Abstract
本发明公开了一种低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:ASA树脂 15-40份,苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂 30-60份,环保溴系阻燃剂 8-12份,氯化聚乙烯5-20份,新型环保阻燃协效剂 2-6份。其制备方法是将各组分按配比先后加入高速混合机中混合均匀,再将上述混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中混炼、挤出、拉条、水冷、切粒即得。本发明所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其阻燃剂的添加量少于目前其它阻燃体系用量的1/3以上;经过测试,其阻燃等级达到UL941.0-3.0mmV-0,冲击强度则保持在10kJ/m2以上,融熔指数超过42g/10min,耐候性优良,其它各项力学性能均衡,制备方法简单易行,加工容易,适合在户外电子电器等领域推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种阻燃ASA材料,特别涉及一种低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
ASA树脂是由苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、丙烯腈组成的三元接枝共聚物,以聚丙烯酸酯为主链,用丙烯腈、苯乙烯单体接枝共聚形成的非结晶聚合物。ASA由德国的BASF公司于1962年首次实现工业化生产,随后日本日立化成也实现了工业化。
由于ASA树脂采用了无双键结构的聚丙烯酸酯替代了ABS中聚丁二烯橡胶,因此成为塑料中耐候性最好的品种之一,其耐候性比ABS树脂高10倍以上。但ASA树脂本身也属于易燃材料,因此同ABS树脂一样,在用于电子电器设备时,需要进行阻燃改性,以达到安全防火使用要求。目前对热塑料性树脂的阻燃改性最有效、成本最低的方法是通过添加超过20%以上的溴系阻燃剂和锑系阻燃协效剂的复合物。由于ASA树脂本身因其耐候性优异而大多数用于户外的电子电器领域,因此如此多的溴系阻燃剂的加入会导致其耐候性恶化严重,失去了其优异耐候性特点。如中国专利CN101397391公开了四溴双酚A和三氧化二锑作为ASA树脂阻燃改性用的阻燃剂,但四溴双酚A的耐候性及耐热稳定性均较差,其加到ASA树脂中会导致ASA树脂的耐候性降低,热稳定性下降。中国专利CN101765635A公开了溴化环氧作为阻燃剂的ASA改性树脂,由于溴化环氧的耐候性和耐热稳定性均好于四溴双酚A,但溴化环氧树脂软化点只有90度左右,在共混挤出过程中容易结块,影响计量系统,并进而影响最终产品的阻燃稳定性及力学性能。中国专利CN102002203A公开了三(三-溴苯基)氰尿酸酯阻燃剂应用于ASA阻燃改性,该阻燃剂较好的保持了ASA树脂的机械强度,耐候性和热稳定性均好于相同阻燃体系的阻燃ABS产品,但由于其和锑系阻燃剂的总添加量为20%左右,如此多的添加量导致耐候性有一定程度的恶化,而且该体系的流动性一般,在成型薄壁和大尺寸制件中并不是最佳选择。同时,由于ASA树脂本身价格比较高,如此多的溴-锑复合阻燃剂的加入导致其成本的进一步提高,难以在市场上推广应用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种高流动、耐候、高性能、加工容易的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
ASA树脂 15-40份
苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂 30-60份
环保溴系阻燃剂 8-12份
氯化聚乙烯 5-20份
新型环保阻燃协效剂 2-6份。
所述ASA树脂为为丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯三元共聚物。
所述环保溴系阻燃剂为四溴双酚A。
所述新型环保阻燃协效剂是由锑化合物、无机粉体和超高分子量聚硅氧烷组成的复配物,该复配物中锑化合物的重量百分含量为20-80%。
所述锑化合物为三氧化二锑、胶体五氧化二锑、锑酸钠、三氯化锑、五氯化锑,亚磷酸锑、多聚磷酸锑、络合锑中的一种或两种以上复配而成。
所述无机粉体为滑石粉、钛白粉、立德粉、碳酸镁、硫酸钡、云石粉、云母粉、天然硅石、硅灰石粉、高岭土或长石粉中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述超高分子量聚硅氧烷的重均分子量≥3万,在温度为25℃时,其粘度≥500mPa·s。
所述超高分子量聚硅氧烷为甲基聚硅氧烷、苯基聚硅氧烷、乙烯基聚硅氧烷、酰胺基聚硅氧烷、环氧基聚硅氧烷、异丁基聚硅氧烷、苯乙烯基聚硅氧烷或环状结构聚硅氧烷中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明所述的材料还包括0.1-0.3份抗滴落剂、0.1-2份分散剂、0-1份抗氧剂、0-1份光稳定剂或0-5份加工助剂。
所述抗滴落剂为聚四氟乙烯。
所述分散剂为硬脂酸类分散剂。
所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类主抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯类辅抗氧剂组成的混合物。
所述光稳定剂为二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、三嗪类、聚代丙烯晴类、草酰胺类和受阻胺类中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述加工助剂为硬脂酰胺类润滑剂、硅油和白矿油中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将各组分原料按配比在高速混合机充分混合10-60分钟;
b、将上述混合物经过精密计量的送料装置输送到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机的各段螺杆温度控制在170~220℃之间,双螺杆挤出机的长径比为25~40,螺杆转速为200-800转/分钟,在螺杆的剪切、混炼及输送下,物料得以充分熔化、复合,再经过挤出造粒、干燥得到阻燃ASA材料。
本发明所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料可广泛应用于需要耐候要求的户外大型薄壁电子电器类产品,适合在市场上推广应用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其阻燃剂的添加量少于目前其它阻燃体系用量的1/3以上;
2)本发明所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料经过测试,其阻燃等级达到UL941.0-3.0mmV-0,冲击强度则保持在10kJ/m2以上,融熔指数在42g/10min以上,其它各项力学性能均衡下,具有一定的耐候性;
3)本发明所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料制备方法简单易行,加工容易,同时其成本和目前普遍使用的阻燃ABS相当甚至更低,因此适合在户外大型薄壁制品领域推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明,以下实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受下述实施例的限制。
现对实施例及对比例所用的原材料做如下说明,但不限于这些材料:
ASA树脂选用日本UMG的A600N;
苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂AS选用台化的NF2200;
ABS树脂选用台湾台化的AG15A1;
环保高分子量溴系阻燃剂选用大湖化工的CN-3384;
四溴双酚A选用以色列死海溴公司的FR-1524;
溴化环氧选用韩国宇进的CXB-714C;
溴代三嗪选用以色列死海溴公司的FR-245;
氯化聚乙烯树脂选用山东亚星公司的CPE 2135;
抗滴落剂选用广州熵能公司的SN80-SA7;
分散剂选用理研公司的S-74和美国陶氏化学公司的EBS;
锑化合物选用云南木利锑业有限公司的S-05N;
光稳定剂选用南京米兰化工光稳定剂HS-770;
抗氧剂选用气巴精化的季戊四醇酯1010和亚磷酸酯168;
加工助剂选用辽宁奥克化学股份有限公司的白矿油70号白油;
硬脂酸钙BS-3818在市面上可以购买得到。
本发明制备组合物所用到的仪器设备有:
热塑性塑料阻燃改性所用的双螺杆挤出机是由南京瑞亚高聚物装备有限公司生产的SHJ-30。
阻燃热塑性塑料测试样条采用的注塑机是由浙江海天注塑机有限公司生产的B-920型。
测试熔体流动速率用的仪器是美斯特工业系统(中国)有限公司生产的ZR21452熔体流动速率仪。
测试冲击强度用的冲击实验机是美国Tinius Olsenis公司生产的T92型。
测试拉伸强度用的万能试验机是Hounsfield公司生产的H10K-S。
测试阻燃等级使用的UL-94垂直燃烧仪是美国ATLAS HVUL-2。
测试耐候性使用的是UL公司的氙灯老化箱JN-HQLH-1581。
测试耐候性试验条件:黑标温度:65℃;相对湿度:65%;辐照度:0.50W/m2340nm;循环周期:连续光照,102min不喷淋,18min喷淋;试验时间:800h
新型环保阻燃协效剂XX的制备:
将滑石粉68克,二甲基聚硅氧烷12克,三氧化二锑20克,在高混机中混合20 分钟,即可制备出新型环保阻燃协效剂XX1,所述二甲基聚硅氧烷的重均分子量为30000,其粘度为500Pa·S。
将滑石粉18克,二甲基聚硅氧烷2克,三氧化二锑80克,在高混机中混合20 分钟,即可制备出新型环保阻燃协效剂XX2,所述二甲基聚硅氧烷的重均分子量为30000,其粘度为500Pa·S。
将滑石粉44克,二甲基聚硅氧烷6克,三氧化二锑50克,在高混机中混合20 分钟,即可制备出新型环保阻燃协效剂XX3,所述二甲基聚硅氧烷的重均分子量为30000,其粘度为500Pa·S。
低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料制备:
首先将各对比例/实施例的各组分按配比先后加入高速混合机中进行均匀混合,然后将上述混合物送入双螺杆挤出机中混炼、挤出、拉条、水冷、切粒;其中,双螺杆挤出机的长径比为25-40;螺筒温度设定为:一区温度170℃,二区温度180℃,三区温度190℃,四区温度200℃,五区温度200℃,六区温度200℃,七区温度200℃,八区温度200℃,九区温度200℃,十区温度200℃,机头温度210℃;螺杆转速为200-800转/分钟。将上述各例所制得的塑胶粒子按标准尺寸注塑成测试用的标准样条,并按测试标准进行各性能测试;各例试样的性能测试数据见表1-3。

由上述实施例和对比例的性能对比可以看出,通过添加合适种类及合适配比的阻燃剂及其新型环保阻燃协效剂, ASA材料具有优异的阻燃性能及超高的流动性、力学性能,同时,和阻燃ABS相比,相同条件下其耐候性提高1倍以上。
Claims (9)
1.一种低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由如下组分组成:
ASA树脂 15-40份
苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂 30-60份
环保溴系阻燃剂 8-11份
氯化聚乙烯 5-20份
新型环保阻燃协效剂 2-6份
其中,所述环保溴系阻燃剂为四溴双酚A;
所述新型环保阻燃协效剂是由锑化合物、无机粉体和超高分子量聚硅氧烷组成的复配物,该复配物中锑化合物的重量百分含量为20-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其特征在于,所述锑化合物为三氧化二锑、胶体五氧化二锑、锑酸钠、三氯化锑、五氯化锑,亚磷酸锑、多聚磷酸锑、络合锑中的一种或两种以上复配而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其特征在于,所述无机粉体为滑石粉、钛白粉、立德粉、碳酸镁、硫酸钡、云石粉、云母粉、天然硅石、硅灰石粉、高岭土和长石粉中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其特征在于,所述超高分子量聚硅氧烷的重均分子量≥3万,在温度为25℃时,其粘度≥500mPas。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其特征在于,所述超高分子量聚硅氧烷为甲基聚硅氧烷、苯基聚硅氧烷、乙烯基聚硅氧烷、酰胺基聚硅氧烷、环氧基聚硅氧烷、异丁基聚硅氧烷、苯乙烯基聚硅氧烷或环状结构聚硅氧烷中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其特征在于,还包括0.1-0.3份抗滴落剂、0.1-2份分散剂、0-1份抗氧剂、0-1份光稳定剂或0-5份加工助剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料,其特征在于,所述抗滴落剂为聚四氟乙烯;所述分散剂为硬脂酸类分散剂;所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类主抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯类辅抗氧剂组成的混合物;所述光稳定剂为二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、三嗪类、聚代丙烯腈类、草酰胺类和受阻胺类中的一种或几种的混合物;所述加工助剂为硬脂酰胺类润滑剂、硅油和白矿油中的一种或几种的混合物。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的低成本高流动耐候环保溴系阻燃ASA材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、将各组分原料按配比在高速混合机充分混合10-60分钟;
