Abstract
本发明涉及一种预制筑块，由筑块1、环形凸台2、环形凹槽3构成，所述的环形凸台2和环形凹槽3可以插接吻合连接。其生产方法为将原料浇在模具中、经25℃环境温度下且施工后自然养护48小时的养护，再经室温25℃环境下、以25℃/h升温速率升温5小时后、保温16小时，再以25℃/h升温速率升温10小时、保温6个小时的梭式窑中烘烤，脱模后制成。使用时紧贴燃烧器外表铺上高温陶瓷纤维毯，再将本发明套在燃烧器上，将后一个筑块的环形凸台插入前一个筑块的环形凹槽中，环缝用火泥填充，以此类推连制成燃烧器外包覆耐火衬体。本发明使用时施工简便快捷，拆装方便，使用成效好。
Description
所属技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料应用领域，是使用于水泥行业特定部位的一种耐火筑块，尤其指燃烧器用耐火材料衬体。
背景技术
燃烧器做为水泥回转窑的主要热源，其头部有1.5m长要伸入窑内，要承受来自火焰和熟料的热作用，同时也要受到二次风风机所携带粉尘的侵袭，因此其耐火材料衬体常常由于高热作用和含尘气流的冲刷而剥落，寿命一般为3-6个月，与水泥回转窑寿命周期不匹配，单独停窑检修给水泥企业带来较大的经济损失。
目前水泥窑燃烧器耐火材料衬体是采用耐火浇注料现场浇注而成，工艺过程包括焊接锚固件、支模、浇注、养护、烘烤等来完成燃烧器耐火衬体的制作，但由于在现场制作的环境影响，很难做到充分的养护和烘烤，耐火材料性能无法达到设计要求，而且浇注过程最适宜环境温度为5℃～25℃，过冷或者过热会带来浇注料的不硬化或者硬化过快等现象，由于现场施工的环境不可控制，因此也影响了耐火材料性能的发挥，导致了现有燃烧器耐火衬体使用效果不理想，寿命通常为3～5个月，甚至更短。燃烧器使用寿命低的原因是：1)受到二次风风机所携带熟料粉尘的侵袭；2)长期工作在1400℃左右，其火焰温度在2000℃，耐火材料受到的热负荷巨大；3)火焰温度不稳定，温度变化频繁、温差大；4)长时间在碱性气氛中工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于设计一种用于水泥窑的燃烧器耐火衬体预制筑块和生产方法及其应用，采用耐火浇注料预制筑块的方式达到保证施工过程可控，拆装便捷。选用耐火性能优异的耐火浇注料提供衬体预制筑块的优越耐火性能，将材料、预制产品与施工工艺结合解决燃烧器耐火衬体寿命短的问题，本发明应用时施工简便快捷，使用成效好。
本发明提出下述解决方案：
1、采用高耐磨浇注料作为材质
早先，发明人提出的中国发明专利申请200610166441.4公开了一种超高强耐磨浇注料。该浇注料的主体成分为棕刚玉、碳化硅、纯铝酸钙水泥、加以多种高纯的细粉、超微粉和高效分散减水剂、耐碱剂、增韧剂等，根据合理的级配调配而出的。
首先，棕刚玉具有硬度大(硬度9)，熔点高(熔点2050℃)，化学性质稳定，对酸、碱都有良好的抵抗性的性能。碳化硅也具有硬度大(硬度9.5)，熔点高(分解温度3400℃)，即使在氢氧酸中也完全不溶解的特点。所以，以棕刚玉、碳化硅作基体骨架的材料，有助于使产品获得体积密度高，热态强度大，足以抵抗二次风风机所携带熟料粉尘的侵袭。
其次，在改善基体骨架的同时，又仔细调整基质的结合相。以充分电熔烧结的优质原料细粉与超微粉，水泥、外加剂按一定合适配比组合成基质，从而保证其结合相在高温下充分发挥连接，胶结骨料的作用，有效地充填骨料孔隙，获得较高的热态强度等特性，从而提高耐火衬体抵抗高温的能力。
采用原位合成反应技术，高温下在材料基质部分反应生成莫来石相，这样既能够在高温状态下水化产物分解，水泥结合强度丧失时，形成陶瓷结合，提高材料的高温热态强度，又能改善材料的组织结构，矿物组成，提高材料的抗热震稳定性，从而能够抵抗由于温度变化频繁导致的剥落。
2、采用预制筑体结构，满足燃烧器耐火衬体的快速施工和更换。即采用圆筒形耐火筑块，前后筑体单元通过凸凹槽配合进行拼接。无需现场浇注，无需焊接锚固件，安装快速、性能优异，对施工环境没有要求。将前述的超高强浇注料浇注在表面光滑的钢模具中、经过充分养护、缩式窑烘烤，脱模后形成耐火筑件。筑体结构单元参数为：结构单元长度L1＝300～400mm，耐火筑体厚度为80～100mm，外径为D1＝610mm～800mm，内径D2＝450mm～600mm，单元结构前端凸台高度为20～30mm，宽度为20～30mm，后端凹槽高度与前端凸台高度一样，宽度为22～32mm。施工时在紧贴着燃烧器一层铺上高温陶瓷纤维毯，厚度为2mm，然后将筑体结构单元套在燃烧器上，将后一个筑体结构单元的凸台插入前一个筑体结构单元的凹槽中，中间约2mm的环缝用火泥填充，将两筑体连接在一起，以此类推，逐个筑体相连制成燃烧器耐火衬体。需指出的是第一个筑体没有凸台，最后一个衬体没有凹槽，并且最后一个筑体长度按照燃烧器实际尺寸确定。
由于，采用了耐磨浇注料显著提高了燃烧器衬体的耐火性能，采用耐火浇注料预制的方式保证了耐火衬体的性能发挥和快速安装，因此解决了燃烧器耐火衬体使用寿命短的问题。

如附图1及附图2所示，本发明所述的燃烧器耐火衬体预制筑块由超高强耐磨浇注料构成，所述的燃烧器耐火衬体预制筑块为圆筒形，由筑块1、环形凸台2、环形凹槽3构成，其中环形凸台2在筑块1的前端，环形凹槽3在筑块1的后端，所述的环形凸台2和环形凹槽3可以插接吻合，其中上述的超高强耐磨浇注料为中国发明专利申请200610166441.4公开的超高强耐磨浇注料，D1为耐火衬体预制筑块的外径，D1＝610mm～800mm，D2为耐火衬体预制筑块的内径，D2＝450mm～600mm，筑块1前端环形凸台2的高度为20～30mm、宽度为20～30mm，筑块1后端的环形凹槽3的高度为22～32mm、宽度为20～30mmmm，耐火衬体预制筑块的长度L1为300～400mm，厚度L2为80～100mm。
如附图3所示，本发明应用时耐火衬体筑块包覆在燃烧器的外面，其中D3为燃烧器的外径，4为高温陶瓷纤维毯，5为燃烧器。
本发明所述燃烧器耐火衬体筑块的生产方法为：将前述的超高强浇注料浇注在表面光滑的钢模具中，经过25℃的环境温度下且施工后自然养护48小时的充分养护，然后在经室温25℃的环境下、以25℃/h升温速率升温5小时后、保温16小时再以25℃/h升温速率升温10小时、保温6个小时的梭式窑中烘烤，脱模后形成耐火衬体筑块。筑块的结构单元参数为：结构单元长度L1＝300～400mm，厚度为80～100mm，外径为D1＝610mm～800mm，内径D2＝450mm～600mm，单元结构前端凸台高度为20～30mm，筑块前端凸台宽度为20～30mm，筑块后端凹槽高度为22～32mm，筑块后端凹槽宽度为20～30mmmm。
如附图3所示，本发明所述的燃烧器耐火衬体预制筑块应用时先在施工现场紧贴着燃烧器外表一层铺上高温陶瓷纤维毯，厚度为2mm，然后将本发明所述的耐火衬体预制筑块套在燃烧器上，将后一个筑块结构单元的凸台插入前一个筑块结构单元的凹槽中，中间约2mm的环缝用火泥填充，即可将两筑块连接在一起，以此类推逐个筑块相连制成燃烧器外包覆的耐火衬体。需指出的是第一个筑块没有凸台，最后一个筑块没有凹槽，并且最后一个筑块的长度按照燃烧器实际尺寸确定。
具体实施方式
实施例：
采用前述的耐磨浇注料制成筑体。燃烧器D3＝600mm，L＝5715mm。筑体一共19个，需指出的是燃烧器头部第一筑体单元没有凸台，最后一个没有凹槽。前18个结构单元参数为：长度L1＝300mm，耐火筑体厚度为80mm，外径为D1＝760mm，内径D2＝600mm，单元结构前端凸台高度20mm，宽度20mm，后端凹槽高度22mm，加后端凹槽宽度20mm。第19个结构单元参数除长度L1＝315mm外，均与前18个参数相同。施工时在紧贴着燃烧器一层铺上高温陶瓷纤维毯，厚度为2mm，用铁丝绑好，然后将每个结构单元套在燃烧器上，后一结构单元的凸台插入前一个结构单元的凹槽中，将19个筑体单元连接在一起，中间缝隙部分用火泥填充。上述设计方案在某5000T/D水泥回转窑的燃烧器应用后，燃烧器寿命从4个月提高至10个月。使用中未出现任何异常状况。当筑体磨损，根据破损的数量直接更换结构单元，安装方便且省时。实践证明选用超高强耐磨浇注料，以及预制筑体结构，使燃烧器使用寿命短的问题得以圆满解决。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于水泥窑的燃烧器耐火衬体预制筑块，所述的燃烧器耐火衬体预制筑块由超高强耐磨浇注料构成，所述的超高强耐磨浇注料配方，其组分质量百分比为：粒度为5-3mm或/和3-1mm且Al2O3≥92％的刚玉50-70％、SiC≥95％的碳化硅7-20％、过180目筛且Al2O3≥92％的刚玉粉8-12％、Al2O3≥88％的矾土粉6-10％、氧化硅微粉4-7％、纯铝酸钙水泥5-8％，外加不锈钢纤维1-3％、防爆纤维0.05-0.15％、减水剂占0.1-0.2％，所述的燃烧器耐火衬体预制筑块的特征在于：预制筑块为圆筒形，由筑块1、环形凸台2、环形凹槽3构成，其中环形凸台2在筑块1的前端，环形凹槽3在筑块1的后端，所述的环形凸台2和环形凹槽3可以插接吻合，所述筑块1的外径为610mm～800mm，内径为450mm～600mm，环形凸台2的高度为20～30mm、宽度为20～30mm，环形凹槽3的高度为22～32mm、宽度为20～30mm，筑块1的长度L1为300～400mm，厚度L2为80～100mm。
2.一种生产权利要求1所述的燃烧器耐火衬体预制筑块的方法，其特征在于：将前述的超高耐磨强浇注料浇注在表面光滑的钢制模具中后、放置在25℃的环境温度下，用潮湿的麻袋或者湿布覆盖在带模筑块表面，养护48小时，然后放在梭式窑中烘烤，升温制度如下：以25℃/h升温速率升温5小时、然后恒温保温16小时，再以25℃/h升温速率升温10小时、恒温保温6个小时，脱模后形成耐火衬体预制筑块。
