本发明公开了一种以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡及其制备方法，其组成原料的重量份为：氯化石蜡70-75、矿物油20-25、二茂铁1-3、成膜树脂5-6、改性硅藻土3-6、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10-12、丁基萘磺酸钠0.8-1.2、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺1-2、三乙烯二胺0.5-0.7、乌洛托品0.9-1.1、苯三唑脂肪胺盐1.3-1.5、氟化锆2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.7-0.9、抗氧剂1010？？1-3和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-4；本发明以氯化石蜡为主要原料，不仅具有良好的防锈性能，使用方便，而且原料中添加了改性硅藻土和改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺，本发明的氯化石蜡具有比同类产品更优异的耐温性能、表面光滑度，以及具有良好的流动性和耐盐雾性、耐湿热性。

一种以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡及其制备方法，属于金属防锈技术领域。
背景技术
钢铁类金属在自然存放条件下，因为环境和其它因素使部件容易锈蚀，从而降低或失去使用价值，造成安全事故和经济损失，我国每年因金属锈蚀所造成的直接经济损失数额巨大。
金属锈蚀从机理上主要分为化学腐蚀和电化学腐蚀，产生锈蚀的原因有很多，如机械损伤、表面缺陷、内部缺陷、环境因素等，常见的腐蚀因素有接触空气、表面污染、电化学腐蚀和表面划伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡及其制备方法，本发明以氯化石蜡为主要原料，不仅具有良好的防锈性能，使用方便，而且原料中添加了改性硅藻土和改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺，本发明的氯化石蜡具有比同类产品更优异的耐温性能、表面光滑度，以及具有良好的流动性和耐盐雾性、耐湿热性。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案：
以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其组成原料的重量份为：氯化石蜡70-75、矿物油20-25、二茂铁1-3、成膜树脂5-6、改性硅藻土3-6、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10-12、丁基萘磺酸钠0.8-1.2、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺1-2、三乙烯二胺0.5-0.7、乌洛托品0.9-1.1、苯三唑脂肪胺盐1.3-1.5、氟化锆2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.7-0.9、抗氧剂10101-3和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-4。
以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其组成原料的重量份为：氯化石蜡72、矿物油22、二茂铁2、成膜树脂5.5、改性硅藻土5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯11、丁基萘磺酸钠1、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺1.5、三乙烯二胺0.6、乌洛托品1、苯三唑脂肪胺盐1.4、氟化锆3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8、抗氧剂10102和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3。
以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）成膜树脂的制备：
成膜树脂的配方为尿素2-5、松香5-8、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1-3、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已基)酯3-5、壳聚糖醋酸溶液4-6、氧化铁0.2-0.3、马来酸二丁酯3-5、二甲苯2-3、聚乙烯蜡3-5、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、聚丙烯醇0.1-0.3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.3-0.5；制备方法如下：
a：将松香、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已基)酯、壳聚糖醋酸溶液、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、马来酸二丁酯、二甲苯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、聚乙烯蜡加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至100±5℃，开动搅拌加入尿素、聚丙烯醇、过硫酸钾、氧化铁；
b：然后以50-60℃/h速率升温到170-185℃，反应1-2小时停止加热，冷却到70±5℃搅匀得到成膜树脂；
（2）首先将氯化石蜡、矿物油、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺和成膜树脂按配比加入到不锈钢容器中缓慢加热至110-130℃混合反应20-30分钟制成油相物料；
（3）在步骤（2）制成的油相物料中加入剩余其他组成原料，混合乳化，混合乳化完备后再搅拌稳定15-30分钟，冷却，即得金属防锈蜡。
所述的改性硅藻土的制备方法为将硅藻土用10-15%盐酸浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干得到。
所述的改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺的制备方法为在苯甲酸单乙醇胺中加入4-5%硅烷偶联剂、4-5%纳米锌粉、3-4%苯三唑脂肪胺盐和1-2%乌洛托品，混合加热至70-80℃，30-40分钟后冷却得到。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明以氯化石蜡为主要原料，不仅具有良好的防锈性能，使用方便，而且原料中添加了改性硅藻土和改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺，本发明的氯化石蜡具有比同类产品更优异的耐温性能、表面光滑度，以及具有良好的流动性和耐盐雾性、耐湿热性，可用于钢材、轴承、大型机械、管道等的防锈处理。
具体实施方式
实施例1：以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其组成原料的重量份（公斤）为：氯化石蜡72、矿物油22、二茂铁2、成膜树脂5.5、改性硅藻土5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯11、丁基萘磺酸钠1、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺1.5、三乙烯二胺0.6、乌洛托品1、苯三唑脂肪胺盐1.4、氟化锆3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8、抗氧剂10102和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3。
以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）成膜树脂的制备：
成膜树脂的配方（公斤数）为尿素2、松香8、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已基)酯5、壳聚糖醋酸溶液6、氧化铁0.3、马来酸二丁酯3、二甲苯2、聚乙烯蜡3、过硫酸钾0.3、聚丙烯醇0.3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.3；制备方法如下：
a：将松香、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已基)酯、壳聚糖醋酸溶液、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、马来酸二丁酯、二甲苯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、聚乙烯蜡加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至100±5℃，开动搅拌加入尿素、聚丙烯醇、过硫酸钾、氧化铁；
b：然后以50-60℃/h速率升温到170-185℃，反应1-2小时停止加热，冷却到70±5℃搅匀得到成膜树脂；
（2）首先将氯化石蜡、矿物油、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺和成膜树脂按配比加入到不锈钢容器中缓慢加热至110-130℃混合反应20-30分钟制成油相物料；
（3）在步骤（2）制成的油相物料中加入剩余其他组成原料，混合乳化，混合乳化完备后再搅拌稳定15-30分钟，冷却，即得金属防锈蜡。
所述的改性硅藻土的制备方法为将硅藻土用10-15%盐酸浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干得到。
所述的改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺的制备方法为在苯甲酸单乙醇胺中加入4-5%硅烷偶联剂、4-5%纳米锌粉、3-4%苯三唑脂肪胺盐和1-2%乌洛托品，混合加热至70-80℃，30-40分钟后冷却得到。
上述实施例制得的氯化石蜡涂于钢管表面的性能数据：
本发明的氯化石蜡具有-22℃下的抗低温性，93℃的耐高温性，73℃下不变形流动，耐湿热性为88天，耐盐雾性为29天，防锈蚀时间为7个月以上，并具有良好的表面光滑度。

Claims (2)

1.一种以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：氯化石蜡70-75、矿物油20-25、二茂铁1-3、成膜树脂5-6、改性硅藻土3-6、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10-12、丁基萘磺酸钠0.8-1.2、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺1-2、三乙烯二胺0.5-0.7、乌洛托品0.9-1.1、苯三唑脂肪胺盐1.3-1.5、氟化锆2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.7-0.9、抗氧剂10101-3和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-4；
所述的成膜树脂的配方为尿素2-5、松香5-8、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1-3、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基己基)酯3-5、壳聚糖醋酸溶液4-6、氧化铁0.2-0.3、马来酸二丁酯3-5、二甲苯2-3、聚乙烯蜡3-5、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、聚丙烯醇0.1-0.3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.3-0.5；所述的成膜树脂的制备方法如下：
（a）将松香、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、壳聚糖醋酸溶液、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、马来酸二丁酯、二甲苯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、聚乙烯蜡加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至100±5℃，开动搅拌加入尿素、聚丙烯醇、过硫酸钾、氧化铁；
（b）然后以50-60℃/h速率升温到170-185℃，反应1-2小时停止加热，冷却到70±5℃搅匀得到成膜树脂；
所述的改性硅藻土的制备方法为将硅藻土用10-15%盐酸浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干得到；
所述的改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺的制备方法为在苯甲酸单乙醇胺中加入4-5%硅烷偶联剂、4-5%纳米锌粉、3-4%苯三唑脂肪胺盐和1-2%乌洛托品，混合加热至70-80℃，30-40分钟后冷却得到；
所述的以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）根据上述的配方及制备方法制成成膜树脂；
（2）首先将氯化石蜡、矿物油、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺和成膜树脂按配比加入到不锈钢容器中缓慢加热至110-130℃混合反应20-30分钟制成油相物料；
（3）在步骤（2）制成的油相物料中加入剩余其他组成原料，混合乳化，混合乳化完备后再搅拌稳定15-30分钟，冷却，过滤即得金属防锈蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以氯化石蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：氯化石蜡72、矿物油22、二茂铁2、成膜树脂5.5、改性硅藻土5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯11、丁基萘磺酸钠1、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺1.5、三乙烯二胺0.6、乌洛托品1、苯三唑脂肪胺盐1.4、氟化锆3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8、抗氧剂10102和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3。
