116为设置于盖板112上,并对应于防潮包120的位置设置。借由盖板112上的透气部116可以增加防潮包120与外界空气之间的接触面积,进而提升防潮间隔件100的防潮效果。
参照图2,其绘示本发明的防潮间隔件另一实施例的示意图。防潮间隔件100’包含有纸材外壳110’以及位于纸材外壳110’中的防潮包120。本实施例中的纸材外壳110’除了盖板112以及连接部114以外,还包含有支撑部118,支撑部118用以连接盖板112以及连接部114。如此一来,防潮包120便可以固定于纸材外壳110’中,而不用担心在组装过程中因重力而使得防潮包120掉出纸材外壳110’。
纸材外壳110’可以为一体成形地结构,透过将纸材裁切为合适的形状以及折叠之后,便可以得到具有盖板112、连接部114以及支撑部118的纸材外壳110’。同样地,纸材外壳110’也可以在盖板112上设置多个透气部116,用以增加防潮包120与外界空气的接触面积。
前述的防潮间隔件100(100’)的实际应用将详细说明于下列实施例。
请同时参照图3与图4,其分别绘示本发明的防潮纸箱一实施例的分解图以及组装完成的立体视图。防潮纸箱200包含有纸箱本体210、多个缓冲材220以及至少一防潮间隔件230。防潮纸箱200用以容置如太阳能电池包装盒250等呈现长方形块状的产品,其中太阳能电池包装盒250包含有包装盒以及设置于包装盒中的多个薄片状的太阳能电池。太阳能电池包装盒250设置于纸箱本体210中,且缓冲材220位于太阳能电池包装盒250与纸箱本体210之间,例如设置于纸箱本体210内壁的底部、四个侧边以及顶部等,以保护位于纸箱本体210中的太阳能电池包装盒250。纸箱本体210的材质例如为瓦楞纸或具有防潮功能的瓦楞纸。
防潮间隔件230也设置于纸箱本体210中,其中防潮间隔件230可用以提供缓冲以及防潮的作用。本实施例中,部分的缓冲材220围绕于纸箱本体210的内壁,另一部分的缓冲材220则是与防潮间隔件230共同设置于纸箱本体210的中部,以借由防潮间隔件230与部分的缓冲材220将纸箱本体210分隔为两容置空间240。太阳能电池包装盒250则是设置于两容置空间240之中。
缓冲材220的材料可以为发泡泡棉。缓冲材220可以为片状或是块状物。防潮间隔件230的具体结构说明可以参见图1或是图2。
防潮间隔件230的设置位置也可以依照不同的设计需求进行变化。图5至图7分别绘示本发明的防潮纸箱不同实施例的组装完成的立体视图,图5至图7与图4中的实施例的差异主要在于防潮间隔件230的设置位置。
如图5所示,防潮间隔件230可以取代部分缓冲材220位置,使得缓冲材220与防潮间隔件230共同围绕于纸箱本体210的内壁,此时防潮间隔件230会设置于纸箱本体210的内壁并接触纸箱本体210的内壁。此时,纸箱本体210的中部可以仅设置有缓冲材220,或是如图4中的缓冲材220与防潮间隔件230的组合。
如图6所示,缓冲材220可以仅围绕于纸箱本体210的内壁,而纸箱本体210的中部仅利用一或多个防潮间隔件230将纸箱本体210分隔为两个容置空间240。
又或者,如图7所示,防潮间隔件230可以设置于纸箱本体210的顶部或是底部。缓冲材220和/或防潮间隔件230则可以设置于纸箱本体210的内壁以及中部(图中未绘示),用以提供良好的缓冲以及防潮的功效。
从以上实施例可以得知,防潮间隔件为组合式的结构,除可避免防潮包位移之外,还可以轻易地更换防潮包,达到可以重复使用的功效。除此之外,防潮包中的干燥剂颗粒也可顺着外界的挤压而变形,除了防潮的效果外,还进一步提供缓冲的功效。相较于传统的纸箱防潮加工方式,透过放置防潮间隔件于防潮纸箱中,可以灵活且快速地进行组装,并可以提供良好的防潮功效,以延长其中如太阳能电池等产品的保存寿命。
虽然本发明已以实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本领域知识的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视后附的权利要求所界定的范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种防潮纸箱,包含:
一纸箱本体;
多个缓冲材,设置于该纸箱本体中,并且至少部分所述缓冲材围绕该纸箱本体的内壁以形成一容置空间;以及
至少一防潮间隔件,设置于该纸箱本体中,其中该防潮间隔件包含一纸材外壳以及设置于该纸材外壳中的至少一防潮包;
其中该纸材外壳包含两盖板以及连接所述盖板的一连接部并且为一体成形的结构,该防潮包设置于所述盖板之间;
其中该防潮间隔件还包含一缓冲结构,设置于所述盖板之间,该缓冲结构包含至少一开口,该防潮包设置于该开口中。
2.如权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该纸材外壳还包含一支撑部,连接所述盖板与该连接部。
3.如权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该纸材外壳还包含多个透气部,设置于所述盖板。
4.如权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该防潮间隔件设置于所述缓冲材之间并接触该纸箱本体的内壁。
5.如权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该防潮间隔件设置于该纸箱本体的中部,借由该防潮间隔件将该容置空间分隔为至少两个容置空间。
6.如权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该防潮间隔件与另一部分所述缓冲材设置于该纸箱本体的中部,借由该防潮间隔件与该部分缓冲材将该容置空间分隔为两个容置空间。
7.如权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该防潮间隔件设置于该纸箱本体的顶部或是底部。
8.一种防潮间隔件,包含:
一纸材外壳,包含两盖板以及连接所述盖板的一连接部,所述纸材外壳为一体成形结构;以及
至少一防潮包,设置于所述盖板之间;
其中该防潮间隔件还包含一缓冲结构,设置于所述盖板之间,该缓冲结构包含至少一开口,该防潮包设置于该开口中。
9.如权利要求8所述的防潮间隔件,其中该纸材外壳还包含一支撑部,连接所述盖板与该连接部。
10.如权利要求8所述的防潮间隔件,其中该纸材外壳还包含多个透气部,设置于所述盖板。
