本发明公开了一种工具箱及其制备方法,本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种重量轻、耐磨、抗压的工具箱及其制备方法;它包括HDPE聚乙烯70%、碳酸钙8%、玻纤丝5%、橡胶10%、纸浆7%,上述的是按重量百分比;把上述的玻纤丝加工成粉末状;上述各物质均匀混合后得到混合物,混合物通过吹塑料、滚塑步骤加工而成工具箱;或者上述各物质均匀混合后得到的混合物在模具中压制成型;它具有工艺简单、使用寿命长等特点。

工具箱及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工具箱,尤其是一种电工、维修工、医生等放置工具所用的工具箱的制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,电工、维修工由于工作环境的要求,工具箱采用塑料制备,很容易磨损,但是,使用金属材料,使得提拿不方便,箱体太重了。现在急需要一种抗压和耐磨、并且重量轻便的工具箱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种重量轻、耐磨、抗压的工具箱及其制备方法。
本发明的工具箱这样设计的,工具箱包括HDPE聚乙烯70%、碳酸钙8%、玻纤丝5%、橡胶10%、纸浆7%,上述的是按重量百分比。
工具箱是这样制备的,把上述的玻纤丝加工成粉末状;上述各物质均匀混合后得到混合物,混合物通过吹塑料、滚塑步骤加工而成工具箱;或者上述各物质均匀混合后得到的混合物在模具中压制成型。
经检测,本方法所得的工具箱的抗磨和抗压强度是纯聚乙烯制得产品的10倍,同时重量是金属工具箱的1/6,密度只比纯聚乙烯高15%。根据以上所述的工具箱具有工艺简单、使用寿命长等特点。
具体实施方式
方法一:HDPE聚乙烯70%、碳酸钙8%、玻纤丝5%、橡胶10%、纸浆7%,上述的是按重量百分比,把上述的玻纤丝加工成粉末状;上述各物质均匀混合后得到混合物,混合物通过吹塑料、滚塑步骤加工而成所需的工具箱。
方法二:HDPE聚乙烯70%、碳酸钙8%、玻纤丝5%、橡胶10%、纸浆7%,上述的是按重量百分比,把上述的玻纤丝加工成粉末状;上述各物质均匀混合后得到混合物,各物质均匀混合后得到的混合物在模具中压制成型。

1.一种工具箱,其特征在于:它包括HDPE聚乙烯70%、碳酸钙8%、玻纤丝5%、橡胶10%、纸浆7%,上述的是按重量百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工具箱的制备方法,其特征在于:把上述的玻纤丝加工成粉末状;上述各物质均匀混合后得到混合物,混合物通过吹塑料、滚塑步骤加工而成工具箱;或者上述各物质均匀混合后得到的混合物在模具中压制成型。
