Abstract

本发明提供了一种建筑用的多功能吸音隔热板, 是以工农业渣料的植物纤维经复方助剂处理加工而 成的多功能纤维板。具有良好的吸音隔声、隔热保 温、阻燃防火、防虫防腐、防潮防水综合性能。适用于 各类复合建筑构件的吸音隔热夹心层及各类建筑物 室内装饰材料。
该板材制作工艺简单且适于工厂化大批量生产, 加工性能好,成本低,宜在建筑业中广泛推广。

Description

本发明涉及一类多功能的系列吸音隔热板,适用于建筑用来夹心材料及建筑室内装饰材料。
我们知道,现有各种吸音隔热板,如各类岩棉、矿棉板,各类泡沫塑料板,各类木质、麻质纤维吸音隔热板等,存在着或自重大,或价格高昂,或易于遇火熔化,或不能阻燃防火,或燃烧时产生有毒气体等缺点,因而影响了在建筑业中的推广和采用。
本发明提供一种能充分利用工农业废料、渣料为主要原料,生产工艺简便,成本低廉的建筑用多功能吸音隔热板料。它既具有自重轻、强度适中、隔声吸音、隔热保温性能好优点,又具有能阻燃自熄、不阴燃、不蔓延,无毒性,防火性能好,能符合防火规范要求的突出特点。故可适用于各类复合建筑构件的吸音隔热夹心层及各类建筑物室内需要吸音隔热防火性能的装饰材料。
本发明所提供的多功能吸音隔热板是以来源十分充足的工农业渣料为主要原料,如甘蔗渣、稻杆、玉米芯、高粱杆等植物渣料、纤维,经蒸煮、发酵、精浆、搅拌,复方助剂处理,再经长网滚压成型,烘干等工序加工而成的轻质多孔隙的纤维板。
本发明所用的复方助剂是由硅酸盐、碳酸盐、磷酸盐、金属氧化物等无机物和脲类、合成粘剂等有机物按下列配比制成的多功能复方助剂:

经复方助剂处理而成的纤维板不仅能防潮、防水、防腐、防虫蛀,且具有自熄防火、燃烧后不产生有毒气体的突出性能。用煤油喷灯火焰(高达1000度)喷烧,无明焰,碳化表面形成致密阻燃层,起隔氧、阻燃、热屏蔽的作用,喷烧时间延长时,内层也渐形成多孔性焦炭层。当撤离火源时,板材立即自熄,不阴燃,不蔓延。经过烧蚀过程的板材,碳化部分烧蚀率极低,呈多孔焦炭层且能极好地固着在未变化的纤维层上,整体性好,因而同样具有吸音、隔声、隔热保温的效能。上述优良防火特性,说明本发明所提供的板材特别适用于作建筑复合板材的隔音隔热夹心层。
本发明多功能吸音隔热板具有一定的强度且加工性能好,可以随使用需要锯切成不同规格,可以钉钉、钻孔、粘结,模压成各种花色图案,且和各种表面喷涂材料结合性能良好,故也适用于各种建筑物的室内吸音、隔音、隔热、保温及装饰使用。

Claims (2)

1、一种多功能吸音隔热板其特征是所说的多功能吸音隔热板,是以工农业渣料为主要原料,经复方助剂处理加工而成的纤维板。复方助剂是由硅酸盐(10%)、碳酸盐(3%)、磷酸盐(3.6%)、氧化铝(15%)、氧化铁(15%)、氧化钙(11.6%)、脲类(含N>40%的,35%)、粘合胶剂(3.8%)、防腐剂(3%)配成。
2、如权利要求1.所说的多功能吸音隔热板,其特征是所说的工农业渣料,指的是甘蔗渣、稻杆、玉米芯、高粱杆等植物纤维经复方助剂处理加工而成的纤维板。
