Abstract
本发明是一种用菲涅尔透镜的箱式太阳能装置,其用一片大尺寸的平板状菲涅尔透镜代替普通箱式太阳能装置的2片大尺寸玻璃板,结构简单,热效率高,可做成箱式太阳能热水器或箱式太阳灶等。

本发明是一种箱式太阳能装置,特指一种用菲涅尔透镜的箱式太阳能装置。
背景技术
中国专利91203175线聚焦黑箱式太阳能换热器,使线状的聚焦阳光从狭缝进入黑箱中,但狭缝导致太阳热逸出而降低效率,而其自动跟踪阳光的抛物镜成本高。
发明内容
本发明是一种用菲涅尔透镜的箱式太阳能装置。
其技术方案是:菲涅尔透镜固定在全密封的保温箱上方,菲涅尔透镜聚焦的点状阳光从长方形耐热玻璃窗进入保温箱内,由于长方形耐热玻璃窗尺寸比点状的聚焦阳光大几倍,故可不用自动跟踪太阳的伺服机构,其优点是结构简单、成本较低、用途多。
具体实施方式
本发明做成箱式太阳能热水器时,用镜面不锈钢做成杜瓦式真空保温箱,其内胆涂有光-热转换用黑铬涂层,在全密封的真空保温箱下装有进水管,上部装有出水龙头,在真空保温箱顶粘固1-2片石英玻璃、透明微晶玻璃等做的长方形耐热玻璃窗,其尺寸为100×300mm,在真空保温箱顶上相距200mm高处,粘固有一片面积1m2左右的短焦距菲涅尔透镜。
本发明做成箱式太阳灶时,用灌注聚氯酯硬泡的保温箱,其内胆涂有用环氧树脂与炭黑或碳纳米管组成的光-热转换涂层,可打开的保温箱盖中亦粘固有耐热玻璃窗,保温箱盖上方亦粘固有一片短焦距菲涅尔透镜。
当然,上述两种用菲涅尔透镜的箱式太阳能装置,均装有安全气阀,还可加装1-2片可拆平面反光镜以增加采光量,朝南方安装以接收阳光时间长。
Claims (2)
1.一种用菲涅尔透镜的箱式太阳能装置,由菲涅尔透镜和保温箱组成,其特征是:菲涅尔透镜固定在全密封的保温箱上方。
2.如权利要求1所述用菲涅尔透镜的箱式太阳能装置,其特征是:保温箱顶有长方形耐热玻璃窗。
