5. The protective cover for a tablet personal computer of claim 4, wherein the fixing portion and the supporting portion can rotate 360 degrees along the first connecting portion.

6. The protective cover for a tablet personal computer of claim 1, wherein the outer sides of the upper cover and the lower cover are of a rigid structure.

7. The tablet personal computer protective cover of claim 6, wherein the rigid structure is coated with a leather layer or a plastic layer.
