技术领域
本发明涉及一种中草药饲料添加剂,具体涉及一种具有提高鸡只生长速度,降低死淘率,提高饲料转化率的鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂。
背景技术
饲料添加剂是实现饲料工业化生产和养殖现代化的重要前提,没有现代化的饲料添加剂工业就没有饲料业工业的现代化。自20世纪50年代Stockstad报道在饲料中添加抗生素具有促生长效果以来,抗生素等饲料添加剂对预防动物疾病,提高动物生产性能和经济效益起到了巨大的推动作用,但同时也造成了严重的负面效应,比如病原微生物的抗药性、动物自身免疫力的降低、药物残留引起的人体健康危害以及排泄物造成的环境污染等。因而,我国出台了多项关于禁用、限用某些饲用抗生素的政策法规,尽管如此,养鸡业依然存在一些不正常现象,如超量、超范围使用药物饲料添加剂,饲料及养殖产品中抗生素、重金属及其他有毒有害物质超标等,已成为我国现阶段饲料安全中最突出的问题。加入WTO对于我国畜牧业中养鸡业的发展来说是机遇,鸡肉产品的国际化市场化步伐进一步加快,同时也是挑战,我们面对的既是巨大的国际市场,也有发达国家的“绿色贸易壁垒”,近几年我国每年都有禽产品因药残超标而被退货或销毁,造成了巨大的经济损失。随着人们生活水平的提高,对消费品质量的越发重视,禽产品的安全问题日益成为人们关注的焦点,由此可见,无污染、无残留、无公害的安全绿色食品已逐步成为人们一种新的消费追求。发展无公害养鸡产业,生产绿色鸡肉产品,已成为我国养鸡产业中的首要任务。要生产出绿色安全的鸡源食品,就必须从源头抓起,严把饲料、饲料添加剂的质量和安全关。寻找可替代抗菌药物及化学促长剂的高效、无残留、无公害的可被消费者接受的环境友好型饲料添加剂替代品已成为时下全球饲料工业发展的当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的研制目的在于提供一种鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂,该中草药饲料添加剂具有提高鸡生长速度,降低死淘率,提高饲料转化率的功效。本发明的鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂由仙人掌、黄芪、陈皮、麦芽、松针、泡桐花制备而成,原药材的重量配比范围为:仙人掌8~10份、黄芪4~8份、陈皮4~7份、麦芽8~12份、松针4~6份、泡桐花4~5份。上述中草药原料经超微粉碎、混合后制成粒度小于10μm的褐色粉末。该中草药饲料添加剂的原药材常用重量配比为:仙人掌10份、黄芪6份、陈皮6份、麦芽10份、松针5份、泡桐花4份。
本发明的鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂中各原药材的药理及其应用如下:
(1)仙人掌:清热解毒,舒筋活络,散瘀消肿,解肠毒,凉血止痛,润肠止血,健胃止痛。
(2)黄芪:中药材黄芪为豆科草本植物蒙古黄芪、膜荚黄芪的根。黄芪的药用迄今已有2000多年的历史,现代研究,黄芪含皂甙、蔗糖、多糖、多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
(3)陈皮:含有陈皮素(Nobiletin)、橙皮甙(Hesperidin)及挥发油,挥发油主要成分为柠檬苦素(Limonin)和柠檬醛(Citrol),挥发油对胃肠道有温和刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除肠管内积气,增加食欲。
(4)麦芽:本品为禾本科植物大麦的成熟果实经发芽干燥而得。将麦粒用水浸泡后,保持适宜温、湿度,待幼芽长至约0.5cm时,晒干或低温干燥。行气消食,健脾开胃。
(5)松针:《本草纲目》言,松针长期服用,治百病,安五脏,生毛发,耐寒暑,耐风吹雨打,轻身益气,守中而辟谷延年。从中医气化论分析,鲜松叶为补阴要药,其性多燥,久服大益脾土,以滋其肺,“四季脾旺不受邪”。松叶治百病本意为,脾土健则人体后天之本旺,生化之源强,免疫力和抗病力上升。用作畜禽饲料添加剂或直接饲喂畜禽,不仅能节省饲料,降低生产成本,而且对促进畜禽生长发育、增强抗病力和提高生殖功能等具有明显的促进作用。
(6)泡桐花:泡桐花为玄参科植物泡桐的花。泡桐花具有疏风散热、清热解毒、清肝明目之功。泡桐花作为饲料添加剂早在多年前便应用于畜牧养殖中,具有提高畜禽生长速度,预防肠道疾病,提高养殖效益等功效。
在制作时,可以按照常规的中药材加工方法进行:
以公知的超微粉碎技术分别将原料进行超微粉碎;
将经过超微粉碎的组分按照上述的配比充分混合后分装。
本发明的中草药饲料添加剂成品为散剂,外观呈粒度小于10μm的褐色粉末。使用时,将本发明的中草药饲料添加剂按照每吨配合饲料添加1000g的用量混合均匀后饲喂鸡只即可。
本发明的鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂具有以下优点:(1)本发明中使用超微粉碎技术进行中药的粉碎处理,可以使药材细胞壁的破壁率达到95%以上,使得药材的有效成分充分释放,扩大与鸡消化液的接触面积,极大地提高了有效成分的吸收利用率,有效提高本发明对原料的综合利用效果;(2)使用微量化,添加量仅为1‰,应用成本低;(3)长期使用本发明的产品可显著提高鸡只生长速度,降低死淘率,提高饲料转化率;(4)纯中草药制剂,不含任何抗生素及化学合成药物,安全度高。
具体实施方式:
以下是本发明的实施例,本发明的实际使用并不局限于实施例。
实施例一:
按重量称取仙人掌8份、黄芪4份、陈皮4份、麦芽8份、松针4份、泡桐花4份。
将上述各组分进行超微粉碎并混合均匀后分装,本实施例的中草药饲料添加剂为散剂,外观呈粒度小于10μm的褐色粉末。
实施例二:
按重量称取仙人掌10份、黄芪8份、陈皮7份、麦芽12份、松针6份、泡桐花5份。
将上述各组分进行超微粉碎并混合均匀后分装,本实施例的中草药饲料添加剂为散剂,外观呈粒度小于10μm的褐色粉末。
实施例三:
按重量称取仙人掌10份、黄芪6份、陈皮6份、麦芽10份、松针5份、泡桐花4份。
将上述各组分进行超微粉碎并混合均匀后分装,本实施例的中草药饲料添加剂为散剂,外观呈粒度小于10μm的褐色粉末。
实施例四:
按重量称取仙人掌8份、黄芪6份、陈皮7份、麦芽9份、松针4份、泡桐花5份。
将上述各组分进行超微粉碎并混合均匀后分装,本实施例的中草药饲料添加剂为散剂,外观呈粒度小于10μm的褐色粉末。
实施例五:
按重量称取仙人掌9份、黄芪7份、陈皮4份、麦芽8份、松针6份、泡桐花4份。
将上述各组分进行超微粉碎并混合均匀后分装,本实施例的中草药饲料添加剂为散剂,外观呈粒度小于10μm的褐色粉末。
试验例:
将按照上述实施例三制作的鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂按照每吨配合饲料添加1000g的用量使用,观察应用效果。
试验共选取日龄相近,同一批次,生长状况相近的鸡苗22000只,于山东青岛某集团鸡场进行,实验组与对照组饲喂的基础日粮均由山东六和饲料厂生产,均为颗粒料。试验试验期为共计45天,试验鸡只自由采食,试验分组及处理情况见下表:
试验测定的指标有:试验结束时以分别对两组鸡空腹称重,计算各组增重,每天记录各组的死亡头数,计算试验期间各组的死亡率,每天记录各组耗料量。
试验结果如下表:
通过观察上表可见,试验组即鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂组的鸡只日均增重比对照组增加了4g,料重比也比对照组低0.07,提高了饲料转化率,试验组鸡只成活率达97%,而对照组死亡数多于实验组,成活率不及试验组。由此可见该发明的鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂具有很好的促生长效果,分别体现在提高鸡只生长速度,提高饲料转化率,降低死淘率三个方面。
Claims (2)
1.一种鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂,其特征在于:其原药材重量配比范围为:仙人掌8~10份、黄芪4~8份、陈皮4~7份、麦芽8~12份、松针4~6份、泡桐花4~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡用促生长中草药饲料添加剂,其特征是所述的药材分别经超微粉碎、混合后,所得粒度小于10μm的褐色粉末。
