Abstract

The invention discloses a fixture used for tube penetrating of a cable. The fixture comprises an eccentric hole sleeve and a pulling end component, wherein an eccentric hole (9) is formed in the eccentric hole sleeve in a through hole mode, a thread section (6) is arranged outside the upper end of the sleeve, and a rotary connection clamping section (8) is arranged at the rear end of the sleeve. The pulling end component comprises a sleeve connection section (7) matched with the thread section, an eccentric counter bored hole (10) matched with the eccentric hole in a butt joint mode, and a hanging ring (11) arranged at the top end of the pulling end component. The fixture is formed by two components with two through holes in an eccentric circle mode, the two components are in screwed connection, the cable is inserted into the through holes of the two components, the through holes of the two components are staggered through rotating of screw threads, and therefore the cable is clamped. The fixture resolves the problem that when steel wires and other items are utilized to fix the cable in the prior art, other cables in a tube are not easily scratched in the process of the tube penetrating. The cable fixture is used for simply and conveniently connecting cables and ropes. In addition, the outer surface of the fixture is smooth, and other cables in the tube cannot be damaged in the tube penetrating.

Description

Clamp for cable tube penetration
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a clamp, and more particularly, to a clamp for a traction cable.
Background
When the cable is laid in the pipe, the cable with an overlarge diameter is difficult to penetrate the pipe, and the cable needs to be fixed by a rope and penetrates through the pipeline by pulling and releasing the rope. But the cable and cord are not conveniently secured. When the cable is fixed by steel wires and other objects, other cables in the cable are easily scratched.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problems and provides a cable clamp which is used for simply and quickly connecting a cable and a rope. The outer surface of the clamp is smooth, so that other cables in the pipe cannot be damaged when the pipe is penetrated; the invention is particularly suitable for fixing cables with larger diameters.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cable threading clamp, which comprises an insert eccentric hole sleeve and a socket pulling end part which are connected by screw threads. The eccentric hole sleeve is provided with an eccentric hole in a through hole mode, a thread section is arranged outside the upper end pipe, and a section of screwing clamping section is arranged at the rear end; the traction end part comprises a sleeving section matched with the thread section, an eccentric counter bore matched with the eccentric hole in a butt joint mode, and a hanging ring arranged at the top end.
Preferably, the rotary-joint clamping section is provided with a wide hole communicated with the eccentric hole, and the eccentric hole is arranged in the diameter of the wide hole.
The invention is composed of two parts with eccentric circle through holes, the two parts are connected by screw threads, a cable is inserted into the through holes of the two parts, and the screw threads are rotated to dislocate the through holes of the two parts, thereby clamping the cable. The invention solves the problem that other cables in the pipe are easy to scratch in the process of penetrating the pipe when the cables are fixed by steel wires and other objects in the prior art. The cable clamp is used for simply and quickly connecting a cable and a rope. And the outer surface of the clamp is smooth, so that other cables in the pipe cannot be damaged during pipe penetration.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a clamp for cable pipe penetration, which comprises an insert eccentric hole sleeve and a sleeve joint traction end part which are connected through threads. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the eccentric hole sleeve is provided with an eccentric hole 9 (aperture 50) in a through hole manner, a threaded section 6 (aperture 70) is arranged outside the upper end pipe, and a section of screwing clamping section 8 (in the figure, a regular hexagon structure) is arranged at the rear end. Preferably, the screwing clamping section 8 is provided with a wide hole 12 (aperture 60) communicated with the eccentric hole 9, and the eccentric hole 9 is arranged in the aperture of the wide hole 12, so that the purpose of facilitating the penetration of the cable is achieved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the traction end part comprises a socket section 7 (aperture 70) matched with the thread section 6, an eccentric counter bore 10 (aperture 50) butted and matched with the eccentric hole 9, and a hanging ring 11 arranged at the top end. The drawing end piece is shown as having a maximum section diameter of 80.
Also provided in fig. 1-4 are the lengths of the two component parts, e.g., 30, 100, and the eccentricity 15 of the eccentric bore. The dimensions of the present invention are only one preferred form, in millimeters. The dimensions of the components may vary according to the actual requirements.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the clamp of the present invention is used with an insert eccentric bore sleeve and a socket pulling end piece having a mating eccentric bore. The two parts are connected by screw thread, when the eccentric hole sleeve and the eccentric hole of the traction end part are concentric, the cable is inserted into the through holes of the two parts (as shown in figure 5); the through holes of the two parts are then misaligned by rotating the screw threads, thereby clamping the cable (see fig. 6).
The cable clamp can simply and quickly fasten the cable. And the outer surface of the clamp is smooth, so that when the clamp is connected by a rope, other cables in the pipe cannot be damaged when the cable is pulled and placed in the pipe.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be able to cover the technical solutions and the inventive concepts of the present invention within the technical scope of the present invention.
