Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用改性剂对造纸黑液树脂进行改性处理从而得到用于石油开采的表面活性剂的制备方法,该方法是将烯烃、芳香烃类化学物质,及脂肪酸、氨基酸、磷脂、植物蜡,以及烷基、芳香基石油表面活性剂类物质中的一种或几种,与20%~80%的造纸黑液树脂在碱性水溶液中复配、反应,反应温度80℃~100℃,常压,反应1~3小时,利用该方法制造的表面活性剂能有效地用于稠油开采,乳化沥青,石油开采中的三采驱油,其对石油降粘效果显著,乳化能力强,对30~50万厘泊超特稠油降粘率高达97%~98%。
Description
本发明涉及一种利用改性剂对造纸黑液树脂进行处理从而得到可用于石油开采的表面活性剂的方法。
目前,在石油开采领域,经注水二采之后,仍有三分之一的石油残剩在地层的砂砾及岩石的微缝中,需用化学的方法将其提取,稠油的开采也是如此。80年代初,世界许多石油公司都在化学提取法上大量投资,试图用石油磺酸盐或硫酸盐作为表面活性剂,以期获得更多的石油,但是石油磺酸盐价格昂贵至使提取成本太高而未能被大量采用。90年代以来,世界各大石油公司都在努力寻找廉价高效的石油表面活性剂,其中以美国的工作最为突出,最新研究成果表明找到了一种改性木质素的方法,如美国专利5035228和4739040,所采用的工艺是用氢气、一氧化碳作还原剂,采用高压、高温工艺制出低分子量木质酚,再和石油基活性剂进行复配,最后制出产品,其工艺复杂、成本高,且目前仅是实验室内的成果。
本发明的目的是要提供一种将造纸黑液树脂通过改性处理生产表面活性剂的方法。本发明的表面活性剂产品能用于稠油开采,乳化沥青,石油开采中的三采驱油。
为了达到上述目的,本发明将烯烃、芳香烃类化学物质,及脂肪酸、氨基酸、磷脂、植物蜡,以及烷基、芳香基石油表面活性剂类物质中的一种或几种(本文称它们为改性剂),与20%~80%的造纸黑液树脂在碱性条件下复配、反应,其制备方法是先将碱水加入反应釜,加入量以能进行正常搅拌为宜,边搅拌边升温至70℃~100℃,随后向反应釜加入造纸黑液树脂,待树脂全部溶化后,缓慢加入上述改性剂,于温度80℃~100℃,常压,搅拌反应1~3小时,反应液的PH值保持在10~12。
造纸黑液树脂是指造纸黑液浓缩物(固形物含量为50%左右)和酚类、硫酸在100℃~105℃温度下共聚合制成的类酚醛树脂,它与六次甲基四胺共加热可以制成硬质塑料,该项技术已被授予中国专利权,专利号是881086088。
造纸黑液是一个复杂的混合物,它的成分为有机物和无机物两种,有机物是由木质素—碱木素或磺化木质素、半纤维的降解产物等组成,无机物则由碱类、盐类组成,在和硫酸、酚类反应过程中,发生了一系列的降解、化合的分子变化,木质素可以和酚类进行化合反应是众所周知的,而硫酸和木质素、多醣的化合反应方面的研究资料则不多见,在上述合成造纸黑液树脂的过程中,据测定有60%左右的硫酸参加了树脂的化合,所以被认为硫酸在这个反应中起到了催化剂和原材料的双重作用,造纸黑液树脂反应通式概括为:
硫酸分子中的氢离子还原木质素和多醣,使其分子降解,硫酸根则和有机物反应,其结果使造纸黑液树脂具备了油溶、水溶性能。
造纸黑液树脂是一种化学性质活泼的产品,红外光谱图显示,它具有羟基、羧基、醚键、不饱和键等多种活性基团。本发明在温度80℃~100℃的碱性条件下,用烯烃、芳香烃类化学物质,以及烷基、芳香基石油表面活性剂类物质中的一种或几种与造纸黑液树脂进行复配、反应,也就是向造纸黑液树脂引进亲水、亲油基团,从而制成表面活性剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
1.以造纸黑液树脂为基本原材料,有效地应用了造纸黑液中的有机物。因此,原材料来源广泛;
2.生产工艺简单,无需高温高压的条件和专用化工设备;
3.产品用途广泛,不仅可以用于稠油乳化降粘,还可以用于乳化沥青和石油三采中的驱油,而且使用温度低,可大量节省能源;
4.本发明的表面活性剂对石油降粘效果显著、乳化能力强,对30~50万厘泊超特稠油降粘牢高达97%~98%,室内驱油效率达80.77%,应用浓度为0.05%~1.5%,可以在40℃~70℃低温下乳化80#~140#油沥青。
造纸黑液树脂与上文中所述的系列改进剂的推荐比例为(按重量计)。
造纸黑液树脂 30~80%
脂肪酸RCOOH 20%~30%
氨基酸H2N·R·COOH 10%~20%
植物蜡RCOOR 5%~20%
磷脂
10%~30%
上述系列改性剂中可以采用一种或几种与造纸黑液树脂复配、反应,也可以加入石油类表面活性剂5~30%参加上述配方,总比例以达100%为准。
图1是一口常采井的采油曲线图。
按照上述方法,采用下述比例生产的表面活性剂用于一口稠油型常规开采井采油,取得了较好的效果:
造纸黑液树脂 70%
脂肪酸 10%
植物蜡 5%
磷脂 10%
该井油层较薄,正常运转较为困难,以前曾用油基洗井液进行热洗,效果一直不太好,洗一次生产周期仅能维持1~4天,总提液量25立方米。产油9吨,注入本发明的产品175lkg配制的10立方米溶液后,出油正常,使“死”井变成了高产井,生产64天,总提液量为626.8方,产油360.3吨,价值36万元,而175kg本发明的产品价值仅为2700元,经济效益显著。其采油曲线见附图1,图中粗实线代表产油曲线,虚线代表产液曲线。
Claims (1)
1)一种用造纸黑液树脂制造用于石油开采的表面活性剂的方法,其特征在于:将造纸黑液树脂和选自脂肪酸、氨基酸、磷脂和植物蜡的改性剂中的一种或几种在碱性条件下复配、反应,其制备方法是先将碱水加入反应釜,加入量以能进行正常搅拌为宜,边搅拌边升温至70℃~100℃,随后加入造纸黑液树脂,待树脂溶化后,缓慢加入其它组份,于温度80℃~100℃常压,搅拌1~3小时,反应的pH值保持在10~12;其中造纸黑液树脂的用量(重量)为30%~80%,改性剂和黑液树脂的总量(重量)满足100%。
