防水手电筒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水手电筒,其包含:外壳;安装在外壳中的电池套,该电池套在端侧具有压力开关;以及具有按钮的端盖,该按钮与压力开关处于作用连接。
背景技术
按背景技术,开头述及的这种手电筒是众所周知的。例如在DE101007032003中就介绍了这样一种手电筒,其缺点是不防水设计。
在DE2413016中公开了一种防水手电筒,它具有一个安置在外壳中的压力开关。该压力开关具有一个用橡胶制成的开关盖,在该开关盖和外壳之间安置了一个附加的密封环。为了操作该压力开关,仅仅必须将弹性的开关盖向下摁压。
防水手电筒通常在户外使用,在户外针对手电筒的结实的构造要求是很高的,因为其结构材料不仅在规定使用过程中,而且在旅行背包中或在自行车袋中的携带过程中都会受到强大负荷。在此特别是手电筒的外壳承受强大负荷,所以软性的和抵抗能力甚小的开关盖也会相当快地磨损并且必须加以更换。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是在此提供补救办法,并提出一种防水的而又结实的手电筒。
上述任务是通过权利要求1中所述的手电筒加以解决的,按本发明,在按钮和压力开关之间设置密封元件。从而可达到下述目的:整个外壳包括按钮都是用一种结实的材料制成的,这种材料优选是抗刮伤和耐撞击的。根据本发明的一个实施方式,外壳是用一种可选地被涂层的轻金属例如铝制成的,或者是用一种塑料制成的。尽管如此,本发明提出的手电筒是设计成防水的,密封元件是如此安置的,使得它不会受到其它物品的伤害,因而只需较少更换。
本发明的几个优选的实施方式见下文中及各从属权利要求中所述。
根据本发明的第一项发展,按钮具有:从端盖伸出来的头部件;安装在端盖中的导引件;以及操作件。在此该导引件是如此设计的,使得按钮可以在端盖内沿着纵轴向移动,其中,一个后面的止动面防止按钮从端盖中掉落出来。操作件优选是设计呈筒状的,并间接地与压力开关相连,其中,在操作件和压力开关之间设置密封元件。密封元件优选是用一种弹性材料制成的盖,该盖具有一个环形的夹紧面及一个从该夹紧面突出的凸起。适合于用作密封元件的制作材料的,特别为橡胶或另一种弹性塑料,例如聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯(PVC)。在组装好的状态中,压力开关设置在该盖的凸起下方,从而可间接地通过按钮操作压力开关。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式,作了如下设定:在盖的凸起中形成了盲孔形式的凹槽,操作件嵌入到该凹槽中。由此密封元件至少可以如此牢固地与按钮或端盖相连,使得例如即使在为了更换电池而将端盖从外壳上卸下时,密封元件也不会掉下而丢失。另一种做法是,为此也可将密封元件夹紧在端盖内的一个环形槽中,以防丢失。在此优选作如下设定:端盖具有内螺纹和外螺纹,从而使得端盖经过相应的螺纹区域既与电池套又与外壳而相连接。螺纹连接可以很容易实现,而且是一种很结实的连接。此外,经过螺纹连接即可达到防水连接,因为密封元件优选以环状夹紧面被夹紧在端盖和电池套的两个环形的止动面之间。于此,螺纹连接处旋得越紧,连接就越密封。

具体实施方式
手电筒1基本上包含:外壳2,其具有手电筒头部3;电池套4,其具有设置在端侧上的压力开关5;端盖6,其具有在该端盖中沿纵轴向可移动的按钮7。按钮7具有一个头部件8、一个导引件9及一个操作件10。为了使处于装配好状态中的按钮7不会从端盖6中掉出来,在导引件9上设计了一个呈环形的止挡面11,该止挡面与端盖6内部的一个同样呈环形的止挡面12相贴靠。为了保护外壳2的内部防止渗进水,在按钮7和压力开关5之间设置一个密封元件13。该密封元件优选是设计成旋转对称的,并具有一个环形夹紧面14和一个凸起15,在该凸起中形成了一个盲孔形的凹槽16。操作件10嵌入到该凹槽16中。为了将电池套与端盖连接起来,设置相对应的螺纹区段17,17’。此外,在电池套4上和在端盖6上设置止挡面18、18’,密封元件13能够以环形夹紧面14被夹紧在这两个止挡面之间。最后,在端盖6上和在外壳2上设计相对应的螺纹区段19、19’。为了总体上将手电筒设计成防水的,这种螺纹连接还可以通过一个(图中未示的)密封件加以密封。

Claims (6)

1.一种手电筒,其包含:外壳(2);安装在该外壳中的电池套(4),该电池套在端侧具有压力开关(5);以及端盖(6),该端盖具有按钮(7),该按钮与压力开关(5)处于作用连接,其特征在于:
在按钮(7)和压力开关(5)之间设置密封元件(13)。
2.按权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于:
按钮(7)具有:从端盖(6)伸出的头部件(8);安装在端盖(7)中的导引件(9);以及操作件(10)。
3.按权利要求1或2中所述的手电筒,其特征在于:
密封元件(13)是由弹性材料制成的盖,该盖具有环形的夹紧面(14)以及从该夹紧面突出的凸起(15)。
4.按权利要求1至3中任一项所述的手电筒,其特征在于:
在该盖的凸起(15)中构成盲孔形式的凹槽(16),操作件嵌入到该凹槽中。
5.按权利要求1至4中任一项所述的手电筒,其特征在于:
端盖(6)具有内螺纹(17)和外螺纹(19),所以端盖(6)经过相应的螺纹区段(17’,19’)既与电池套(4)连接又与外壳(2)连接。
6.按权利要求1至5中任一项所述的手电筒,其特征在于:
密封元件(13)以环形的夹紧面(14)被夹紧在端盖(6)和电池套(4)的两个环形的止挡面(18,18’)之间。
