Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型动力电池输出端子结构,包括电池输出镍片、铜排、圆形连接器及电池塑胶壳体,所述圆形连接器压铆至连接铜排上;所述电池输出镍片与所述铜排通过超声波金属焊,所述电池塑胶壳体通过超声波塑胶焊接、中间设有为防暴栓。在本发明中,由于采用带有簧片的圆形连接器,完全不需要一颗螺钉或螺母就能实现多个单体电池之间的串联和并联,安装时快速高效;在车辆的长期震动下,能够保持连接的安全和可靠,安装和维护及其方便,只需加工相对应的连接铜排插入电池箱即可,可以节约大量装配时间和成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及动力电池的输出端子结构,特别是应用于电动汽车,电动巴士,或其他机动设备中电池的输出端子。
背景技术
锂离子电池由于其本身的优越性能,其使用范围越来越广。目前市场类似专利号201110273510.2类似结构的单体电池单元来装配制造大容量动力锂电池,其缺点是:输出端子使用螺栓和螺母进行连接,容易由于车辆震动松动而导致连接失效,从而影响电池包整体寿命和安全,极大缩短电动车辆续航时间。此外这种结构的电池组装时非常繁琐,安装和维护成本极高。
发明内容
为解决这种螺栓连接端子由于车辆震动失效,安装维护及其繁琐的问题,本发明提供了一种新型动力电池输出端子结构。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:新型动力电池输出端子结构,包括电池输出镍片、铜排、圆形连接器及电池塑胶壳体,所述圆形连接器压铆至连接铜排上;所述电池输出镍片与所述铜排通过超声波金属焊,所述电池塑胶壳体通过超声波塑胶焊接、中间设有为防暴栓。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用带有簧片的圆形连接器,完全不需要一颗螺钉或螺母就能实现多个单体电池之间的串联和并联,安装时快速高效;在车辆的长期震动下,能够保持连接的安全和可靠,安装和维护及其方便,只需加工相对应的连接铜排插入电池箱即可,可以节约大量装配时间和成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,新型动力电池输出端子结构,包括电池输出镍片1、铜排2、圆形连接器3及电池塑胶壳体4,所述圆形连接器3压铆至连接铜排2上;所述电池输出镍片1与所述铜排2通过超声波金属焊,所述电池塑胶壳体3通过超声波塑胶焊接、中间设有为防暴栓5。
根据上述工作原理:由于采用带有簧片的圆形连接器,完全不需要一颗螺钉或螺母就能实现多个单体电池之间的串联和并联,安装时快速高效;在车辆的长期震动下,能够保持连接的安全和可靠,安装和维护及其方便,只需加工相对应的连接铜排插入电池箱即可,可以节约大量装配时间和成本。

1.一种新型动力电池输出端子结构,包括电池输出镍片、铜排、圆形连接器及电池塑胶壳体;其特征在于:所述圆形连接器压铆至连接铜排上;所述电池输出镍片与所述铜排通过超声波金属焊,所述电池塑胶壳体通过超声波塑胶焊接、中间设有为防暴栓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型动力电池输出端子结构,其特征在于:所述圆形连接器可以更换为方形。
